One of the best places to buy diamond jewellery from ! The staff is educated, polite and responsible towards customers. There are some flat discounts going on. They have really beautiful designs to choose from. They have jewellery for all pockets.

We love the whole experience as it’s convenient and I can find good gifting options. Multiple options to choose. However, during our walk-in visit. We selected an earrings within 5 min and wanted to get it billed. But, we were told that the billing can be done only after 10 min after store visit which is quite strange. Though the billing was done we received the bill over email only after 10 min which is quite strange process as I couldn’t check the details on the spot. Sharing my experience as customer and what to expect once you walk-in to Caratlane. Something that needs process improvement.

I had very good experience and the salesperson (sandeep) was very professional and yet very friendly. They provided me all the details about my purchase, specially Transparent price breakup. I strongly recommend to visit this store.

It is always a pleasure to visit the caratlane store in South ex. With extensive collection of jewellery for all age groups, one gets to find some of the prettiest designs. And the eversmiling n courteous staff works as icing on the cake. Had a wonderful experience with Rinki n Rakshit during my last visit.

I am extremely disappointed by the service and attitude especially of this south ex carrot late store. So I had purchased some jewellery of INR 3-4 lacs approx 2-3 months before, so I earned some points, 2-3 days before I got a call that my points will expire soon so we thought to utilise them. We had visited this store and we have finalised some jewellery but the star said we need to but atleast 40k worth of item then only the points will be reedemed. We confirm that’s it any other conditions they said no and then we left thinking let’s plan better way what to purchase, today we have visited again to buy again some 22 carat jewellery, they again said the points can only be reedemed on the 18 carrot jewellery, I was so annoyed and angry and called some one from the management, then an unprofessional assistant manger came in named some like Prashant and with the stupid attitude he only keep saying nothing can be done, no courtesy no explanation no try, only liars working at this stores. I am hard core loyal clime for any Tata product because of Mr. Ratan Tata. But today was an unfortunate experience. I will never recommend any one to buy the jewellery especially from this store of carat lane. And I demand strict action against the staff involved in the dealing with m jewellery. Shameful staff.

Caratlane has multiple outlets in Delhi. However out of all the best collection and showroom would be the one located in South Extension. The collection is nice but heavily inclined towards Diamond Jewellery. They have very little to offer in terms of Gold only Jewellery without diamonds. The staff is very polite and friendly amd overall experience is good. You can also use your digital Gold balance to buy real gold if you have a Bajajfinserv / Mobiquik account and invest in digital gold. You will need a additional login ID for caratlane to take advantage of this. They have their own valet parking so don't park your car in the by lanes as your car may get towed away. Caratlane will also be good choice for those planning to buy Wedding Jewellery as they have really fancy Jewellery on display.

The best location to purchase rings and necklaces. They have the best gold and diamond collection. PRIYANKA the jewellery consultant was very professional and helped me the way i wanted, she provided me what exactly i was looking for. Kudos to her and all her team. We are standing at carat lane South extension showroom and the guard Mr shubham rajat from group 4 security said the store is closed at 8:50 pm And the staff is very uncooperative and no one is answering the calls also at the store Very bad experience

Located in South ex part 1 with Tata brand seal of trust, this online store is now available offline where you can actually look and feel the products. The decor of the showroom is elegant. The products are good but with around 30 % making charges, they are prices and a higher side. I would really look for a discount season to but products at that price range here. Designs are good and they have a good variety of items.

Pathetic experience with the sales guy there i.e. lalit yadav. Despite being a frequent buyer from them this guy is only interested & contactable till the time you dont place the order. After that no post sales service. No matter how much you call or try to reach out to them incase if there is a concern he is hardly bothered to resolve your concern. Strongly recommend either to buy directly from website or from some other store but not at all from this store especially not from lalit yadav at all.

Conveniently located right outside south extension metro station (take gate 1 exit), the store is divided in 2 floors with ample space, great decor and good music. Collection (and pricing) is fairly standard alike any other caratlane store but you may be able to see more options physically. Staff is the highlight here (Jyoti ensured a smooth experience) and this truly made the difference in making the entire shopping experience fulfilling. However, the billing took time with only 2 counters for a big store. Not sure how they manage billing at rush hours.

CaratLane Signature Store at South Ex is really nice store with a wide array of jewelry. We went there to purchase rings and finalized 2 rings on the spot. They even arrange 'try at home' They have beautiful designs and cost is comparatively lesser than other jewellers.
