They say that are available for any support and help, but in time of problem they don’t answer, my puppy suffered fungal infection 2days after purchase and there was no response or guidance from them. This led to suffering for the pup. DO NOT BUY from here, also they lied about the age of dog and there is no breed authentication certificate.

Worst Shop ever, they have nill knowledge of the dog products. They gave me paw cleaning spray for dry bath (and when i call them that the doctor is saying that its not for the body, he says "bhaiya mai to apne dogs ke lie bhi yhi lgata hu")... And the dog quality is also not good, i bought labrador from there he has some issues but by the time with the help of medicines he is ok now, but i don't mind with the quality of my dog now bcz now i have a next level bond with my dog(Joy)... And i would like to recommend to adopt a street dog to everyone else and to me also in future...
