Just Perfect! I have been a caratlane customer for a few months. All because of the team at this caratlane store. Each time I visit, they make me feel comfortable and make the tedious take of choosing jewelry, effortless. My experience as on 8th March 2022, I had prebooked my order against my caratlane exclusive points , but the executive has not kept my order ready for a pick up , faced an inconvenience , thought it would just take few minutes at store but had to wait for half an hour as they had already sol out that product from Mumbai (this was communicated to me ).

I love caratlane's collection. It's super elegant and classy. Recently bought a bracelet from the paschim vihar branch. They are following strict safety standards during the COVID -19 situation. Also, there staff is super friendly and helpful. One of their employees named Kalpana, showed us all the designs and helped us in deciding what to buy. I had a great experience at Caratlane.
