Please beware of defective products sold by this company. I had bought a check valve from them Costing 300Rs, thinking it will be of good quality rather than the cheap ones we get from Amazon. On arrival I tested it. No air passes through it at all . So okay, maybe I thought they will replace or refund for it. So I made a video proof of the product and sent. BUT NO! Once I showed them the video, they stopped replying to my emails. This just shows how irresponsible and thoughtless they are to their customers incase of a problem with their product. What a waste!

#order ID -191266 - Received a broken Eheim filter bucket. Sent email to them within 5 mins of delivery but even after 4 days the replacement still not shipped. I had to send my discus to a local aquarium shop and I am paying 100 bucks daily for their maintenance l. It’s always a nightmare experience with Indiefur. And offcourse they don't reply to ur emails too, So basically there is no customer care. Order ID #141351. I never knew they are so pathetic. They couldn't ship my order since 7 days. I ordered more items from them as my first order came on time and the product is genuine. Now I am going through this pain. I think this is the only online store where the so called Hotline number is switched off since 4 days. They don't even bother to reply on email or whatsapp. Only God know when I will receive the product.

Purchased (Order #149576 )- ISTA Energy Saving Arrayed Cooling Fan - 4 Fan 23rd Aug and with in a weeks time Fan started giving trouble, its not even giving minimum air. Mailed twice but no reply from Indiefur, I know there is no warranty on these products but if it spoils within a week at least supplier should give some sort of support to customers, where Indiefur failed to do that. Pls dont buy from this site, they are not responsible to customers. . 04-10-2020 Sent the video through the mail on 30th Sep, no update on the same. Pls revert. 11-10-2020 After two weeks also no response from the seller. Seems they are selling duplicate products. I am using ISTA fan from 3/4 years and no issue at all but from this sellers it’s hardly worked 1week. Seller is cheating the customers don’t buy from this site and they are not at all responsible to customers. Buying from this just loosing your money.

9-Nov 2020: Total cheaters. They have not shipped my order till date for orders taken prior to Oct 20. They are neither cancelling nor delivering my order. There are 2 different orders with same status as of today. They have stopped replying to my mails and are not taking my calls. Beware of this seller and stay away if you do not want to lose your money. 10- Nov 2020 : The executive told me that I will receive the cancellation email within 30 minutes of the call. You are available only 1 out of 50 such calls that we customers make and reply our mails only when such reviews are published. The cancellation mail came in only after posting my review. Thanks to Google review.

I had ordered some products during the lockdown. Although I received the products after more than a month, which is completely understandable, the products were packed well and were of good quality. I am sure that under normal circumstances such delays in receiving the product would not happen. Also, I am very satisfied with their email support team, which usually replied to me within a day, whenever I had any queries. Looking forward to make purchases in the future. Edit: Highly unresponsive customer support. Initially the email support worked, and now even that has stopped responding. I do not know why they have even put that "emergency" customer support phone number on their website (they would never receive your calls). I ordered some medicines which I needed on an urgent basis but the product has not been delivered to me even after 2 weeks. I have been a loyal customer to this website for almost 4 months now, but now I have had enough. I have found better alternatives/websites which are equally good, if not more as well as highly responsive to customer inquiry/complaints. Response: How much more time do you need to get an update from the courier company? It's been 5 days since you have asked me to remain patient. The delivery is pending for over 3 weeks now (order placed on 29th August). Atleast respond to my emails. It is extremely disheartening to see the way you have been handling and responding to customer complaints and inquiries on Google review platform.

My Order Number 311169 , I had ordered Api melafix from indifur. I received package after 5 days (excluding holidays) from delhivery courier and the package was damaged with empty bottle. The person on phone was very responsive to the calls and mails and I really appreciate that. They also sent me a replacement for the same which arrived through blue dart. Package was in good condition and the melafix. But bottle don't have seal. The earlier bottle I have purchased for API all have seal. I was also informed from indifur that API product don't have seal. Which I found really confusing. Also the liquid don't seem like the product I have used earlier. The thickness of liquid and smell is also different. Attaching images of both shipments received for reference. They are competitive on pricing but not sure of the product specially medicine and products without company seal.

