Being
a
second
generation
customer,
I
expected
good
service,
on
the
contrary,
the
floor
manager,
Mr
Naushad
misbehaved
with
me
and
threatened
me
and
the
higher
authorities
took
no
disciplinary
action
against
him.
Instead,
they
were
protective
of
him.
Very
few
companies
respect
their
clients
once
they
become
successful
and
big,
same
with
Titan.
The
staff
is
mainly
focused
on
selling
the
Golden
Harvest
Scheme
(maybe
because
they
and
their
superiors
get
huge
incentives
from
Titan
for
selling
it),
enticing
gullible
customers
to
invest
in
it
and
since
I
was
wise
enough
to
not
get
duped
into
buying
it,
I
was
treated
badly,
the
employees
here
are
in
a
super
comfort
zone,
therefore
they
can
afford
to
shout
and
misbehave
with
customers.They
want
to
attend
to
only
GHS
customers.
Awful
service
even
after
levying
such
high
making
charges.
Better
to
go
to
small
jewellers,
at
least
they
will
treat
you
with
respect.
Higher
authorities
are
not
bothered
and
do
not
take
any
action
on
complaints.
Spend
money
and
get
a
shouting
from
the
staff
-
that’s
the
truth
about
Tanishq
CP.
The
more
you
buy,
the
more
ill
treatment
you
will
get.
They
even
sold
some
jewellery
which
I
had
selected
to
their
customers
who
invested
in
Golden
Harvest
Scheme
which
is
also
a
ploy
to
trap
customers.
If
GHS
is
discontinued,
things
might
change
for
the
better.
They
ask
for
feedback
but
that
is
useless
since
nobody
even
reads
it,
your
feedback
has
nowhere
to
go
except
the
dustbin.
That’s
not
all,
Titan
spends
crores
generated
from
customers
on
lavish
foreign
vacations
and
other
enjoyments
of
its
employees
who
in
turn
shout
and
misbehave
with
the
customer
and
that
completes
the
circle.
