Terrible experience! I have no idea if the staff was cunning, or if the entire management is at fault, but he literally tried to extort me. The price of silver as of on - 14th July, 2023 was 75/- per gram of silver. But he was charging me a ridiculous 160/- per gram. When I pointed this out, he kept saying that it was just the market price. Funny thing - I went to another jewelry shop and was charged 74/- per gram of silver. Please be aware -- always cross-check the gold or silver prices in your respective states before buying one!

My Manuvel Malabar showroom experience is excellent. Manuvel is honest, down to earth with a golden heart and believe me when I say that if you are lucky and get to receive the ornaments you buy from his hands then there’s no looking back. This is my personal experience I bought small pieces of jewellery for my daughters from him and now they have an excellent collection and this accompanied with his unassuming nature makes shopping at his showroom pure joy. Special mention the staff is cordial and patient with each customer however small an item one buys. The pricing and quality is very transparent.

Staff's service is really good at the time of buying a buying a gold chain. But when I went there to sell my chain. They harrased me by not giving the payment back. They kept my chain for 3 days and kept delaying the payment. Overall pathetic service when It comes to selling the chain. I don't recommend anyone to sell your gold here.
