I had booked a room at Hotel Capitol Hill, GK 2 from Goibibo with online payment , but upon check-in, the receptionist denied my booking due to a local ID policy, which I was not aware of. Despite requesting for a refund, the receptionist denied my request in a rude manner. When I reached out to Goibibo's customer service, I was informed that the hotel had denied my refund request and that Goibibo could not assist me. I requested the executive to escalate the issue to a senior management, but no one called me back within 4 hours as promised. The next day, when I followed up, I was told the same story and my ticket was closed without any resolution. I have called the customer service multiple times and every time I have been given the same response. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance and support I have received from Goibibo as well as hotel I am now stuck with a wasted booking fee and a terrible experience with Goibibo.

It was really a pleasant stay. All the staff members are really cooperative. Hygienic place Food quality good. Appreciate the chef that he has given customised food as well at some time. Overall my 6 days of stary with them is really excellent

We were 4 girls in 2 rooms and we had our cousins coming that night to spend sometime with us and then we were going out. However, the front desk staff created a lot of trouble. He let the female cousin in but did not let the male cousins and constantly spoke about policies which were not anywhere in WRITTEN. He was making his own rules and had no reason to justify them. After this incident they even started charging us for drinking water bottles @ Rs 50/- per bottle. Who the hell charges for water????!!! Super disappointing service from the hotel’s end. The good part about the hotel was their food and the prime location. That is it. But otherwise we really were dissatisfied with the service.

Staff is polite and accommodate all requests. Safe place for solo female travellers. Rooms are not that good according to price but the location is good. Room service is good.

Need to work on their ambience and cleanliness. Better than many other hotels in GK, that are bit costlier. Good service, good in facilities (as per it's tariff)

Rooms are good. Wifi is poor. Safe location. Has in-house restaurant but could have limited access to all listed food. Rooms have a hot water kettle and fridge.

It's poorly maintained facility. Rooms have poor ventilation no windows. Toilets are old and not cleaned well. Staff are gentle and friendly. Rooms have no smoke detectors. Place is noisy when a mini conference is held at the dining room. Improvement need to be done

I was thirsty and standing outside and a guard from the hotel came and i askad him where is the nearest shop and he told me that it's quite far and he left after some time he came back with a bottle of water which i didn't ask for I'm very great full

It was overall a good experience there.. Rooms are also very good and spacious.. Food was very delicious.. But I think rooms and appliances need renovation now. Overall it was a good experience there..

Worst staff, rude facilities, worst hotel manager. Did a online booking i was not able to open the booking to show them before check in as inside the hotel i was having network issues and i asked for wifi and the receptionist said first we will do the check in and then we can provide the passport. Not couple friendly, youngster friendly and they were judging people by their clothes. Don't visit... No worth of money

The receptionist does not know hospitality. Rude for no reason and make others uncomfortable with weird vibe. I had a very bad experience after booking the room and planned to not stay as staff and receptionist did not show any gesture. Receptionist is very annoying and not fit for the job. I would like to share the same feedback with the owner about this guy working frontend.
