Jugni...when I heard this name, I thought whats the name like...jugnu is a firefly which we mostly hear and then jugni is a female firefly who fly with a light within and spreads the glitter.. I finally made up my mind to travel to meghalaya after enormous search on Facebook and various websites who were selling many female travelling packages. One thing I was sure with my travel plan is that I will meet like-minded people and it will give me a chance to see another part of India which I was planning since long. Connecting with Ekta for the details and then later got to know that this is Nitesh who originated this concept and is a part of one of the topmost liked female solo travelling group in india ,gave me another level of excitement to join the group. Since I have been travelling with other groups earlier ,I can easily differentiate the quality and the comfort which Nitesh,in person, has ensured in this whole itinerary for everyone. They are not restricted to one single hotel or place and they give the thought of improvising everytime to make things better for the female travellers who are coming to their trips leaving their own set of challenges and fears in their life thus join for the few days of travelling and enjoy without any judgement of others. I feel that the kind of atmosphere Nitesh and his team creates around us during the whole trip,it feels a different world altogether where we forget every issues and stress in our lives and focus on creating happy moments which we would be cherishing for the lifetime. I may not be able to assess the feedback of others however I can say that I enjoy the meghalaya trip with jugni in a much enjoyable and free mindset and look forward for another trip with them. I wish jugni team lots of good wishes and happy moments !

This time last week, I was on the bestest trip with Jugni, (Kotgargh).. so I thought this is the best time to post a review. Whoever is reading this, go for it, Girls! Go for Jugni. They'll take you safely and comfortably on some of the most memorable trips of your life. I have no complaints. Also, A special special shout out to my Team Lead, Malvika who I think is the best suited for her job... She is as excited as us travellers, she has tidbits to share about the places we visit, her enthusiasm makes the trip better and the best part is that she's the perfect catalyst who connects complete strangers in a beautiful bond. Also, her small bag with a billion goodies saved us all from hunger and exhaustion many times during this trip. Will definitely do a trip with Jugni and Malvika again. ❣️❣️❣️

Magical Vietnam: 9-17 NOV 2019 *Booking & visa process*: Mr. Nitesh Chauhan, founder of the company, not just responded back almost immediately, but answered all my questions and inhibitions patiently. I made the initial payment and then paid the balance amount in parts before the trip. Since I was travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata, he even helped me to figure out the flights that other women from Bangalore were travelling by so that I’d have company. Visa was on arrival and the document needed for it was provided by him. The visa fee and insurance is excluded from the package. . *Itinerary & places selected*: Each place of tourist interest on the itinerary is thoughtfully selected keeping in mind the three most important aspects- safety, fun quotient and accessibility. In my opinion, the two most important and awestruck places that are highlight of this tour package are Paradise Cave and The Dark/ Mud cave! Bana Hills will take your breath away, while cruising on Ha Long Bay will make you value the amazing feeling of doing absolutely nothing! . *Inland travel*: The travel is well planned and executed excellently! You get to experience inland flight, overnight train journey, two nights on a mesmerising cruise, and if you’re a little more on the adventurous side, you can even go for a motorbike ride in Hanoi. The mini-buses that we went around locally were comfortable, clean, well air conditioned. . *Hotels*: Hotels were centrally located. The rooms were good and had all the necessities. My personal favourite property was the one in Dong Hoi- Chap Lay Farms. In a very close proximity to Paradise Cave, nestled at the foothills and surrounded by the mountains, the rooms are quaint little wooden cottages. The bar and restaurant served some surprisingly scrumptious spread that you can sit and have besides the pool while swaying to music. All the hotels properties we stayed at were just fantastic! . *Food*: Nitesh made sure that we got to experience the local Vietnamese food (including street food). We also dined at an Indian restaurant that made us miss home a little less. There were times when we couldn’t find anything that would suite our appetite, but Nitesh made sure that we didn’t go to sleep hungry. . *Overall safety*: Safety tips were provided at regular intervals by Nitesh. He kept a close watch on the group and didn’t compromise on this aspect. He made sure that we were always connected with each other. . *Tips*: We tipped quite generously, because not only the local people went out of their way to help us, but because they deserved every bit of it. It’s a good drive started by Nitesh in which we, as responsible travellers realise to truly appreciate and value labour and their hard work not just when we travel to other countries, but also when we travel in our own country. . *Personal opinion *: Being travelled solo extensively in India, and never travelled via an organised tour since I dislike following a timetable during travel, I was highly skeptical how I’d like this. BUT, IT TURNED OUT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST TRAVEL DECISIONS I’VE MADE! Yes, you can always travel to solo Vietnam. Yes, it’s safe for solo women travellers. Although, I’d HIGHLY ADVISE to travel to Vietnam with Jugni Travels, because as we all know, it’s not about the destination, but the journey, and your journey is GUARANTEED to be THE BEST one till date- all thanks to Nitesh. He is the heart and soul of the group who adds life with his goofing around, silliness, HILARIOUS jokes and witty sense of humour- something that you just have to take my word for because you’ll read this in almost all the other reviews. It’s just impossible to not have fun when he’s around. And if his jokes fail to make you laugh, his voice will win your heart over! Basically, there’s no escape from him! So you might as well get along with the ride while it lasts! As for me, I don’t feel like this is the end of my tour, in fact it’s a beginning of a new journey with Jugni! Thanks Jugni Travels and Nitesh to have become a part of my life! ❤️

I have been traveling with various groups over a period of 6 years. Someone on the earlier group had suggested that I travel with jugni some 4 years back, but then came covid and travel took a back seat. It’s this month that I got a chance and I can’t thank my stars enough. The trip leader was Nitesh himself and I can’t probably do justice to the experience we had. But in a nut shell, a trip leader so caring, so responsible and so involved in the group apart from being an awesome photographer with his great sense of humor was the highlight of our experience. The destinations were beautiful, the hotels well chosen. The food aspect well taken care of (being out of India). That the group bonds, was looked into. I had a beautiful trip. Thanks team jugni. Stay blessed guys.