Lack of after sales support Ordered TETRA Red Parrot on 1 Feb 2022, received on 5 Feb 2022. Poorly packed and sent through Delhivery. Received damaged carton. Product was damanged a little. Received a product which expires in 3 months. A Red Parrot farm owner can finish 400 grams of feed in 3 months. requested for return. Received a mail to ship back on own expenses and riak. Compromised maself and kept the product. Quality of the product is awesome, coz its TETRA Make a call before ordering and ask for expiry dates.

Had ordered Seachem prime 500 ml and paid accordingly . For the 1st order on this website, the experience has been bad so far... Reasons as below 1. Wrong capacity bottle delivered I. E. Had paid for 500 ml and got 250 ml bottle delivered 2. Non responsive contacts listed on the website... No response till date to my email or what'sapp messages 3. Placed an order on 28 November 2020 and they have not even bothered shipping it yet. out of my many tries to reach hem, he picked call once and said sir let me check it out i will call you back in 5 minjutes. It has been 6 days since and they have not shipped the products, neither are they picking calls or replying to messages. the Delivery partner is saying the pune warehouse is losed and that they have attempted pickup 3 times now. Beware and Be Advised, This website is a cheat and are the most pathetic suppliers I have ever purchased from. I highly recommend not to buy from them , Rather buy from various other websites that deliver within 2 days and atleast have the courtesy to pick calls or reply to messagws. Worst service ever. I placed an order 29 th of October and till last week no update was from there. Tried to call them serveral times no one took the call, Sent message through whats app and no response Sent the email - no response. Some how I got able to connect them then they told they are going to dispatch the order. Placed order for 2 items and received only one Again tired to contact finally they told they will be refunding the amount. till now no update. Pathetic service and they are offering 10% discount if we wrinte 5 star review in google or facebook. @IndieFur- This wont going to help you guys.

I had purchased an Eheim Classic Filter 250-2213 from the site. They have delivered defective product which I have highlighted them immediately with video evidence. However, they keep on insisting that it was physical damage. I have submitted a complaint to National Consumer Helpline as well with ref - 2922191. Post your response : During the installation, I had opened the valve & then set it up. Hence, there is no chance of me damaging it. Based on the review of the other customers, I am quite sure that your intention was never to acknowledge my complaint. I presumed you would be honest with your dealings with customers but I was wrong. Now coming to my bank/credit card, they didn't initiate the payment with the assumption it was my mistake. If they did, then they wouldn't have suggested me to reach out to National Consumer Helpline to seek justice. If my intention was to deceive you then I could have simply opened the parts & claimed them to be damaged from you. However, my intention were true unlike yours. As a consumer, I could say that I have received defective product from you & you have not taken any responsibility of it. I hope the other consumers don't face the same issue. With respect to my issue, I will follow up with National Consumer Helpline.

I had placed an order with them over a month ago and after constantly asking them for the status of my order I had got no response. Finally over a month and a half later I have received my order. If you have time to spare go ahead and order from them. But if you need items quick then indifur is not the best bet.

Ordered Tetra bits Complete fish food from them. It was not available anywhere on the market probably due to shipping issues. At first I was apprehensive about the website as it was my first time order with them. But the product was received on time and the quality and shipping was good. Awaiting refund for order #178190. As per our conversation 2 days back, some rats had damaged all units of the product I had ordered. Customer care might be their weak point. But the products are genuine and best priced. Edit : Upgrading to 4 stars since they promptly processed my refund after the earlier review.

If you are in the aquarium and aqua-scaping hobby, you will find this site carries a lot of products which are difficult to source from neighbourhood aquarium stores. Their prices are also very competitive. In case ordering pet food, check the expiry date of pet food immediately upon receiving the delivery. We generally forget to check these details and human errors can happen at times. One of the items shipped by them had only 10 weeks to expiry and they refunded the amount after 4 days of writing to customer care. Not the fastest to respond to queries (hence 1 star less), but they acknowledged the mistake nonetheless to restore trust. Would shop again in future when need arises!

I received the product in good state & the representative from Indiefur were also helpful. I had emailed them about the calibration & they replied promptly as how to calibrate & I set it up right accordingly. Eventhough they have a wide product portfolio, it happened to me that their delivery partner delhivery took too much of time to deliver a package.
