I won't say I had great experience. I am their customer who invested in their Akshaya policy for a year and then when I went to get it matured (minutes ago) then their treatment was below par. Even after buying a gift jewellery of 1.5 lacs, and spending there an hour after making selection of jewellery, I had to come back with temporary bills because they were not prompt. I would recommend that they improvise to please customer as they are not on a business which runs irrespective of feedback and treatment of customer.

Bought a gold chain which got break within two days.. When asked to return they charged current gold price rather same day price… Incompetent staff, No manners, Too high making charges much more than other branded showrooms in same market. Rude behaviour as well….

We have visited this store quite a few number of times and we were very well attended by Mr Avdesh. We are fully satisfied with the service at this store.

We came from USA to visit family & wife thought of buying gold. Usually we go mehra sons from old days but thought to try these brands & experience was pathetic. The ring blended and was out of shape after she wore for two days. When asked to exchange as it was manufacturing defect in product & we offered to buy heavier by paying extra they started to deduct making on ring we returning although it was in seven days or might be a day more but obviously not month. When we said ok give us same ring but different peice they said you need to pay extra making charges on exactly same ring … what a joke this Jewellery brand so called Kalyan Jeweler , they know how to make money only.. no customer satisfaction ( least concerned) , relationship least concerned … one Moto , how to vend money from customers. Over all experience pathetic , shameful strategies they use , cheap quality manufacturing , poor customer service. Think before you buy.. they show to deliver international standards but honestly they stand nowhere. Be careful buying Gold with Kalyan .

Worst Experience of my life. DO NOT OPT FOR THEIR EMI, they are liars to lure you showing various benefits and discounts but when you will go to take you item they will have abundance of if and but's to charge you hefty making charges. Tanishq offers much better deal than kalyan and do no believe a word Tanishq employee's share with you. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!

If I talk about styles this shop has a great deal. But making charges are too high. I looked out for earings and rings, very high making charges of around 1200 were being for each gram. End up going to another store even though liked the styles.