A wonderful wonderful journey with the Jugni team (Malvika) to Assam and Meghalaya. A trip to remember, I cherish this closest to my heart. My first solo and it was not less than a epic adventure. Malvika made us feel so comfortable throughout the trip and she was a friend to all of us more than a tour manager. This made the entire travel a lot of fun. Look forward to many such! Kudos Malvika, a job well done! Thanks team Jugni!

Well- How do I start to describe the most incredible week of my life!! ( A trip to Leh with Jugni) Leh was major bucket for me since long.I came accross Jugni Travels while searching for solo women only travel groups and their well-curated itinerary and previous trip pics grabbed my attention.Ekta- kindly-further made me comfortable with sharing the package details i.e. flights, hotels, transportation and sightseeing details.Couple of calls with her, made me confident and convinced so I decided to take this tour with minimal expectation but was blown away in many ways once the tour started- 1. Their day wise travel split was comfortable which was giving adequate rest at start of tour for body accumulation and socializing with other Jugnis before the long drive start uphill in more extreme situation. At the end - giving enough time for rest, shopping, cafe/pub hopping on your own in Leh before heading back to home. Thoughtful!!! 2. Hotels and camp choices were top notched- way above my expectations.Rooms were big, comfortable and clean with mountain views - Breakfast and dinner were superb and felt like home-made. Full Relaxing!!! 3. Drivers were local, gentle and helped with enough breaks all days while exploring mountains. Felt safe!!! 4. Icing on cake was our team lead- Ranu Dungerwal who travelled with us from Delhi on this tour. She is well travelled, open minded, fun loving and gentle by heart. Her huge doses of laughter helped all diversified Jugnis to gel-up together from start to end. She took care of small demands of everyone with smiling face and gave timely instructions to all Jugnis to keep health in check in such extreme conditions.Kudos to her!!!!! 5. Ranu was quite helpful with providing best lunch options Julley cafe, Namza, Stone- hedge,Balti Kitchen, Samosa- Jalebi to experience local food. Yummyyyyy!!!! 6. Ranu's enthusiasm and energy was imparable in making funny reels ,clicking memorable pictures, playing old to new music and amazing dance!! 3 Cheers to her!!!!! 7. Because of her, even moments of just relaxing and socializing at our hotel rooms were memorable and will stay in all jugnis heart for long time. 8. Lastly, meeting with Mr.Hussain at Turtuk gave us insight about Indian freedom fights and history around it. Felt patriotism!! Holiday Hangover gonna last for many days for me!! Please travel with Jugni and Ranu once to experience all these. Julley everyone!!!

Jugni is way more than just a woman travel group. It is an experience of excitement to meet a diverse group of travellers, to exploring the trip with an itinerary of hand-picked places / hidden gems rich in culture, to exploring local food in most local ways, to sharing laugh & tears with new friends and their inspiring stories of life, to finally saying a goodbye just when you had started to feel home at new place & in new friends, to reflecting on how enriching the whole trip was in many small & big ways! Huge shout out to Team Jugni for trying to make this experience a special one for everyone on the trip. You certainly made mine a memorable one :)

Since discovering Jugni’ s Facebook page in 2019, I have always wanted to book a trip with them and finally I can tick this item off my bucket list this year 2021 - my first solo trip to Pondicherry!! Initially, I was a bit skeptical as it would be my first solo trip. Nitesh responded to all my questions & queries promptly. He makes sure everyone is comfortable & at ease and makes sure the trip is fun and filled with laughter. I never imagined that I would have so much fun with a group of unknown girls that I would bond so beautifully with. In short, Jugni Trip was an experience I won't be able to forget. Though I have returned to Mumbai physically, mentally I'm still there... Here's a shout out to all the women out there. Just join JUGNI Travels and get ready to have the time of your life!!! Nitesh Keep Rocking!!

I travelled first time with Jugni to bir billing for paragliding four years back that was my first solo travel. The experience was so exhilarating that when I decided to travel solo again there were no second thoughts to book with Jugni. Travelled to pondycherry with them again and it was a wonderful trip full of excitement, laughter and entertainment. Nitish takes very good care of the safety measures and travel with you like a friend not a tour operater. Highly recommend Jugni to women who want to travel solo but hesitate due to their safety concerns. Looking forward to my next trip with Jugni.

Just came back from a week long trip to Leh Ladakh. Thank you Jugni travels for curating beautiful memories for all of us. All the arrangements, be it accommodations, sight seeing, food or travel vehicles, were comfortable and way above my expectations. Special thanks to Ranu ( our tour leader) whose only aim on this trip was to put and see a smile on everyone’s face. Your smiling face, vibrant energy and food recommendations made this trip more exciting and memorable. Thanks for being patient with all of us and going that extra mile to fulfil our wishes. P.S. Thanks for that another ATV ride :p Looking forward to many more travels with Jugni travels and Ranu :)

I was not ready for this……Being an over active person myself, I could not believe the energy and explosiveness, our organiser Nitesh brought to the table. The trip was meticulously planned and superbly executed. But apart from being a great commercial venture, Jugni brings about a very cozy vibe, a very safe environment and lots of positive energy. For a first timer I had “The time of my Life”. I loved every minute of this trip. Nitesh’s sense of humour together with his attention to every single detail made this trip very memorable for me. Moreover Krabi is heaven on earth 💖💖 And for all the girls I met on this trip….. ILU TO THE CORE. Thanks Nitesh, Thanks Jugni🥂🥂🥂

