Suddenly I found Bensups Hospital which is located in sec 12 Dwarka near metro like i went there see the service of the hospital and rooms which was too big and clean thanks to Gynae Dr Neelam Who took initiative and took my case in emergency . Bensups hospital is situated in Dwarka Sector-12. There is ample parking space available here for two as well as four-wheelers. The hospital is in a good locality and it is easy to reach here. The staff here is helpful and very much polite. All the Covid 19 safety measures are being followed here. The hospital has all the basic facilities available such as clean drinking water, clean washrooms, etc. for their patients. The staff here is very much helpful and is ready to help any patient as and when required. This hospital also has a facility for Covid 19 testing and reports are also provided within 48 hours.

Very bad experience for emergency and price too high. I wish nobody should go to this hospital they take very high rate without solution.

Third class hospital that is why when all hospitals are full they are sitting idle. Unfortunately i went for my RTPCR test and what i got. Sample given at 12PM yesterday was sent for test today morning at 7AM. Is the sample even trustworthy now. God help the patients who go there. I will have to repeat the test. On top of that the staff is also totally non customer friendly. Should see the hospital shut down soon. Though i am going to complain to SDM.

I was admitted on 1st December 2022 in Bensups Hospital, located near metro station dwarka Sector 12 and was discharged on 7th December 2022. I went in the emergency and was given immediate attention with proper care and support by Dr. Nilay. He was very cooperative and even after I was admitted to a normal room, he used to visit me daily and ask about my health. My main doctor was Dr. Sanjay Mishra, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, empathetic and made me feel cared just like home, wise and skillful, and monitored me continuously, very calm, energetic and basically he is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Not only the doctors but the helping staff and nurses were very helpful, made me feel like home. Especially nurse Ms. Silky Dahiya, Ms. Savitri, and all other nursing staff was very careful, communicative and flexible. There was this doctor who used to visit at night, Ms. Vishwabha, she was very charming, energetic and very positive. Mr. Narendra Joshi, the housekeeping head, used to visit me daily and ask for updates on my health and he was responsible for changing my clothes, bedsheets and cleanliness of the room. The rooms were very spacious and the atmosphere in the hospital was very quite and calm, which helped me relax and get better soon. Ms. Jyoti, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite. Thanks to Mr. Krishna Bhandari, the TP head, helped me in processing all my bills. I would like to thank everyone who made my stay comfortable and cured me.

"THE DOCTOR'S WORD" On 14th September 2022, I was feeling palpitations. I went to the emergency of Bensup’s hospital for an ECG and to get a prescription for Alprax .25mg (I used to get relief after taking Alprax for a week). I requested Dr Shorya RMO for a prescription of Alprax so that my palpitations subside. I tried my best to persuade him. On seeing the ECG he did not prescribe me Alprax but insisted that I should go and see a cardiologist. The next day I consulted a cardiologist. CT Coronary Angiogram revealed 95% blockage in one artery. As a result, the Stenting was done. In 95% of blockage cases, the patient goes to sleep at night and does not get up the next day. Though I came for surgery but due to some fitness issues my surgery could not be processed. Surgery will be next month, but my experience was good somehow the days I stayed here. Nurses which were nice, name are NEHA and SIVA sisters. Manager on duty was there. Rest was all good.

I was admitted to this hospital on 15  October 2022 evening for an acute gastroenteritis problem and discharged on 20 October. These five days I got the best treatment from the best Doctors in the hospital. On the first day, Dr. Chatterjee looked after me in the emergency room. He is a polite, knowledgeable, and a little bit commanding doctor. I wish him all the very best. My main doctor was Dr. Sanjay Misra- a thorough gentleman, very knowledgeable, explaining everything possible to patients regarding the disease (never seen this quality in most of the doctors I know), lovingly caring, and very soft-spoken. Every hospital should have a doctor like him. I wish him all the best. The ICU staff is very efficient, especially Mr. Satinder. Recently visited your hosiptal for my mother gall bladder operation Overall experience was good Doctors and staff was very cooperative But when i was at reception i met a guy Mahaveer may be a manager or staff I don’t know he was pretending himself more than a doctor and explaining me about surgery and when its comes for package of surgery he was trying to convence me cheaper package in another hospital i denid and move to another hospital This is just to let u know if this ur managment part u will loose your patient

Dr Vishal Bansup Hospital I am hurt. If I have to get an X-ray done on my right toe, then on my entire foot. They have to get an X-ray done, for what reason, I have got an injury only on my thumb. Otherwise I have no pain anywhere, I am an employee from CGHS panel, the hospital denies that there is no panel.

Horrible people. Lied that they can provide an injection but are such liers that do don't have basic medications. I went there in such condition but non cooperative staff was just lying and gossiping around

This hospital is working good, Jyoti ma'am is working very hard. she is very helping nature. Rahul sir and bala ma'am are supportive people. Over all experience is very good.

No crowd which was my dream .. unbelievably came true at this fantastic hospital.. just finished all things done for covid vaccine in 10 minutes.. for first dose we went to other private hospital and wasted 1 hour for d same thing in busy schedule with small baby .. plus there we paid 1400 rs for covaxin and here at bensups hospital they charged 1200 rs... all charges are very reasonable where other hospitals are busy in looting the patients! It's a big and good hospital now too, but more and more competitive busy hospitals have come up in the vicinity. Hope to see it in full swing in future.

I approached Bensups Hospital on 23rd August 2021 for second Covaxin dose and paid ₹1200 for it. However, I doubt that the nurse faked injection. The nurse searched through a box for bottle like some petty thing. The bottle looked empty and she just quickly touched needle to my shoulder and applied cotton, I did not feel the needle piercing my muscle like during the first dose at a different centre. My shoulder doesn't ache like it did for several days after first shot. Is there any way to verify if vaccination was actually done?

I had the best experience going there for my vaccination where especially the receptionist jyoti mam was very kind and helpful in guiding me and also other staff namely annu & tanuja was also helpful. The overall kindness of these staff members was really appreciable. I personally recommend here.

As my wife got sick and was not well, i admitted her in Bensups hospital. The medicine doctor consulted her and all medications were given to her. Now she is relieved. I am happy with all staff. Manager on duty Mr.Uday was there and sister Siva was nice.

Though I was in short of money, even for 1 day , I was given good care, nurses were all time along to care for me. Manager was there to assist when needed. Rest I am satisfied with a services.

Best place for covid vaccines. The staff was outstanding and really very cooperative. We visited Aakash and Manipal first since there was some error in my wifes 1st dose registration but they just told us to get it corrected ourselves which we couldnt. The gentleman here spent 10mins with us to sokve the problem and devised a smart plan to bypass the error and we were made able to get it done. No crowd, gentle reception and no hanky panky.
