Puran Ji (Reetika tours) was arranged as our driver remotely and before we even arrived in Delhi. The company helped us arranged a wonderful itinerary over 3 days and the driver made contact prior to us departing for India. This was excellent so we could arrange pickup from the airport since Wi-Fi was difficult to obtain there. Note: you can ask for a free Wi-Fi coupon. On all of our trips, the driver was ready to collect us from our hotel on time so we were never made to wait, and made every accommodation to make our journey as comfortable as possible including water, AC and various other comforts. The driver himself (Puran ji) is excellent! I cannot recommend him enough! He is polite, respectful, helpful and would advise us on the best way to achieve our goals, helping us with timings and letting us know how much time things would take to complete. The main company also works behind the scenes to arrange your guides and tickets which is super helpful and time saving. Overall I would 1000% recommend this taxi company for all your hire car needs in Delhi.

We took 3 days Delhi trip with Mr Puran in last summer. He just made sure to charge extra money, but not show the entire Delhi. We kept saying him to show Chandni Chowk, but he didnt. He used to drop us before 6pm only and that was it. Not even taking for a full day ride anyday.
