I had an appointment there for hairfall. The doctor said that i have red patches on my head. They said it is below the scalp which cannot be seen which is non sense. My mother also checked it. She didn't found anything. I consulted the best doctor for hairs in delhi. She said they are just playing money games for their packages. There are no red patches. It is all because of hormonal imbalance which is now cured through meditation. I request you to never ever go to Batra's. They are just making their packages and fooling people. Useless creatures. Horrible experience

I paid for entire year on 28 February 2021 specifically asking and promised to be treated by the doctor I had asked for. Next day took a leave from office and went for the appointments and was told the doctor is not here please come tomorrow. At the time of registration - got 3 calls in 1 hour forcing to pay today or price will increase. Later I realised the receiptionist knew all along that doctor would be unavailable and tactically made me pay 3 days before the treatment starts.

I'm sitting here waiting for half an hour for skin allergy and doctors are busy "partying" and refusing to see as they are busy enjoying. If this is how you're gonna treat your patients then don't open a clinic in first place.

No good treatment, 60000 is a big amount for hair treatment, There is no difference in my hairs. Before treatment u did promise you will see a big difference in 3 sessions but after 10 sessions and one year treatment there is no difference. I will never recommend to anyone.
