Osm experience 👌👌...I was not determined to lose weight but kind of want to lose some weight .. so I joined aerobic exercise (3s academy) ...after sometime of aerobic I lost around 2-3 kg in 1 month ..I don't know how I manage it but all the credit goes to my sir. now I feel so confident.
