The experience at Tanishq, Vikaspuri was amazing. The collection is beautiful and at one time, it gets difficult to choose from such unique, beautiful design but the staff is so polite and cooperative which made the whole process so smooth. Special thanks to to Mahesh Sir and Sarita Ma'am for being there throughout the process. They're so polite and guide you through with patience and best of their knowledge. So thankful

Amazing place, amazing jewellery designs. I visited this place to see rings collection. I must say the designs were good and prices were reasonable. But the making charges are really high. Humble staff.

Today I visited the janakpuri showroom and bought 2 pairs of ear studs , ring and chain with pendant. All designs are good. Amazing staff and very cooperative branch manager. Thanks a ton for making visit a memorable one.

This is my second time in this janakpuri branch. First time is quite ok ok but this time staff is never interested with customers and never listen what I'm saying I was very clear what I want (quantity wize) but they show triple time heavy jewellery and hardly show 5 to 7 items and making faces I was quite uncomfortable and wanted to leave but without any tantrums I will purchase bit never happy with my jewelry. Never visit again in this branch

I recently Visited Tanishq, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Right from the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome and was offered refreshing water and tea. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. *Ms PUSHPA* assisted me and my mother .Her knowledge and expertise in assisting me with my purchase were commendable. Overall, my time here was delightful.

Nice to visit...seem crowded and have a collection. Area is quite spacious and have a clear look on item placed round each corner. Assistance is well good but still have opportunity area to improve. On counter all associates are not seem welcoming its customers. Well take out note is over this place is good.

From the moment I walked into the store, they greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. The sales executive named Jitender demonstrated an impressive knowledge of their gold products, answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights into the different options available. They took the time to understand my preferences and budget, ensuring that I found the perfect piece of gold that met my requirements.

First of All I would like to congratulate to all Tanishq family “Happy Father’s Day” They organised event very well. We played Tambola game & cake cutting ceremony.

Visited the Janakpuri branch yesterday and purchased one ring and one pair earring for my wife. Wanted to buy one more ring, but could not find the design of our choice as there were limited collections of jewellery. The designs available on online portal of Tanishq's official website were not available at the store. I got the ring resized as it was bigger than the finger size of my wife. After resizing the colour of the ring changed from it's original colour. I brought it into the notice of the staff. But they said that the colour changed due to polishing while resizing. Although I was not convinced, they did not have any other explanation. Behaviour of staff were decent.

Large store spread across two floors. They have almost everything from Tanishq. Wonderful and helpful staff. The store is bright and cheerful. The place also has ample open parking so no need to worry about that.
