A good branch of KFC with good amount of seating and quick service. I went on wednesday when you get a good deal. So overall the experience was good and satisfying.

The food is awesome and the staff is very polite in case of any issue. The restaurant is very cozy and I enjoy eating here a lot because of the interior design and a bit of an afternoon view of outside with the best chicken.

Sitting arrangment and location is good but on this rate chicken is Very costly and tasteless if you ready to waste your money then come here otherwise so many shops of old chicken are already famous

Made one of my friend eat non veg for the first time in his life and it was a good experience 🙂. Upto kfc standards. Waiting queue space is a bit short and sitting area have less space.

I really like the KFC chicken. I have tried all the food of kfc. So if you're non vegetarian then go for it. You gonna love that.

It is situated near the Rohini West Metro inside the Unity One Mall on the ground floor beside the Woodland showroom..It is always crowded and usually takes a lot of time to place order on weekends or near any festivals..Fully packed during the festive season ..Staff is cooperative Went there on Christmas eve..fully packed not even a single sitting chair with atleast 15 mins waiting for placing order.. Outside the mall it was too crowded

Situated at Unity mall @ Rohini west metro station. Service is at par. You have to be a lucky enough to get vacant table on weekend evening. Have to spend 800 bucks for snackes/ 3 guys.

They made everything fresh and the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Fries were superb, perfectly salted and crispy. When I asked for extra ketchup they instantly handed me more with no questions or added payment (like some other chains).

Worst Ever Experience at KFC. 07-08 staff with 03 Managers behind the counter at the time. Order id 14022. 1. 07-08 set of people standing in line to place the order & even after multiple request from people, the staff wasn’t ready to operate the second counter. 2. No bill was given to me for the order placed. Not even during the service of order. 3. The drink order served was different from the one initially ordered. 4. The staff mentioned that the fries would take time, and would be served to the table. The fries were served to me at all. In sum, no bill, payment taken but items not delivered and the staff doesn’t care. Worst KFC.

Delayed food delivery and false reporting. I got a msg that food will be ready in 7 min, then another msg to inform that it took 10:45 min to be ready. But it's not ready yet, I confirmed front he order desk. This is a false reporting and a big quality issue

Last time they took more than 15 mins for the order and didn't give the extra chicken as compensation which I had no idea that KFC provides ...Later when I got the text from KFC to make sure that I collect the extra food on reaching home .when I showed in the next visit order which was again late they denied KFC rohini M2K

Complaint not a Review. Visited this outlet on 30th, September, 2023. Considering my vast travel history throughout the country & my relationship with KFC around every corner. I'm deeply shattered after been to this outlet. It's been a more than a decade now, Since I'm having MINGLE BUCKET whenever I'm in KFC. This is my fix order. I entered the outlet, a Pathetically trained and ill mannered person & dirty with his uniform asked me for my order I as usual asked for a MINGLE BUCKET. He refused to take my order and asked me to have a MINGLE BUCKET MEAL instead. I refused to that. He asked me how will I pay, I said via CARD. He said this is not possible as they are expecting only CASH. I again asked him to take order of mine and give exactly what I wanted, and not what he wanted to sell to me. I waited at counter for some time, And saw that they are selling this to everyone to have a meal instead of single items that too with CASH only payment. After this I asked him what's going on here, he so unapologetically said, this is how we run and again denied to take my order. I'm filing a complaint this against KFC INDIA, and taking this future ahead to UNITED STATES via various means of communication. If KFC by any chance want to resolve this issue and don't want any unnecessary fuss. Make sure that outlet is accepting payment by all means & taking order with customer wish, and not to push them to buy any sort of meal. And I specifically want to advice KFC to train their employee in a professional manner. They behave even worse than any Road-Side food vendor. KFC employee doesn't even have decency to greet their employee properly even when their is not major rush. The harm this particular outlet is doing to KFC's name is enough reason for their higher authorities to Shut this one down When I'll visit it again & if this issue is not resolved. I'll try my best to SHUT THAT OUTLET DOWN. Thanks. Ex-Customer of KFC.

Food, talking about food ,yes it's the famous thing but somehow they don't cook properly. Don't have that much time to go back and request to maintain new food. Now, talking about service, not too satisfied as they don't bother for the customers. On the counter, not an extra ownership for interactions can be seen, just place the order asap. While sitting, no body bothers if we need something or not, however they have lot of employees. Cleaness is good sometimes sometimes it's like we should take at home,better! Yes, atmosphere is good as crowd comes in bulk with family, couples,friends babies. However,just a suggestion if any how they can listen to the feedback kindly improvise the quality with interaction behaviours.

NOT FOR VEGETARIANS. My vegan friends please prefer McDonald's for veg food. Kfc is not a place where you can enjoy it. Their veg food options are just pathetic. Apart from that the hot and crispy chicken, the zinger and the popcorn are just perfect. I will recommend them to improve the part where we pick the food, like sometimes they misplace or forgets something to give.

I was really disappointed with my visit to KFC at unity one. I had to wait for what felt like forever for my order. The long wait time really affected my overall experience. 😔

Very pathetic. Only one counter working. And that accept only cash . After 15 min waiting they tell you they accept only cash on counter . Then they sent u on online vending machine. And there is no one to assist you . So simple 5 min process took half hour .

KFC have authentic vibe and an authentic taste. Their chrispy chicken are just awesome. Well cooked and we'll served on time. Staff is also nice and polite. They gives proper direction to the confused customer and help them to order. Loved it!
