I would like to mention, on Dhanteras this year when one of the staff refused to give me Demo Coin which really disappointed me but Preeti gave me amazing solution. I visited the Vasant Kunj outlet a few days back. I had the most pleasant experience. From the time we entered, the staff assisted us. I picked a ring and ear rings for my daughter. Visited the store to gift myself something for my birthday, I usually get all my jewellery from Tanishq MG road but since we were in Promenade and saw that Tanishq has a branch there, we walked into the store which is comparably a lot smaller and I was wandering if I would get what I had in my mind. We were treated warmly and Naveen Sati attended us, while I am not a fussy shopper Naveen was very calm, composed and showed me lot of options. And I ended up not only buying what I walked into the store for but also enrolled for golden harvest scheme 😂. All in all a very good service and experience.

We had purchased a mangalsutra 2 months prior and wearing just a few days ago had realised that the design, though looked wonderful, had some practical flaws. Although it took some time, but the staff members including Twinkle, were very understanding of the design issue and provided us full amount exchange option against the flawed design mangalsutra. If it's a genuine issue, the staff listens and provides support while being humble in their service. Before going to the store, we also had full confidence in their support. Conveniently located inside Ambience mall on Nelson Mandella road Delhi. The shop has ample collection of all kinds of jewelery. The space inside the shop is slightly cramped. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Design choices are not as expansive as one would see on a standalone no mall outlet.

Excellent customer support. We were served by two excellent people- Gunjan and Niranjan Singh. They were very polite courteous and very helpful. Exceeded all my expectations and I have full admiration for them. My wife is over the moon and she only wants to come to this store only. And not forget their hospitality and excellent tea.

They have one of the worst agents. The company the product I will give A+ but the people working out there specially women's they force the customer like hell to have membership.. if a person say no once why the hell they need to force somebody 100 times again and again n it's soo irritating. And moreover there was a lady who took my phone and trying to open up their Google page and then giving review by herself. Will, I just want to ask to you is this the way your company train the worker to force somebody or take customer phone and give urself review. PLEASE HAVE SOME MANNERS. We don't steel your money or we don't have your money. We come inn like a cus so treat like a cus. N you don't have any right to forces a cus to give review before leaving the shop or u don't have the right to force a cus for membership if they r not willing.
