Horrible experience. They sold me fake silver chain which turned dark in 20 days (actually it happened much before, I just didnt notice it until someone pointed it out). Real silver will become dull and lose its lustre but will not turn brown/black. After a lot of hassles, they let me exchange it for another one. I had heard about bad experiences from Kalyan before but I let it go thinking that it might be a one-off thing. Big mistake. Learnt my lesson the hard way. Most of their employees are rude and insolent. One of their men was actually speaking very loudly with me when I was showing him my chain which had turned dark. Maybe trying to intimidate me since I was alone and not buying jewellery of lakhs. Their female employee was making faces on having to show me more silver chains for exchanging. Horrible horrible and very negative experience. They made me feel as if they were doing a favour for me by letting me give them my hard-earned money. 🙄🙄🙄 Please do not buy anything from Kalyan, ever.

Being old customer of Kalyan then also I am giving 1 star because of my last experience of shopping with them.The salesperson who attended us was behaving as he is forcefully asked to attend us.He was not in a mood to display any item because we were gold scheme members. He kept on changing his own statements, firstly we asked if we want to customize our own designs is it possible initially he said yes ,then later on he denied and asked us to buy from the selected items as we can't customize and with no option left I had to purchase because my hard earned investment was with them.I really felt so bad that I decided I wouldn't continue further with any new scheme with Kalyan. Would never suggest anyone to go to them. Tanishq is a better option for the gold related scheme.

I would definitely recommend this place. I bought diamond and gold ring and a gold bangles. I love how Ajay and Sonam have been so easy in sharing details of different collections and helping me make the right choice. I also ended up taking the membership with extra perks which I did not existed before. Would definitely recommend this place.

Attended by staff member " Govinda". He was very rude & inexperienced. Staff is not trained to talk to customers. I had to raise my voice with to make my point clear to Mr Govinda. Kalyan management team should keep such things in mind else store will keep getting bad reviews. Staff members are trained to make fool of customers.

It’s a pity on kalyan jewellers that they can’t customise a single jewellery by client’s s choice. All you want is to become fool by you guyz only. All staff is fully trained to just deny the customer for anything and make them convinced not to come again your store. I regret why I purchased so many items from you where there’s no service. Next time i keep this in mind.

This big outlet suffered gutting by fire a few months ago. It has a parking, mercifully. The outlet is spacious with diamond jewellery on the second floor and gold jewellery on the first. The jewellery store on Pusa Road could have been designed better for look and feel, I suppose. There was a sense of dryness and aloofness about the Store.

I have been to 10-15 outlets for jwellery shopping in vikasmarg, goldsukh and karol bagh and i cnt give even 4 stars to anyone but this outlet deserve 5, few points 1) Best etiquette collection i have seen, finishing is up to the mark 2) the staff is very very supportive, i interacted with Prahald shaan, he was very supportive throughout my course of entering, choosing, purchasing, and payment. 3) their labour seems to be justifying as per the work in the jwell

Beware of Monthly Scheme SCAM. Pls do read:- Saleperson name: Kishan & Soni - Rajouri Garden Branch. The sales people will force you to buy monthly scheme, they will tell you that you have to pay for 11 months and for the 12th month, they will contribute. For eg. if u pay Rs 5000 for 11 months, for the 12th month, they will pay Rs 5000. At least thats what they told me. But when you go and redeem the offer after an year, they say only 75% of the contribution will be added of your 12th instalment i.e 75% of Rs 5,000 . This statement in my case WAS NEVER mentioned, they even checked the ledger/TnC copy , it wasn't written. They came up with a stamp that they punched in front of me and said stamp has mentioned the policy. Now, that stamp could have been punched later as well on my bill. I literally saw them stamping the 75% condition on some one's ledger. They are NOT printing/stamping in front of the customer. And when u tell them they start fighting/ act rudely with you. I have a billing of Lakhs with them but for a few thousands they lost their trust on me. I would suggest you all pls pls invest in a monthly RD or pay somewhere else in instalment but not here. Its later they tell you that u cannot buy gold coin with the instalment or apply any offer with the scheme. They are looting people. They are printing the TnC with a stamp, after you agree for the scheme without your knowledge.

The store is pretty big and is on the 1st floor with lift facilities. There is car parking available below the store. Collection of jewellery is good and prices of gold is lower than tanishq but higher than malabar gold. Salesman in here are courteous and smart men and know how to sell. All mode of payments available. They also have buyback schemes. Also they give lifetime warranty on their product which is good which includes repair if broken.

My first visit & I was impressed by the customer service. Nice huge showroom, ample parking space. Even though the store was crowded, the waiting time was zero. The staff person was very courteous, knowledgeable & quick to suggest me designs that I had in my mind. The design collection is also huge, I liked their diamond collection too. I would say it depends on person-to-person whether they like Tanishq designs or Kalyan's. Jewellery prices were reasonable to me. I would love to visit this store again and definitely recommend Kalyan's Karol Bagh store.

Newly opened store of kalyan jewellers on pusa Road, next to doda diagnostic clinic is a big store spread on three floors. They have huge variety of gold silver diamond uncut jewellery. Just make sure of making charges on item u buy which varies from 400-700 per gram. Location - 5/5 on main road with ample parking space. Collection--5/5 huge variety Making charges - seems on little higher side 4/5. Staff- 5/5 majority of staff is from South India and are really good and cooperative.
