Worst gold jewellery brand never purchase from them their product quality is so bad not at all for everyday wear. I purchased 2 bracelet from them both of them broke and they kept is for months and then eventually refused to fix them . Their lifetime repair warranty is fraud .

They do have nice & trendy jewellery designs,bus the customer service is a dissapointment for me.I got my bill after 40 days from the date of(store)purchase,and that too by going to the store to collect it myself after asking them t9o send me online thrice.I was told on the day of purchase that the bill could be sent via mail,so I happily agreed as the staffs I dealt with were quite polite. The worst part was the manager at the store(won't be naming her).She was rude,her tone was not at all pleasant,and she kept cutting me when I speak! She asked me info about my purchased item,and whenever I start explaining,she cuts me off and asked me another one.A bad experience for me,I dont think I will ever buy from them again. Apart from the rude manager and issues with the bill,the other staffs were nice and polite.Go check it out.

Awful finishing around my solitaire mount. Good salesmanship but terrible customer service. Make sure to get certificates of your solitaires and cut diamonds separately if your ring has both kinds of diamonds. They try their best not to give certifications separately. We had to keep struggling for that for almost a month. Also they don't weigh products and display the weight to the customers at the time of purchasing like all other brands do. Quite fishy. I bought my partner's ring unfortunately from the same brand. Its been 2 months only and the ring looks worn out as ever. The colour looks different too. Every other day we think of just selling it back to them without even considering the idea of exchange. I was thinking of getting my ring expanded a little bit after 2 months of my wedding and while visiting a different shop (Manohar Lal, Defence colony), I casually enquired about its possibility. They checked my ring once and said they could not find any certification/identification number on my solitaire and hence won't be able to keep the ring with them for any purpose. Well... I've read some reviews on google play too to see if only I had been a victim of back luck. But seems like other people are having a hard time returning Melorra's products (due to similar reasons as mine) to Melorra itself! At the end of the day it was a bad overall experience and lack of trust in the brand.

Store totally depends on Melorra corporate office. For any exchange they check with customer care.. Usually don't accept there own products.

Your customer service is outstanding, your packaging is beautiful and the products I have received so far are wonderful - great quality! I usually hate getting catalogs but yours will be staying with me and used often - it's pretty enough to leave on my coffee table! But what I find most appealing is that your prices are better than most other options out there on almost every product!

Very poor service. Even for returning customers. Had ordered a ring on Nov 10th, 2023, on several reminders and follow ups they clarified it today (27th Dec) that product cannot be delivered and will refund the advanced payment. I had purchased a pair of earrings from them earlier and so wanted to get a ring as well, since the product was not in stock I had ordered it and this was the service I was given. Utterly disappointed.

While Melorra calls itself a brand for "everyday jewellery", their quality and designs are definitely not "everyday". I bought a ring for my everyday use which bends disforms very easily. But now I am told that i should "not wear it everyday" because the design is not meant for daily use. I think the brand should change their tagline and call itself "only special occasions jewellery".

I got lucky enough to find Melorra, their product is as per their word, "one of a kind". Moreover their sales staff Mr. Navjyot Singh helped me out of time to find the right gift for me. I liked how their management is more customer centric rather than other players in the same business. Would definitely go again for Melorra.

One of the Best places to buy jewellery is Avenue Saket. They have a Beautiful and unique collection of Designs which can be worn each day without fuss! The staff is quite polite and helpful..
