Five stars to Apollo Cradle for a smooth and happy nine months journey. From day one of our pregnancy to delivery, they have exceeded all our expectations. My wife was under supervision of Dr Sadhna Kala and we always felt utmost care and love on every consultation. Dr Kala is definitely one of the best gynecologist in NCR. A great team of doctors and nursing staff ensured that our baby was delivered healthy and safe. My wife was admitted for three days and their paediatrician, nutritionist and lactation expert helped her transition well to new parents. Hats off to the nurses and housekeeping staff for round the clock care and service. Ms Charanpreet and other admin staff were always on their feet to help us in admission, a comfortable stay and discharge. Highly recommend Apollo Cradle for their superb care and service.

It was an amazing experience with Apollo cradle throughout my pregnancy journey. The staff and the services they provide is something I have never seen or heard for the other leading hospitals. From planning the baby shower for soon to be parents till the day you get discharge at every step they do something extra to make you feel special. Also, the care they give to mother and child after delivery is beyond unexpected and the nurses and the staff are super supportive and friendly with good experience. One of the best hospitals I ever came across. I got to deliver my baby at the hospital and the staff is beyond amazing. All the sisters specially sister Lydia, is a gem of a person. This is my second time with Dr sanjeeda Yasmeen and the whole 9 months were wonderful. She seems to be very experienced and highly knowledgeable doctor. In my case it was a bit critical situation but her timely taken decision has made the situation normal. Hospital and staff all the nurses and food everything was beyond words Over all 10/10

I really loved the stay at Apollo cradle. The staff were very professional and also very warm at the same time. The entire experience made my recovery very speedy and well taken care of. I received the postpartum care I never knew I even needed. Everything was very clean and organised. Help was available 24x7 for both me and the baby. The comprehensive services provided were truly excellent, and I wish to express my gratitude for the dedication of the medical professionals, on-duty staff, and other team members. The doctors and nurses exhibited remarkable proactiveness in attending to both the mother and child. We benefited from consistent visits by doctors, nurses, paediatrician, lactation counsellor, and physiotherapist. We were genuinely pleased with the complete package the facility provided. However, there are a few drawbacks to mention. Firstly, there is a lack of a proper waiting area for relatives to wait or grab a meal. Secondly, the security personnel exhibited discourteous behaviour.

Our experience with Apollo cradle for my wife’s maternity care recently was a pleasant one. We are blessed with a baby boy on Nov 17, 2022 and are quite happy with the stay at Cradle. Special thanks to our most beloved Gynaecologist, Ms. Poonam Neeti Tara whom we consulted for our first baby as well. Throughout the pregnancy her care was most comforting for us. The paediatrician Dr. Gaurav Jawa was just perfect to be a baby doctor, very kind and understanding. The duty doctor at Apollo, Ms. Unnati was very kind. The staffs both administrative and nursing are very cooperative and helping. Especially the care shown by the nursing staff is much laudable. Their support round the clock was simply awesome. To name a few staff who were personally taking good care were sisters Ms. Sangam, Ms. Swati and entire crew at ward for post natal care, head of nursing staff, housekeeping staff at ward, Babita didi, Dipa Kaur didi, etc,. Ms. Naina from customer care was much supportive and understanding and took good care of us. Also not to miss, the entire restaurant staff were very polite and offered excellent service with good food on time. Finally, even the security staff at gate and at labor ward and valet too were quite cooperative and polite. Overall, a good experience at Cradle and we strongly recommend for maternal care.

This is one of the best maternity hospital. My doctor was Sanjida Yasmin. She is very prompt to answer your queries even if it was a silly one. You can talk to her anytime. She handled my emergency delivery very well. The package we were told was very reasonable according to the facilities provided here. I am very happy that I chose this hospital for my baby's delivery.

Overall the place is ok but if you charge huge amounts please ensure you provide 5 start facilities because you charge accordingly. There was an adult sleeping in my babies shared room and adult had viral. Please don't restrict outside food or feels like av jail. The doctors and nurses are good though.

They have some excellent doctors but the support staff (front desk, insurance dept, billing dept, etc) is very very unprofessional to say the least. No one smiles, they lack coordination amogst each other Out of the 10 support staff members you meet, you would see 8 of them with a stiff face. I feel sad for them - they don't seem to enjoy work. They need some pep talk from their senior staff members it seems. All of them look so over worked and jaded!

Excellent staff, nurses and doctors, took very good care of baby and mother. Everyone is friendly and approachable, making for a very comfortable environment for first time parents. Very comfortable stay for attendants too. Reasonably priced, and if you book in advance, lot of freebies thrown in. Overall, an excellent place to welcome your bundle of joy into the world.

My wife was admitted for delivery of our child and had a great experience in terms of services starting from the helps to all doctors and nurses. Everyone was very proactive and helpful during evey stage of delivery ( pre and post ). Our doctor Geeta Chadha guide us through out the process which gave us more confident for first time time parents. And glad to see the hospital strictly follows Covid protocol. The only thing which needs improvement is the food options and its taste.

Had spent 4 days for my little girls delivery. The doctors ( specially Dr Charanjit Kaur), support staff were very kind and diligent throughout our stay for which we are grateful. The hospital was clean sanitised and followed strict Covid precautions which are highly appreciated. The one star deducted is for the lacks in the cafeteria service which i feel was too slow and inefficient. The other problem was that the package cost should include the food for the one attendant they allow during your tenure at the hospital. Overall a satisfactory experience. Special mention to the duty doctors, the nursing staff who took care of the baby like their own ( considering that we are first timers and don’t really know as to how to handle a new born).