Turkish Delights <3 This review is after my first ever trip with Jugni. I have been to different destinations with other solo women travel groups, and have been eyeing Jugni on social media for quite some time. Turkey was always in my wish list and somehow I was determined that whenever I visit this country, it would be with Jugni. Don't ask why! Probably what caught my fancy were the vivid pics and quirky reels they posted, clubbed with a handful of useful info about every place visited. After pushing my dream country for many years, I finally chose 2023 to be it. And just 5 days after booking my flights, the catastrophe took place. Must I say, every person I interacted with in Jugni went out of their way to alleviate my apprehensions and doubts; going at length to publicly post on why the trip must not be deferred, all the while keeping the humane aspect intact. The trip was well planned, the itinerary was carefully chalked-out, considering the number of cities we were covering, the order in which we were city-hopping, time spent in travelling between cities, places/activities not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary, and any possible exigency. The arrangements were immaculate, accommodations were great, the local tour guides (Eidah and Jamal) were warm, cordial and considerate of our requirements, especially around food options. Cherry on top was that our group was accompanied by Nitesh Chauhan, co-founder of Jugni Travels. He made sure that the group was in-sync with the daily schedule, was strict about timelines like a manager, took care of some unforeseen medical situations in a fatherly manner, clicked our photographs like a pro and cracked jokes to his heart's content. The weather was not in our favor in this trip, but Nitesh took some really wise decisions on the toe to ensure that we don't miss out on the key highlights of this gorgeous country, while compromising a little where things were beyond our control. Turkey, the country I so badly wanted to visit is now behind me, but what made the trip so special were the amazing life stories I heard from my fellow trip-mates - an interesting mix of 11 girls from different parts of India, of different age-groups and social/professional background - and the new friends and acquaintances I made along the way. Turkey was magical and so was travelling with the Jugnis!

I have travelled with Jugni before and this was my second trip with them to Bali. Since Bali has been on my bucket list for a long time, I had a long checklist of what all I wish to do when I visit "The Land of Gods". Ranu, who is very meticulous in her job and an absolute fun to be with at the same time, ensured to fulfill all my requests (realistic but not part of the agenda) and she didn't leave any stone unturned in making this trip a memorable one. From luxurious pool breakfast to late night gossip sessions (:P), from fun pool parties till 4 am to fantastic Balinese spa, from mesmerizing sunsets to getting clicked at famous Bali swing, from pulling an all-nighter flight to trying stuff (;P), I had it all. In short, mazaa aa gya, by dog. All you girls out there who are thinking to travel solo, just shed your inhibitions, pack your bags and leave the rest to Jugnitravels. Thank you Ranu and Jugnitravels for being a catalyst in my travel journey and making it a fantastic one. Soar high!

Trip to Azerbaijan: Until September 2022, I didn't even know a place like Baku existed. And what I see next is the Azerbaijan trip which Jugni was organising. I was following the page but never had a trip with them. It took a good few weeks of contemplation on my part whether I should do this trip or not because 1) entirely new place which i recently discovered and 2) it would be my first trip with Jugni. Cut to a few days later, and i was boarding a flight from Delhi for the trip. And what a trip it has been! A journey in itself; from exploring new places, to meeting amazing people and trying new cuisine. Arrangements done by Jugni were amazing and top notch. There was nothing amiss in anything and the trip was very well planned. Nitesh, founder of Jugni along with being a great trip leader is also an amazing photographer. Our local guide Leyla was a wonderful host. A testament to this fantastic trip for me was not using Kindle even once and those who know me, know that I never sleep before reading how much ever exhausted I am. I'm glad I did this trip!

Kotgarh Weekend Trip After following Jugni for almost 5 years I finally stopped procrastinating and took the Kotgarh weekend trip with them recently. This turned out to be one of the best and most fulfilling experience for me. Kotgarh, a small village atop Shimla, had beautiful scenic views and huge apple and cherry farms. We were hosted by a warm welcoming family at Deodar Cottage. All amenities were well taken care of by our hosts and the home cooked meals were the best part :). The trip was such an easy experience thanks to all the planning that was taken care of by Tamanna - the trip lead and someone who gave me the familiarity of my closest friends. Same for Aastha who was assisting on this trip and is such a force to look up to. I was able to cut-off from the hectic lifestyle with some like-minded fun group of women with such warmth. This was such a great experience that I have already started blocking dates for my future trips with Jugni. <3

I recently traveled to Turkey with Nitesh, it was an amazing, fun-filled and well organized trip. From start to end, Nitesh and his team made sure every query is answered and we were well taken care of. The itinerary was perfect with most picturesque places and on top Nitesh was the one who cracked jokes, made us laugh and feel like we are traveling with friends and ladies, he is an amazing photographer. The selection of hotels was best, the hot spring experience and cave hotel were the best of the highlights. I highly recommend Jugni, you will enjoy and have a memorable trip.

FINALLY I could say Ladhak done right.. yayay.. literally pinching myself while writing this to ensure that it wasn’t my imagination :) This majestic beauty was on my bucket list for a really really long time and every bit of it was totally worth the wait. Extremely glad to have chosen Jugni Travels to fulfill my dream. A huge thank you to Nitesh and his entire team who went above and beyond to give all of us memories for a lifetime. This combined with my lovely ladies made this journey even more spetacular. You just need to book and pack and everything else is taken care by them. Right from the beginning till the very end, their itinerary is so well curated to ensure an enriching, safe and comfortable experience. Nitesh is also accomodative enough to take detours to grant impromptu wishes of her jugnis. I could do my ATV bike at a place in Nubra Valley where apparently Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was shot. It was an exhilarating experience. In addition, we got to savour local delicacies at Stok Village as well as a traditional nukkad. He happily becomes our photographer and clicks awesome pictures and his panchayat sessions do deserve a special mention where we are left laughing till our stomach hurts. I would also like to thank Palle, our local guide, whose knowledge of the local surroundings helped us a lot, especially while shopping 👍 This was my first one with Jugni and I am sure there will be many more. I am taking back friends for life and looking forward to more adventures with them. Grateful beyond words😇✨🧿 Keep on spreading smiles and happiness among your Jugnis😊 Cheers Annie

The Fantastic Ladakh Sojourn Yesterday, I concluded my 8-day long fantabulous trip with Jugni Travels to the mighty and breathtakingly beautiful Leh-Ladakh. The experience was made memorable by a combination of the spellbinding, picturesque terrain and the company of the most awesome group of girls a.k.a. Jugnis. Nitesh Chauhan, the CEO of Jugni Travels, brilliantly coordinated the logistics and the overall experience. Behind the humorous demeanour, Nitesh is a compassionate, down-to-earth and responsible person who knows what it takes to tailor a women-only travel experience while ensuring fun and safety at the same time. Paley, who was our local tour guide for the journey to Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, was an extremely sweet companion, whose knowledge of the local landscape and dialect enriched the experience. This was my first trip with Jugni and I loved every moment of it. I made some amazing friends for life. And I look forward to many more such beautiful experiences with team Jugni. More power to you all at Team Jugni! Shine on!

