It was beautiful experience at Manali. 4 star hotel was awesome. Cab driver was cooperative and was aware areas and timings which is quite required during snowfall times.

Intend to provide an unbiased review so pardon me if I mention anything which the team doesn’t like. 1. Had a great time considering my last minute plan and requirement (literally 3 days before). Mr. Mahtab was very patient and handled my queries and request professionally and was available over phone whenever I needed. 2. Stay : The stays were arranged at quality hotels. Although most were located at quite some distance from main location, didn’t bother much except that you had to be dependent upon the driver all the time. If you are going to Shimla, I’ll advice to go for Ashapuri rather than Gezellig only for the location. Otherwise, Gezellig too was perfect starting from spacious rooms, good food, perfect view. Meal inclusive is advisable as the prices are too high. ( In Shimla, Zion is located around 8 kms from main Manali with limited option for food. I had to shell out Rs 675 just for plate of Chilly Chicken, which was equivalent to price charged by Radisson Blu, Shimla). Buffet was great in all the hotels. 3. Tour planning: Mahtab did a great research and planned the trip as per my requirement. However it is advised you do your own research as well to know it yourself. For exm - The first thing the driver told me was my plan was not practical. (I managed to execute it but was but hectic). 4. Vehicle : You can totally depend on the timings and quality of vehicle. Unfortunately the person I was assigned wasn’t the ‘Happy go lucky’ type person and kept to himself for most of the trip except when it was the time to stop at his choice of shops and restaurants (I suppose he got commission). Had a bad experience in Manali when the stall he took us to (Shop number 197, run by a Sardar Ji, deals in warm clothes and accessories required for Rohtang) cheated us of 2500 Rs. (he had pitched for Rs 4500).My advice - Google and select your own shops and restaurants to stop. His driving was great but thats all. The remainder of complains I’ll inform directly to Mr Mahtab. 5. Overall - I’ll definitely recommend RnT. Their price is competitive with other companies and the personalised support you get is the best part. 6. For RnT - May be the driver partners can be trained and educated regarding dos and don’t. Thanks for arranging the wonderful trip.

I booked 4 days and 3 nights stay from Routes and Tours for Munar Alleppey and Kochi. It was nice experience and my family also enjoyed from pick up to drop points all things happened very nicely and trip ended with sweet memories.

We booked a 4N and 5D trip to Kerala with Routes and Tours. It was an awesome plan and helped us all through the trip. Hotels: At Woods Resort, Munnar: 3/5 (service and food at the resort were not up to par, but that's not the fault of Routes and Tours). The Patio, Thekkady: 4.5/5 (except breakfast, everything was great) Time Square Boutique Hotel, Alleppey: 5/5 (no complaints at all, amazing experience) Vehicle: 5/5 The AC car was in good condition, and the driver (Jaleel Kakkanad) was very friendly and helpful. Also suggested were good options for food, rides, and sightseeing. Overall, it was an amazing experience with the routes and tours. highly recommended to others. Thank you Mahtab Ali, for the arrangements as per our need and budget.

To tell clearly it's not the fault of the routes n tours but at pahalgam The kolahi green resort staff did not provide us heater facility properly.....water in taps was hot only at nights .....the driver provided to us did not take us to local sightseeing at Srinagar...he just said us abhi waha aapko kuch nahi milega dekhne ....dekhne mile ya na it's secondary but his duty was to atleast show us place ....rest he informed us how to deal with local police who were asking for covid fund. Driver which he associated to us for Gulmarg was good .thorough professional

We completed a five day guided tour of beautiful Kashmir, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and house boat in Srinagar. All the hotels booked for us were amazing, spacious and comfortable. Even food at all places we stayed had a good taste plus there were options in menu. During the entire trip the coordinator was in constant touch to ensure we are getting everything that we need. We were given crysta and it was very well maintained , the driver use to clean the car everyday to ensure we are getting fresh environment. Our camps and trek guide was part of package, we received good tents and the guide was very helpful.
