1. Very Supportive and very responsive 2. Quick in giving solutions 3. Good turnaround time with call backs 4. Post sales service is also very good. I received 2 calls in between the tests just to know if everything is going smooth or if there is any challenge.

Janta x ray has dropped quality recently. The staff is rude as well. Case in point Mr. Yogesh Sadana. When I enquired for an ultrasound done under DAK scheme. When I called to enquire about the procedure their employee Mr. Yogesh behaved rudely and refused to even listen to people's queries. When I called him out he started screaming at me and banged the phone down arrogantly saying 'I am Yogesh complaint wherever you like'. My patient is paralyzed. Before I get them for a test anywhere I need to know if they have wheelchairs and stairs. But as per Mr. Yogesh - if you can come at 8 am then good otherwise don't come. The lab forgets that they are not doing this for free and they will be paid for it. If it is inconvenient for Janta X ray they can refuse to do it and make money of it.

Very Bad Lab. CT scan krwaya tha brother ka.. Usme likha ki Tuberculosis and Covid both h. Dono ek sath kese ho skte h. Never visit this Lab. False report. Ruining life of people.

Price- Excellent Service- Excellent Patient Assistance- Poor Since most of the patient are not from medical background, reception team should have to assist properly but they are not doing properly. I visited on Saturday (10th Jun'23) for test of my mother but one test got missed just because of improper assistance. Although Today I got full support by one guy and completed test Today.

We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Janta x-ray diagnostic lab. We got our reports online before expected time. We are highly thankful to Mr. Pramod who helped us through his experience. He is smart in understanding diagnostics test. He saved us a lot of money by suggesting a package instead of individual tests. He is very cooperative and guided us at different stages of tests thereby saving our time.

Poor service thier xray staff named jasdeep he behaved rudely with us and spoke very rudely. It is unfortunate Please keep such rude people away from Janta xray such a staff spoils your image, the boy needs therapy, he is mental.

The experience has excellent.. The staff is particularly helpful and polite and very prompt. The front desk has always gone out of its way to help with everything from booking to sending technicians home for home collection and timely delivery of reports. very good experience indeed.

Building is Beautiful But Reception Staff totally Unskilled. I faced Problem there. Even, None of the staff tried to resolve the problem. After wasting more than one hour time they shift my X-RAY to other Clinic. I hope I don't have to go here again.

Very bad staff, appointment given by them is also useless, once appointment taken 5 days prior of 10 am, visited there at 9:30 still have to take token, after that waited till 2pm then also denied the test, said this test cannot b done, not possible, got same test done at adjecent lab. Highly not recommended 3 person returned in front of me only.

Amazing service of this hospital. Very helpful staff. All tge reports and treatment get on time with good service and good environment in this hospital. One of the staff member is nice who's behaviour and nature is very good, very helpful and supportive and even friendly too name is khushi. And also Janta x ray Tilak Nagar is awesome for tests and results. Even the security guard is very kind and very helpful here name is Sanjay Dubey.

My first time experience with them was tremendously good. I live in Okhla, travelled about 25 kms leaving all other clinics behind, and it was 100% worth the time and effort. Visited there for a chest X-ray PA view, and surprisingly, it was done in just 10-15 minutes. Report came within next few hours. Customer care service is just one phone call away. Picks up the call seconds after dialling. Overall it was truly a 5-star service and I am very happy with their service. Price was extremely reasonable in a place like Delhi.

It is a fraud testing lab. First they tell low prices and after taking test samples they ask more money to give reports. If u refuse to give, then they will. Misbehave with you.

I can vouch for Janta X-Ray, Tilak Nagar that they have the best team of people working with them. Staff is highly cooperative. They never miss the deadline for reports. Janta x-ray clinic is a superb diagnostic centre. The staff(reception as well as lab) is quite friendly and helpful. I should mention one thing that they take good care of hygiene, which is rare in many diagnostic centres. I got my ultrasound done from Dr. Ghata Aggarwal, she's quite a friendly doctor. For early appointment, one should come early around 7-7:30am.

Whenever we came from blood test the billing was always the issue. Staff who has to take the blood test is free and we are waiting for a billing to be done. It's better is someone can take care of this and the billing person can check if the blood test staff is free they can take a patient who has come for a blood test and it can be free easily.

Janta people are very nice ,helping and professional,i came here for my few tests it has been done quickly and staff i must say they all are fabulous, cleaning and hygiene maintained very well,madam who was taking care of all these things is very humble and professional she knows how to help people. Got the reports on time. I saw one girl named Khushi who was assisting with report's collection and saw here hard work and the kind of customer service was pretty humble. I literally wanted to get up and ask her name and put it especially in the review. Usually i have seen staff talking like they don't care about anything or anyone's time but here the case was different and positive.. Good job!!

Very bad behaviour of main counter staff. I am sitting idle with patient only for the Blood sample submission. There is no one in waiting for the blood samples and still your staff want me to kept on waiting for billing first. My token number is 130 and the number is still stuck for 91 on counter from last 10-15min. Means i will need to keep my patient on hold for minimum 30-40mins just only for the billing. Seems you guys are just running a Business only. You don't care about an person's health problems.

During my visit at night hour in emergency,sujeet was attended who help to guide with all procedure for MRI and the bigger support he did payment mode accept as per my convenience in emergency.... really i wil always give blessings for him .

Big Thanks to Mr.Pramod who helps my aunt to get her test done (CT coronary angio). He is very nice and polite person and clearing every doubt very efficiently. She got her test done in very short time and got reports on time. Again thanks to all the team members especially Mr. Pramod.
