I’ve taken a slimming package and was committed 20 kgs guaranteed but my more than half package was completed and lost only 5 kgs. They kept asking to take more things which I refused as my prior experience was zero as their commitment was zero. I even have signed paper from one of the doctor stating 20 kgs guaranteed with 1 year maintenance but nothing. Face treatment was also taken by me but hardly can see difference as 1st of all Q-Switch machine comes once a month and that too is never done properly on the entire face. My money is blocked so I am taking my remaining services but I really do not suggest Pachouli to anyone.

Totally FRAUD We have spent lot of money for the skin treatment of my daughter ..but the results were worst . They charged us more and more everytime we visited. We got no results with their treatment . False claims and fake staff even their doctors. Kindly do not visit such place . It's better to go to parlors.

Pachouli Wellness Clinic is a big fraud, they charge me huge and stop giving the treatment, also the staff and place is very unhygienic. Instead of wellness they will spoil your health. Its my humble request to everyone kindly do not visit this place.

Worst place I've ever visit...staff is so manipulating... They'll just offer a small water bottle...they act as if they are so sweet...but they are nothing just bunch of crooks...they'll make u wait for your appointment to just show that they are so busy with their customers...but if you'll see there is no such customers...and I saw them doing clean up with aroma magic's sunscreen instead of other special facial creams...so be careful...think 10 times before visiting them and just simply wasting your time and money...

Worst experience. Worst service by the clinic Total wastage of money. Everytime u visit the clinic for a treatment, they constantly force u to take another service. 2-3 people will eat ur head to buy another service before the completion of one service. No results can be seen. We spent 1.2 lakhs for MR treatment(forhead upliftment) and fillers(for under-eye) but we got worst results as it led to uneven swellings and accumulation of fluid in different areas of skin. These treatment we took before from other skin doctors with satisfactory results but under pachouli wellness clinic, we got worst results.

Very nice services thery provide. I'm taking Potli massages from Pachouli shivalik. Feeling so relaxed & Dharmendra is so good in massages. & Front desk manager Vijay is too polite whenever I want the appointment he give the slot on time. Thank to Pachouli.

Gurgaon clinic is Pathetic. They Don't even have courtesy to answer calls for appointment. When you go there, they are more focused in making a sales pitch to sell services instead of giving good customer service. Once they've sold something, they don't bother to even answer calls. It's totally sales oriented instead of being services oriented.

The staff is very well trained and have a customer centric focus. Very bad services, they never follow up for the appointment. Pathetic services my husband was treated with prp, they asked some assistant to do his therapy and his scalp was bleeding badly. They are just taking money upfront and then they don't care about the patient. Same thing happened to my sister, doctor asked us to visit every 15 -20days for the session and now it's already more than a month that the doctors are not available. I will never recommend this clinic to anybody. They are just making money and not giving services. Also they are not ready to refund our money back also.

Hi I am writing this to let people know about this clinic first of all the staff is unprofessional they really don't know how to treat the Client and then they just know how to make money that's all. I started my face treatment from here in February 2021 they charged me 30k and nothing they did no great results on my face after spending this much money I am really very disappointed finally and somehow I managed to take some extra sessions coz there wasn't any thing done to my face and now again they're asking me more money and trying to convince me to take another package saying that we'll help you with your face issues. I mean how can they have such guts to ask more money and convince me afternoon knowing that I'm not gonna spend a single penny there. Anyways I will surely go to some other good clinic for my concern but please guys be careful never go Pachouli for any of your concern they're not at good.

Pachouli is full of scammers. I had the worst experience there. I went for my dark circles and pigmentation problem there. There is one manager, her name is Payal Taneja. She charged 40k for that and made many fake promises that she would clear my skin totally. But nothing happened not even the slightest. I visited Model Town 2nd clinic and whenever I go there for the session they asked for more and more money for numerous treatment. They totally waste my money, obviously it’s a scamming business. I am really disappointed and also I’m an influencer on Instagram. Once I reach 100k on Instagram, I will totally put a post of Pachouli, along million followers influencers too, and let the world know how do they scams..!!

Please dont risk your body with the services of this panchouli clinic . They will fool you and say they offer a wide services and quality but this is not true .. they will spoil your body with very bad service experience and way of talking is also very bad . Got a laser which in turn left burnt sign on my hands .. please look for another laser like pico laser at devilz and many more clinics are there dont go with this one .