LADAKH (October’21) I would give seven star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If it was possible to do so on google. Big shout out to Nitesh Chauhan for organising these wonderful only women trips . I was not sure if I should book myself for a trip where I knew no one . In fact till the last day I was apprehensive If I should go ahead or not! And I today while writing this review I want to say from the core of my heart that I’m so happy I chose Jugni. It was my first ever solo trip and I have come back with such beautiful memories and which I will cherish for lifetime. Nitesh ensures that each and every member in the group is taken care of and every evening he gets everyone together and makes you laugh till your stomach pained. I didn’t know that I would meet such beautiful people in this trip and ofcourse that made the whole trip an awesome one! Thanks Jugni ( Nitesh) for adding these beautiful memories !

I went to Pondicherry with Jugni on my first ever solo trip and couldn’t believe I took so long to do this! Nitesh really put a lot of effort in making us experience the best of the place. I made some amazing friends and the group always made sure every person felt included. Nitesh was also very honest and responsive regarding any queries we had, and gave us clarity on what to expect. The highlight of the trip was this amazing energy people bring from different parts of the country and I’ve got a piece of that vibe back with me! All hail, team Jugni ❤️

3rd trip and 1st review…this is how long it took me to write this 😊 This is not about any specific trip with Jugni but the experience I always enjoy with this Group. The USP of Jugni is that you need not change yourself to be part of it…in fact it seamlessly becomes yours!!! I am mad about travelling solo but making friends on the ways is the magic of Jugni Group. We meet different people but soon end up meeting lifelong memories and connections. Special mention to Nitesh aka only “Jugnu” in the “Gang” who leaves no stone unturned to keep you in laughter mode and comfortable. Group respects the way you are and still we all enjoy it the most. I love Jugni and I am Jugni !!!! It gives me “Wings”😊😊 Keep Flying with lot of happiness😊

I am so glad that I did my first solo travel trip to Vietnam (Sep’23) with Jugni. Tamanna, thank you for helping us out with almost everything. She has been so kind and supportive. Vietnam has less options for vegetarians so she carried around 70+ Theplas for all of us so that we don’t starve when there’s nothing to eat. That was so thoughtful. I loved all the 4-5 star properties we stayed in. The itinerary was very well organised. Looking forward to many more trips with Jugni. I brought back a bag full of memories along with my shopping bags :D and I met some like minded beautiful girls who inspired me to live life to the fullest. I am so proud of each one of them for taking time out for their dreams. I made some amazing friends along the way. This was my first experience and it was worth it. ❤️

It was a fabulous experience travelling with them... and highly recommended. Well managed trip it was. So I planned to go with them to Gahan trip (which was destined to be at Kotgarh😉). As there was a goof up by nature .... sudden snowfall because of which it was next to impossible to reach Gahan. So left with no option we have to stay somewhere in middle, and here was a spectacular job done by jugni... on a very emergency basis ....based on his contacts he arranged the most memorable stay at deodar cottage..... it was never felt as if it was some sudden arrangement. And that is where they just won my heart. Everything was just so well executed. Further, I went all alone i.e knew no one in advance and being an introvert I was petrified ...... but trust me in just 30 mins one would Feel just in right place..... and that is what I loved about them and the girls I went with.

JUGNI the word itself speaks a lot. JUGNI the name reminds me of the fun surprises in my way of journey and those excellent moments which I made together with people. Best part of Jugni, we meet as strangers but depart as friends. Recommended trips with them would be the ZANSKAR & SPITI VALLEY trips, the reason being you get ample time to know the people and to get accustomed to the places. These places have a lot to teach us in today's world, they are the examples of some most unexplored and off beat places of India which mostly gets overlooked by trekkers or major travel destinations. The gigantic himalayas above 14000ft taught me this time that "Nature is above all never try to conquer it else consequences can be catastrophic" .Places like these teach us the value of every breath.Jugni helps us get to know these places and eventually in this journey we find ourselves. In the world of today where we hardly get time to talk to people, JUGNI is a package which helps people rejuvenate and bring back the life in them, as it did for me. Hats off to the Person behind this the JUGNU who is always on his toes for us for anything. Hoping for many more trips with jugni.

Andaman (April 2021): This was my first trip with any travel group like this and OMG I just don't know from where to start describing this surreal experience, the amazing days I spent with Jugni Travel. This was indeed my best vacation so far. Thanks to Nitesh, Jugni Travel, for organizing this so beautifully and effortlessly, the people around, and the places felt like home, but better. Also, there are a lot of things you get complimentary, outside of the itinerary, which no one will mention before the trip. To mention a few, you will get amazing amazing photographs clicked by the one and only Nitesh. This is also a rare sight that you'll notice, a man leading a women's only travel group, and that too so efficiently, never felt so comfortable with these many people that I just met a few days back. I really want to mention the 3 islands and multiple beaches were the best part, but no, the best part was all of us sitting together daily, at night and talking like anything, that we never realized how we went from 10 PM to 2 AM real quick. It didn't feel like we all never knew each other before the trip. The environment Jugni creates, the vibe, it can't be explained. Each compliment here would be an understatement. I am writing this while I returned back from the trip just 5 days back, and I am already looking forward to another trip with Jugni, real soon.

I went to Bhutan with jugni for the first time. The experience was nothing less than perfect. The accommodations provided were very nice and comfortable. All guides and trip leaders were available to offer help when needed. They made sure we had no inconvenience. From arranging SIM cards to lending a helping hand for any medical issue, they were supportive. The transportation, hygiene, safety was all well taken care at individual level.

