Last week me and friends went on kasol-kheerganga trek with this company and we had the worst trip of our lives just because of their pathetic arrangements and the fraud they did with us. There were total 25 people and one captain. The captain was some new guy who himself didn't know the company well! The traveller was so uncomfortable as if it is for school kids.Our driver was a guy who was full of fatigue and did not had enough sleep to drive on such a long route. Our traveller broke down 4 times and at one time the driver took the bus into iron rods and one of the tire got busted. We reached to the location in fairly 32 hours and the location of the camp which was shown to us was different. We were shown cottages but we were taken into tents. Our first day went down the drain there was neither an extension or a compensation for that. They are totally fraud, no one listened to our complaints and the owner Manan through whom we booked was telling us this is how a journey goes. Horrible experience with horrible arrangements. It was only the trek that was good because of the other travellers but then again they had not much part to play in it.

In trip tooo he play most important role... and talking about journey is so good...✌🏻💯 My. co - ordinator will be. "Dev and Ruchit " Both also done a great job , while Trekking they support me alot , so much fun alot memories. Alll arrangement was done very well. Both co-ordinator support well and everything was well and good... And talking about overall journey is soo good 😌 Must visit. Guys.🤩✌🏻💯

It was an amazing trip to Kedarnath with Twist and Tours. Our trip captains, Vikas and Mohit were nice, patient and managed the trip well. Improvement Areas: The tempo traveller provided was not at all comfortable for overnight journeys. Could have stopped at better locations for food during the journey.

It was an amazing trip curated by Twist and tour for Manali & Kasol. All the guides/buses/travel partners were swift and hassle free once we boarded the bus. We connected with Deep from Twist and tour who took care of all the queries, arrangements, comfort and questions. He was kind and extremely diligent to help us at all times. Hi there Sharing experience of recently concluded trip from Delhi to Kedarnath, organised by Twist and Tours. Basically there is a lot of difference between the itinerary committed and communicated to you with the actual itinerary delivered. Starting of the trip itself is a disaster and got delayed due to the kiosk created by organisers and sorted only after having a discussion with their owner. The seats of traveller was not comfortable at all and having an unpleasant smell also, but the driver drove very well throught the trip. Secondly the rooms at Sonprayaga was quite good, spacious and well hygenied but the rooms of the dormitory provided at Kedarnath was so dirty and smelly (pictures attached), and the most importantly the washrooms - a complete disaster. The dinner provided at Dormitory was not at all eatable that's why we skipped breakfast and have a paid breakfast at The Shivalik (strongly recommended) The so called co-ordinator of the trip has no experience of co ordinating a group of 12-14 persons, he needs to improve his skills on part of coordination with a group. Lastly, I personally recommend you not to book any trip from Twist and Tours better go through with the other options available in the market. Keep travelling my travellers 😊

Went on a chopta tungnath trip with twists and tours. The package was pocket-friendly, traveler provided was clean and comfortable. The camp stay was located at a beautiful site covered with snow. The staff on the campsite were giving their best hospitality even during the heavy snow. The food was amazing I met some incredible people. The trip leader Rahul was friendly and cheerful and made the journey fun. He managed everything well and was taking care of everyone in the group. Gonna travel again!!

Trip was good but transport was very bad. We had to sit 5 people on last seats, but it should have been only for 4 people. So traveling was very miserable we could not sit and sleep in the entire 14-15 hours journey ( one sided) and we spent whole journey on last seats only because this trip became very miserable. I hope twist and tour will take a look on this seating arrangement and should improve otherwise trip was good and accomodation was okay and food was very good.
