Had a very good experience at Caratlane Rohini. Staff is very helpful and co-operative. You can get all the accessories like necklace, bracelet, rings, nosepin and earrings. They maintain proper hygiene in store. Before entering the store they do sanitization. They help us in deciding the things and show lot of stuff according to the choice. Must visit store if you are planning to buy gold or diamond.

Have been a customer for a long time at this store and although there are so many Caratlane outlets but I can bet that this one shall be the best one. Has amazing ambience, amazing staff and you will always get such a warm n happy welcome. And Saloni in particular has been the best guide so far. Haven't come across such a sweet one ever. She is the best ! All the times that I have visited she has recommended me the best thing and not from the perspective of just selling out the high priced articles which shows she really do care about her customers ! Carat lane is good but the store is pathetic in helping customers.. they don't know anything what they doing. If by mistake you have purchased something from store Than if u go back fr return or sale the product they go mad. They just behave like fools specially manager.. there . They don't help u they put wrong information so that you get frustrate and irritate and u yourself have to figure out that why u not getting back refund and if u call them and ask and discuss than they behave like idiots .. srry mam, don't know mam, oh mam ,please mam , wait mam etc...... go some another store. This store is filled up of fools. 😡

They are good only when you buy from them or may be for exchange. But when you go for buy back they give you false information. They don't give you in writing what amount they will give you if you return the product. They cheated and told me different amount and transferred less amount. When i spoke to them they weaseled out. I trusted them and they cheated on me.