Bhutan was my second trip with Jugni and they absolutely nailed it. I had a lot of fun during the trip. The itinerary was good with inclusion of all important spots. All the responsible parts of the trip were taken care of by the Jugni team. They have a really good relationship with the local team as well, I would mention Jatsho, for all the care and support he provided us. He was more of a friend than a guide. Nitesh and Aastha made the trip quite inclusive. I am very thankful to both of you for making it safe, fun and crazy for us. Lots of love and best wishes to Team Jugni for creating such a fabulous platform for solo women travellers. +++ The stay options were just mind blowing, thank you for putting efforts in identifying these beautiful stay options. See you soon in our next exploration. 💚💙🧡💛💜

Tamanna and Nitesh - Expressing my heartfelt gratitude for organizing such an incredible Masai Mara trip. The experience was truly unforgettable, and I am immensely grateful for the effort you guys put into making the trip enjoyable for such a big diverse group of wonderful ladies. The best part was you accommodating and planning the trip according to specific requests, like you added equator view-point. And then the breathtaking landscapes, the amazing wildlife encounters, and best starry nights, the overall adventure made the experience above expectations. Thank you for creating memories that will last a lifetime, and just to add on, the Barfi and post dinner गप - छप was much fun. Wishing you good luck and best of times ahead🙏🙏

I recently had the privilege of embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Bhutan with Jugni Travels, and let me tell you, it was an experience beyond compare! Our tour guides Kratika, Jatin and Astha were the true architects of this remarkable adventure. From the moment we landed in Bagdogra, their expertise and enthusiasm set the tone for an incredible expedition. One of the many things I appreciated about this journey was the careful balance between planned activities and free time. It allowed us to shop at vibrant markets, and savor the delectable Bhutanese cuisine. The Jugni Travels team demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, ensuring that every aspect of the trip ran seamlessly. The accommodations were comfortable and well-selected, providing us with a cozy retreat after each day's exploration. The attention to detail, from transport arrangements to cultural interactions, was truly commendable. Thank you, Jugni Travels, for an unforgettable expedition. With immense gratitude, Kriti

This being my first solo trip, it has been a wonderful experience. South Korea is a beautiful country and everyone in Jugni was very friendly and comforting. We all being from different age groups, everyone connected really well and felt like a family till the end. Nitesh, our organiser always made sure that all Jugnis feel comfortable and enjoy to the most. His comic stand ups became like a glue for all Jugnis.✨ It has been a warm, beautiful and the most memorable trip. A highly recommended group for all solo Jugnis.🌻

I took my second solo vacation with Jugni Travels to the K-Drama land, South Korea. Although this was my second solo trip, I still had many apprehensions, with questions exploding in my mind like how well would I gel with my fellow travellers. But then, I decided to put these thoughts to rest and go ahead with my holiday. I remember the time when I met everyone at Delhi airport. Our group consisted of women from different age groups and various professional backgrounds. I don’t think any of us had any clue about what was coming our way in the next few days (atleast I didn’t). But, guess what? The days were filled with excitement, fun, laughter and pure enjoyment. We bonded so well, clicked thousands of pictures, shopped, danced and even shared skincare tips with each other. Well, skincare and South Korea naturally go hand in hand. What can I say about South Korea? It's a beautiful country, and all the places we visited, be it Seoul or Busan or Jeju Islands had something unique to offer. I am so glad I chose the land of the morning calm for my vacation, and I think I fell in love with Seoul 😉 Can’t thank Jugni Travels and Nitesh (our travel organizer) enough for organizing such a wonderful trip. From sharing a detailed and informative guide to help us pack before our travel, to making each of us laugh our hearts out, Nitesh ensured we were absolutely comfortable during the trip If you are a solo woman wanting to travel in a group, consider Jugni. Leave your inhibitions behind and shine. You’ll travel with strangers but come back with memories for a lifetime. I think the pictures say it all……look at the happy faces

Parvati Valley-Kheerganga Trek . . Jugni the women-only budget travelling group is the brainchild of the dynamic duo of Rohit Khattar and Nitesh Chauhan.. I was a frequent leisure traveler and sporadic trekker until some debilitating life events took their toll. Since my move to the NCR region a couple of months ago, I had been on the lookout for travel company among like minded individuals. Jugni was a word-of mouth recommendation from an acquaintance who had done some a couple of trips with them since the inception in January 2015. A little online research and the gut feeling of the vagabond inside me, made me sign up for their 5-7th September trek to Kheerganga. Honestly, my intention was to test the waters and Jugni did not disappoint. We started out journey, a motley crew of seven, from Mandi house station on the night of 4th Sept. With a couple of stops for replenishment including the famed Sukhdev dhaba, we were at Kasol, Himanchal Pradesh fourteen hours later. In the morning our eyes opened to the milky Parvati river flowing beside us. Huge chir pine trees provided shade through the meandering roads. A lavish breakfast, ablutions and change of clothes at the Moon Dance cafe in Kasol, had us refreshed for a further forty minute ride to Barshaini, the base of the Kheerganga trek. In my eagerness to explore trekking companionship, I had forgotten to research my trek route. The kheerganga trek is not a difficult one and can take between 3 to 5 hours depending on your speed and daylight visibility. Several sweet water rivulets flow underneath thick roots and dense foliage. As we inched our way along the route, co-trekker Sheel plucked apples and made friends with village kids on the way. We glanced with envy as old and young women skipped through the heavily pebbled route with ease and we struggled to find a solid footing here and there. The air was quite festive as we met local folk on their way back after making offerings at the Shiva temple on the top. By evening we had covered a little more than half distance. We stopped frequently to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Deodar covered hills, floral delights and of course to take group and solo pictures on bridges and waterfalls. We reached the top at around 9:30 pm, exhausted, elated and famished. Night-stay was quickly arranged at Shiva Cafe, a simple log house with community sleeping arrangements. A warm fire welcomed us as we sat around and each took a swig of Old Monk to warm our parched throats and chilled bones. The rajma, chawal, sabji, roti and achaar set in front of us tasted divine. We let the hippy-like atmosphere sink in a bit and before we knew it, we were dreaming away to glory. When I look back on that mesmerising night-time trek, a first for all five jugnis, I feel that if there was one firefly that shined the brightest that night, it was Rohit Khattar. I have rarely come across a more sensible head on such young shoulders. Rohit is a veteran of some of the toughest trekking trails in India. He is the reason why your trekking or travelling experience with Jugni will turn out to be one of the most fruitful outdoor learning experiences of your life. This guy has a mountain of patience and skill and rightly calls himself an “outdoor educator” About a 100-200 meters further up, we came to the famous hot-springs. Locals have created hamam-like structures for community bathing. A couple of hot aloo parathas with pickles and refreshing glasses of chai prepared us for our return trek to Barshaini. We started at 9 am and reached base at around 2-2:30 pm After this trip, I am a diehard Jugni now, yearning for my next sojourn to lands unknown, with trusted company.

