Visited first time and it was wonderful experience as the sales person Ms. Bhakti was very patient and courteous while we were selecting our jwellery. Ambience of the outlet is amazing obviously with proper lighting, neat and clean. Lots of greenery inside (natural plants pots) as well as outside the outlet Showcasing extensive variety of jwellery. Provision of elevator for customers is an added advantage. Ground floor they have gold jewellery mainly. First floor they have diamonds and platinum jewellery mainly. Second floor they have smelting room, rest rooms, pantry for internal staff and auditorium cum conference/events room. They have jwellery in basement floor also. Few suggestions from my end to the team Could be more kid friendly as lot of times families visit with their kids (for example gifting kids balloons to play or can arrange for a mini play area in a small corner in the outlet for kids to enjoy) Secondly there should be wheelchair accessible entrance for catering aged and physically challenged customers instead of only stair entrance.

Malabar Gold and Diamonds Showroom is situated on main Road and it's a three story showroom. In basement bigger and better stuff is displayed. Designs are very much unique. Quality wise it is good and have Hallmark on all products. Price of Gold is as per market on that day . Making charges are very much justified and gives satisfaction for the product purchased. They also have quality testing facility by machine.

Always a brilliant experience with Malabar South Ex store. Great options, competitive prices and supreme quality. Especially would like to mention Mr. Hammad who had always been prompt and attentive towards our requirements and makes it a good experience at the store.

The tea was good. But that was all... bad service, employees just walk around and don't serve you. False promises. Made a big purchase and were just chased back and forth. Bad experience!! First of all the staff is very unprofessional and lethargic! They’ll keep you waiting for hours. Visited first time to purchase our engagement rings. They didn’t have size, so they took for resizing. Told us that you’ll get difference weight cash amount for reduced ring size and labour would be free. But when went for delivery, initially they weigh the ring, then they took it somewhere and tried to hide something. After 2 hrs of waiting they told us that the weight is coming less because during resizing gold dust was lost and charged us 200mg of gold in name of buffing and making process, even though we were already charged making charge of the rings. They are fraudulent and they make good fool of people! Better go to your nearby known jewellers. Don’t fall for these kind of big brand gimmicks!!

Amazing experience with the purchase. I did online shopping from a physical store :) this was only possible because of the supportive team. Shiva the store manager was super helpful he shared every basic detail, multiple photos and videos of the products that helped me to finalize the final one. Excellent collection and beautiful designs but they waste a lot of time and energy in finding matching earrings with necklace , as they usually sell the earrings separately so it becomes very difficult for someone who wants to buy a complete set. Secondly being such a big brand we atleast except them to have proper Jewellery pouches/purse with a zip but instead they have a flimsy transparent and cheap quality potli. Hope I’ll be able to carry my jewellery in a better way in my next purchase. Thank you!

While identifying the ffingure size, there should be a printed chart to record the size of each figure instead of using a plain paper yo record the size/value. Collection at store is awsome and staff is helpful n friendly. Only dissapointment is that store has no proper boxes for delivery of bridal sets. I made a purchase and was delivered my things in a cardboard box( similar as a shoe box) and that too was almost broken. When asked for proper box, they showed helplessness . Presentation of delivered items...poor Suggestion is to provide beautiful box specially for costly purchase

Their representative named Bhakti Singh called us telling about the new collection came in for mens Kada and requested us to visit the outlet, we visited the outlet the next day from Rohini to South Delhi on a weekday and on visiting they showed us one sample and very conveniently told us “ Sir yahi hai bas” I asked her you called us specially telling us about new collection and now you are showing just ONE. She was speechless since she knew she wasted our 4 hours. I was a regular customer of this outlet, but after this will be never visiting again. Feedback: Please do not call customers if you do not have variety to show. Kindly value customer precious time. Don’t make the brand name dissolve just to achieve the stupid calling targets. Had visited this store for baby earrings, but the designs were not very impressive for the 2-3 year age group. Have made purchases in this store earlier and felt they had a good choice of jewellery on the whole and the quality of their gold is also good. The customer service was much better in the past. This time, however, was an exception; although I was quickly welcomed and taken to the appropriate floor, it took a while for a sales person to attend to me although the customers were relatively less on that floor. The executive who was assigned to me seemed rather immature and hardly customer centric; he took his own sweet time to come over to me, although the girl who escorted me to the floor kept urging him to attend to me. His approach was very casual, quite unlike the earlier sales people I had dealt with. I finally walked over to another jewellery store in the neighborhood and purchased a pair of nice earrings. The customer service was great over there.

Very unprofessional attitude of staff . Looks almost untrained! So we went to Malabar to buy something a get some enquiry regarding one of our schemes which is already running with malabar, we have been to so many stores even in diff states as my work makes me move a lot , but i got disappointed here in my home ! Basically the lady who attended us talked to us for almost 10 mins , never once she asked us to have a seat , her approach was very rude , her tone or body language everything was screaming “i dont care if you are a customer “ Also we sat there for solid 10-15 mins and nobody attended us , even though we informed a lady there to call somebody , she did informed but nobody came but the funniest part when we decided to walk out (she saw us walking out of store and dint bother to stop or even offer to attend us ) Also it was not crowded. staff was more thn the no of customers . Wont be coming back to this store . End of discussion, if im paying money i want the kind of treatment i deserve as a customer. Trained well behaved staff is basic to ask !

Malabar is expanding fast in north India now. Specially in big cities like Delhi, they have multiple outlets. This outlet in South Extension on main ring road is good and recently opened. On ground floor, they have gold jewellery while on first floor, it's mainly diamond jewellery. The gold price is fixed everyday and it's same at all their outlets across India. Labour charges vary from 13 to 25%. Service is good. Designs are mainly traditional.
