Very poor customer experience. I dropped a nose pin for a quick fix, they asked for 15 days time to fix the product. Later, they did not respond and after multiple folllow ups and struggle, I finally got my product. What was frustrating was, when I dropped my nose pin it was weighing .12 g and when I received it was .10 g. They are essentially doing the fraud with customers. So, visit at your own risk.

Only one word! Outstanding! Called CaratLane Pacific Mall from USA for an urgent delivery for my sister's birthday in New Delhi. Jewelry was delivered within 4 hours of order placement. The staff was nothing but helpful and kept me in loop of every step. I had specific instructions for delivery and each and every step was followed! Amazing experience. Will certainly buy in future.

Literally worst experience. They are essentially doing the fraud with customers. So, visit at your own risk. Waste of money they never give me exact value of the items that I brought from them What was frustrating was, 3 years ago I purchased jewellery at Caratlane’s pacific but now I would like to exchange my ring and ear rings. They said to me just leave your items for exact value. I left my things When I called them On phone call they told me different value for that items when we visited they told us different and it’s 3 times more expensive which is totally wrong They tell huge price trying to cheat me and then agree on 2-2.5 times less price which is still expensive. The atmosphere is like you're on the market, not in a good shop. They wasted my whole day for billing stuff n all the things I wouldn't recommend any one to visit that store. I, wouldn't have option to give zero star as review. Otherwise, I would love to do so with pleasure in terms of service.