Late but definitely not the last to write a review!!! Once a jugni always will be a jugni traveller now and I have decided this since my turkey trip in Nov’22. In the beginning I was way too skeptical about it as to how it would be travelling with all unknown people around but trust me when I was say this that after a couple of days we were like a family ♥️ For me travelling with Jugnis was a much needed therapy and it totally did justice to me. I am so so thankful to Mr.Nitesh and Ms. Ekta for helping us till the end of the trip. Mr. Nitesh was very friendly and honestly he is a powerhouse of jokes which comes naturally to him. He is a total entertainment during the trip and he will never make you feel low. We were lucky enough we got you😀 Ladies you are just a click away from booking. Just go ahead before someone else books the seat. I can’t wait for my next trip with Jugni😍

Jugni – A female Firefly which symbolizes the spirit of life. What a beautiful word. I was always fascinated with fireflies and just last year made a trip to Bhandardara to watch thousands of fireflies dance in a poetic harmony. I fell in love with the fireflies then. Just last month impulsively, I decided I will go on a trip to find some solitude and peace. And then I bumped into Jugni. I am all heart and I was immediately drawn to the name. I thought to myself, “Interesting. This sounds soulful. Let me go with them and see if I can find the magic of a firefly in their trips.” With that I decided I will do the Spiti trip with Jugni. And today after spending 10 days with Nitesh, Rohit who co-own Jugni and my 13 Jugnis, I can’t help but say that I fell in love with the word Jugni all over again and this whole trip was truly magical. Jugni stands true to the meaning behind it. The spirit in their trips is beautiful and brings everything to life. Nitesh and Rohit form the heart and soul of these trips. They are the third dimension to every place they take us to. The best part is not for a second during the whole trip did they act like they own Jugni. Far from that they become a piece of your heart and become your family. With them around, you don’t miss your mom, you don’t miss your dad, you don’t miss anyone. You just feel at home. Besides they rub their spirit and energy onto the other Jugnis and all of you become a close-knit family in no time. Rohit and Nitesh, both are such true sweethearts in their own ways. Nitesh is a powerhouse of talent. He sings beautifully, writes soulful shayari and makes us laugh till our jaws hurt. He can make anyone feel special. Rohit on the other hand is free-spirited, composed, a thorough gentleman, a great storyteller and is extremely warm and caring. He is super fun to explore places with. They have great taste in the places they choose and who they are and what they do becomes the icing on the cake. So, this one time we went to have lunch in the world’s highest restaurant. There was a monastery there too by the side of it. While everyone went straight away to lunch, I went to meditate. After a while I went, joined them and placed my order. However, it was too late, and they just started cooking again. So, we had to leave. Just because I couldn’t eat my lunch properly Nitesh promised me that he would take me and have me eat nice chicken. For better leg room and all I sat in the other bus and yet in the evening he did not forget, called me and took us to a nice chicken corner and we had a sumptuous chicken meal. Rohit on the other hand always checks on you in the sweetest manner and never allows you to pay even if ideally something is not a part of the inclusions. No matter what you would, want or want to do, he will always feel like your person and be like, don’t hesitate, I am there, take it, do it. Both of them are so easy to be with, absolutely loveable and beautiful human beings. Rohit was officially my star gazing partner and Nitesh was my dose of joy and laughter all through. Nitesh would always fondly make fun of my Hindi and pull my leg. Rohit would always fondly call me Sunkireddy, Reddy and Ma Ma Madhuri. A piece of my heart will always be with Jugni and I will miss it all. In every trip there will be loners, people with low confidence or people who come with a certain baggage. The most beautiful part is both Nitesh and Rohit make a lot of effort to make everyone, feel comfortable, come out of their shell and make them feel so special and beautiful. And by the end of the trip every girl turns into a firefly emanating light from within and just flies. Jugni is and will be the wind beneath the wings of every girl who wants to fly. In Nitesh’s words, “Kisi mulk ki deewar Jugni ki honslo se kya unchi hongi? Irada yahi raha to ek din duniya k har nakshe par hamare dastakhat honge”. May his every word come true and may Jugni, Rohit and Nitesh leave their footprints all over the world. Good luck and godspeed!

I came to know about Jugni travel through my friend who had an amazing experience on her spiti trip. So without any hesitation I booked a trip to Andamans with them. Andaman Islands is indeed a beautiful travel destination, but this amazing trip experience with Jugni will be etched in my memory forever! And their USP or speciality (many actually) - You will get lot of good PHOTOGRAPHS and a kind of complimentary photoshoot for all the ladies Laughter riots hosted by inhouse comedian Mr Nitesh Safety ( even wrt Covid times) Personal touch ( Mr Nitesh himself travelled with us throughout the trip and looked after all the arrangements) Sometimes not strictly sticking to the itinerary to explore better places and this list can go on..... I would highly recommend Jugni travel to all women travellers who are looking forward to go for customised women solo trips.

A group of 10-12 strangers (girls only) exploring some unexplored places accompanied by a very enthusiastic organiser, that’s Jugni for you in a nutshell. I came to know about Jugni while I was in a different holiday with a friend and another acquaintance (a very dear friend now). It was she, a prior Jugni traveler, spoke very highly about her experiences and how every girl should at least once try traveling with Jugni. She was quite insistent that I too give it a shot. Luck came my way when a friend suggested this Gahan trip that was organised during the 26th January weekend. Without delay, I quickly jumped at the opportunity and booked myself a seat. As any other first timer, I had my inhibitions, doubts and was quite sceptical whether I’ll be able to cope up to the Jugni standards, knowing I had many qualms. Well, I couldn’t be more wrong. From the very start Nitesh (Founder and CEO of Jugni) made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. He made sure that all my needs are well taken care off. Actually, he is aware of everyone’s (who is part of the group) needs and personally makes it a point to see to it. He lightened the mood with his hilarious personality whenever things got tough. Now I guess it’s my luck, due to some unforeseen difficulties, we couldn’t reach Gahan, but ended up at Deodar Cottage, Kotgarh, Himachal Pradesh. When I say luck, I mean it in the best possible way, because staying at Deodar Cottage gave me my best 2 days of 2019. The beautiful mountains, the snow laden trees, the whiteness of the whole place gave a feel of a far away winter wonderland. Then comes the hosts, Atul Sir and Family, the warmth and compassion they showed truly depicts their humble nature and beautiful hearts. Last but not the least, Elsa and Snowy, their pets were like cherry on a Christmas Cake. Rajat Sir, an expert at mountaineering, was our constant support and guide. With his abundance of knowledge and experience of the mountains, he made trekking through the snow laden landscape a walk in the park. And trust me, making me WALK is a task, even if it’s a PARK. Now let me talk about my 9 other strangers, aka The Girls. We all were first timers with Jugni, but believe me when I say, from the moment we met, we instantly connected and felt like we belong to this one big group. Big hugs to all of them. I guess that sums up my experience with Jugni. Would I recommend Jugni to anyone? Well, my answer to that is definitely YES, a big fat YESSSS. Jugni is Safe, it’s reliable, and most important, it’s FUN. Give it a try Girls, you will bring back memories to cherish, as I have, FOREVER! Love, Dipanjana (aka dipz_dipz_dipz)

So, I have been following Jugni since few years now... so around my birthday came across this post for Gahan.. had never heard of it and was little confused about how will it be... safe or not?? Unknown people...??? Though considering it was a women only trip but what type of girls will be there?? Will I be able to adjust?? Or will they be able to adjust with me??? All these questions were answered with alot of assurance when I spoke to Nitesh.. and I went ahead and gifted this trip to myself as my birthday gift... I had never travelled solo like this before but it was the best gift I gave myself and a trip I am still tripping over... So the trip began and we all boarded the bus it all seemed normal and ok till we reached Shimla to have met two important reaources of the trip Snow and snow trekker Rajat sir.... who gave an idea that we stayed at deodar cottage as the snowfall did not allow us to follow our plan though we had no idea that it was in Kotgarh and not in Gahan... we assumed to have reached Gahan... Everything seemed so much like the itenary that nothing bothered us.... For Jugni travel the only thing important was our safety irrespective of whether we crib or cry... 😬 Deodar cottage was our home stay for the next few days as well as was the most essential part of our trip where maximum memories were written... THE GIRLS BONDED FROM STRANGERS TO FRIENDS... over snow, tea, samosas, snowy, Elsa, chats with aunty and bhabhi about life in Kotgarh and Atul sir with his knowledge about the history of Kotgarh. And must say it was a well planned Plan B (due to unexpected snowfall) by our dear Nitesh and Rajat sir.... Mujhe toh laga tha Plan A se better Plan B tha... its just as we will plan with our friends in normal unplanned trips are simply the best... 😍 The best part is that Jugni is not like any other woman only trip companies its just simply the best Jugni travels.... Nitesh and Rajat sir are the cherry on the top... 🤗 And anybody who wants to trip over what I am still tripping over must JUST BOOK A TRIP WITH JUGNI TRAVELS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I EXPERIENCED.... More than my words its your experience and those smiles in my pictures will speak themselves about how wonderful everything was... ☺️ Thanks JUGNI for life’s most memorable trip... I will cherish for life... THANK YOU... ❤️

Ladakh had been on my travel bucket list for a very long time and I am really glad that I got to tick it off the list with Jugni. Meticulous detail had gone into planning everything to ensure that all the ladies had a memorable and hassle free trip. Kudos to Nitesh for looking into all aspects of the trip so wonderfully. Also, he made everyone feel like a princess and our every wish was his command! His sense of humour is the perfect ice breaker and it ensured that by the end of Day 1, we were no longer strangers and it felt as if we were long time friends who were on a holiday together. I guess that's the beauty of travelling with Jugni. Highly recommended!

It was a tricky call as my first solo trip and that too Kashmir, but the reviews about Jugni were my confidence boosters. When I first met Nitesh and other girls on Airport, I thought this is going to be a fun filled trip but I was wrong, it was much much more than that. I made some best of friends who felt like family. The serene beauty of Kashmir was fantastically complimented with unending humor, thanks to Nitesh (aka Jugnu). We covered all the amazing places of Kashmir...Sonamarg is my favorite, a paradise indeed. I still laugh when Nitesh's one liners and impromptu jokes cross my mind..I am scared if this happens during some office meeting or serious conversation! Thanks for making us laugh so much and taking such good care of the complete group, also for clicking such nice pictures. I wish you all the best and look forward to more such trips..please plan Ladakh soon🙏

When you're high on emotion And you're losing your focus And you feel too exhausted to pray Don't get lost in the moment Or give up when you're closest All you need is somebody to say ‘Go for an all girls trip with Jugni’ 😃 My first solo trip experience was with Jugni only in 2018 to leh & ladakh, and as first solo trips should be, It was full of fun and adventure. There was a sense of togetherness even when you were meeting new people. Just got back from my second trip with Jugni after almost 4 years and all I have is feeling of gratification. I am so glad with myself that I decided to do Pondicherry with them as the whole experience was just outstanding. Nitesh puts in a lot of effort that too effortlessly to create that magical vibe in the group and makes sure every single person is involved and engaged. Take a bow Mr Chauhan as making people laugh is a very difficult job but you do it with all your heart and passion. Here’s to many more trips with Jugni ❤️❤️

The most transformative holiday experience with women-only travel group by Jugni Travels to Sri Lanka from 26 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. I belong to a reflective type and have always been hesitant about travelling in groups. All the more, I do not understand the language that would be widely spoken during the trip. I researched a lot and spoke to different travel agency representatives – what I missed was empathy. In my view, travel is a very personal thing and I wanted my travel agent to understand what I am hesitant about and what I look for – and Nitesh Chauhan, founder of Jugni Travels was spot on to empathize. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions. His calls and messages continued to build the excitement for the trip. I truly appreciate his support in booking tickets and visa process (which isn’t part of the package) and excellent coordination to ensure that everyone reaches Columbo nearly at the same time. I met Nitesh and 13 women at Columbo Airport, who travelled from across India and set out on my first women-only group tour. It took me some time to open up – but they gave me space as well as pushed me out of my comfort zone and ensured that I felt included – all lovely ladies adorned a Hindi to English translator hat at some time or the other. The stay was comfortable; I believe all six hotels were well-researched and handpicked by Jugni Travels. They were the finest and had a charm on their own with spectacular views of gardens, beaches and skyscrapers. It is vital to mention that Jugni Travels lives the values of generosity and kindness – at every hotel and after every meal, all hard labour and warmth of local hospitality was appreciated with generous tips. We will never know the impact of tipping – it could turn as a birthday cake for a son, a painting kit for a daughter, a cane for a mother or an eyeglass for a father. It’s a great feeling to give rather than receive and I was glad to be a part of it. Nitesh is also incredibly generous towards us – from a complimentary train ticket to teaching roulette at the casino and capturing all precious moments to take back home. One of the best parts I loved was the spontaneous plans that emerged when our bus broke down, the mandatory RTPCR COVID-19 test and different preferences for New Year celebrations. We took the journey in the Sri Lankan public bus transport, colourful auto-rickshaws and wished every single soul on the road ‘Happy New Year’ as their faces lit that perfectly matched with fireworks on the sky. Nitesh, as an organizer and a guide, was phenomenal. He kept us engaged with his humour (though I didn’t understand completely, I could grasp the essence of it and his expressions made it easier), adopted unique photographic techniques to make every picture look stunning (when I viewed the pictures on Instagram, it created a connection to the viewer), made all efforts to make us feel comfortable, ensured that we enjoyed to the fullest and experience the life of Sri Lanka to the core. All the more, he was with us throughout during the trip – even on leisure days – and the safety of the group was on top of his mind all the time. I am extremely happy to have landed on Jugni Travels during my research and overjoyed to have gone on this trip. My deepest and heartfelt thanks to Nitesh and Jugni Travels. If you ask me, would I travel again with Jugni? The answer is yes. Would I recommend Jugni? Yes, it will be one of your best travel experiences. You will appreciate all the kindness you receive from Jugni and the inspiring women who are destined to travel with you.

A trip of a lifetime that I am going to cherish for years to come. At the beginning of the trip, I was anxious that how my coming 8 days going to turn out with all strangers. But, within couple of hours, nobody was a stranger, instead friends for life. I must say that, it was one of the best decision I made of travelling with @jugni travels. It was a diverse group of lovely ladies, everyone with their own special perspective of enjoying life. Will be carrying the wisdom and life lessons learnt from them forever. Nitesh, the founder of jugni travels is a complete package in himself. He always ensured that none of us felt left out, at any point of time. He is an amazing photographer with an amazing voice. A caring man, who knows how to turn out a joke out of the silliest possible things. I have laughed my heart out in this trip, all thanks to Nitesh. The properties we stayed were amazing with all necessities. Also the Complimentary train ride from Nanu-Oya to Ella and the New Year lunch from Jugni travels was cherry on the cake. I will recommend every women out there to travel with @jugnitravels at least once, to experience a travel of lifetime. And yes of course @nitesh @jugnitravels I am definitely travelling with you again and again in the coming years, for many such lifetime experiences.

This was my 1st trip with Jugni (to Vietnam) and definitely not my last one. I had a lovely time with jugni and Tamanna. The trip was very well organized and the accomodations were amazing. Overall, it felt like home away from home. It was a mini India in Vietnam, we had travelers from different parts of India and together we had an amazing time and exchanged a lot of thoughts, and most importantly we all had fun together. There could not have been a better start to the new year.

Imagine going on your first solo trip where you end up making friends for life ! Team Jugni, thank you for an amazing adventure. You did a great job of communicating and organizing our tailor made holiday in Dubai. Tamanna was super helpful in terms of advising on what to do and what not to do. It was our very first visit to Dubai and she helped us just like a caring friend rather than merely a tourist guide. Very understanding and goes the extra mile to get you all the special discounts and extremely talented in taking beautiful pictures 😜🥳🤳📸 Many thanks to Tamanna, Nitesh and the entire team. You have added special interest to our journey by imparting knowledge and history about all the places we visited, and thank you so much for bearing with us and curating such a wonderful experience we will never forget ❤️❤️

I went on the new year trip with Jugni to Vietnam. They are one of highest rated travel operators and they have given us all the reasons to rate them 5*. Travel, visa, connectivity, food, stay... Each and every aspect of the trip was taken care of personally by our coordinator Tamanna. You feel that even in foreign land you are in your own safety net. Loved the whole experience and hope to join them in their next adventure soon. Thank you Tamanna for the care, love and all the Theplas. All the Jugni's will be missed dearly.

Turkey was my third trip with Jugni after Spiti and Thailand. Like other two trips this also turned out to be a wonderful experience. Travelling is an opportunity to explore different cultures, places, food etc. Turkey had everything to offer from cities to history to natural wonders. Hot air balloon in Pamukkale was one of the best things I ever witnessed in my life. Along with this it was also an opportunity to meet new people from different backgrounds and hear their stories and have a different perspective on life. Happy to have met all the lovely ladies who share a common passion for travelling ☺️ . Special thanks to Tamanna, Nitesh and Jugni team for making it all easy for us ❤️

👍👍 It was a really amazing experience with Aaba Tours India. We have booked Rajasthan Road trip for our official shoot. We booked this trip from Austria for our 15 team members. The over all experience was great. Price were very nominal and we really like the service. Cheers !!
