Bad experience with the travel agent. First they fooled me by creating urgency and taking extra money for flights. Secondly the e tickets for onward flights were delayed to the last moment. On top of this, the owner of the company, Amit talked rudely and unprofessionally over the phone. Also the experience with cabs was pathetic, no drivers or cabs were pre allotted. Everytime i had to call multiple people to get a car arranged. Better i would have done on my own. Only good thing was that the coordinator Manish was polite and cooperative, but the company practices need to change. The hotel booked were good, but book at your own risk. The experience could have been much better.

I alongwith my wife visited Goa last week from 09.12.2018 to 12.12.2018. This was our first time in Goa and after searching many websites, i booked complete package from Aeroplane Hospitality. Mr. Mohit handled everything and took care of all things. He is an asset for the company. Our resort was on the perfect location of Baga Beach. Driver provided to us was Mr. Denise, who was very helpful and also told us so many things about Goa. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me in Goa.Thanks to Mr. Mohit and team of Aeroplane Hospitality.

Hi Team, Thank you so much for your responsiveness services for the goa trip. I got well support on call as well on whatsapp by Mr. Farhan ji. In the trip, cab services was good as well supportive and friendly drivers. About the resort or hotel ( candolim hide out resort.), service was not well good and room was not for better stay that was challanging. Hotel services are also not proper responssive. Hope you will be improved the transparency about these types of staying.

Amazing experience, so many thanks to Manish Gupta and his colleagues who helped us finding a perfect holiday destination and hotel. In Goa also, the hotel people were really polite and respectful. No complaints at all and all in all fantastic vacation for us thanks to Aeroplane hospitality team 🙏

I did not have a great experience with Aeroplane Hospitality. They helped us in planning for our Goa trip. We specifically asked for offbeat places and a good driver. But the driver was a bit rude and stubborn. The places they planned for us were also below average. Too commercialized and not at all good.

Worst goa trip arranged by your team especially from Manish Gupta. Average hotel, average package. No good points except pick up and drop. Rest nothing to cherish about these travel agency. Mistakes made by those package guys we had to suffer for that then we got the bad response from them. Stop making people fool seriously otherwise no one will come for the package. Travel triangle is also the main culprit here no one was there to resolve the queries. Please try to understand the vacation moments of the customer and their hard earned money. We tried to come for the enjoyment and we received such a horrible experience. It is such a shame.

Amazing holiday for me and my family.. hospitality from pick up to drop and recommendations on hotel is so amazing. We choose Planet Hollywood for stay in south Goa and lemon tree amarante at North goa.. We enjoyed a lot.. Driver name I forgot but he is very humble with us. Timely he reach to us for everytime and always calm with us.. Services of travel agent Mr manish gupta and his team is perfect.. kudus to him and his team.. will definitely use their services in future . we booked Package with them via Travel Triangle. Whatever Itinerary committed with then was not fulfilled. Commitments on Paper will stay in paper only. We have booked a trip to Goa and had faced multiple issues with the vendor. listing below: 1. Committed for Hi Team during the first three days at Hollywood Resort , but was denied by Hotel and was not further addressed by the Vendor as well. We have called the vendor for the same but sadly they just said "it was Hotels decision to stop the same" , but was it written on the Itinerary ? it was committed but not fulfilled. 2. Commitment of First night surprise Cake - Missed . Have to follow up even on second day for the same. Sad. 3. Commitment of Complementary Dinner on Day 4: Missed. Have to follow up even for this and was server at 10 PM. We expected a smooth and error free trip, but it was not that ways. Hollywood Resort : Over Rated and over charged. Local Sight Seeing: was good.

Aeroplane Hospitality is the place to go if you have trip in mind. The travel agents are patient enough to understand your needs and provide good suggestions to meet your needs. MR RP Singh suggested me good destination understanding my requirements and helped me in customizing my package based on my budget. He was supportive throughout my visit to Goa, from March 21 st to 25th. Past visit also they were available to assist with any queries I had. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Over all Best service by Aeroplane Hospitality. Great hotel, best taxi service and watersports activity. The food provided in boat during watersports was pathetic. Agent Manish Gupta is really good and supportive throughout our tour.

We booked 3 night package via trippy goa from 26th to 28th march 2021, but couldn't travel as my wife contacted corona at that time. Resort that we booked was kind enough to cancel our booking and refund, but this agents never did. They never answer your queries properly or return calls once you have made payment.

Travel agent coordinators were extremely arrogant (Amit Arora and Manish). On our arrival day, they literally abandoned us and threatened to terminate our services despite we having paid significant proportion of our package amount. The language used by them was some pathetic 'gunda/goon' language. These guys want money and after they get it, no proper service and support will be provided most of the itinerary will be changed and you will be looted.

Aeroplane hospitality is the worst service provider. There is an agent Manish Gupta never trust him. He is such a fraud, cheat. We booked a goa trip with this Aeroplane hospitality. All our happiness came to an end when we didn't get what was documented. And there is a pig manish gupta he never listens. In the itinerary breakfast buffet with veg and non veg menu was printed. But to our fate we where provided with a minimum road side standard food. That alsoalso when we enquired about it.

Very nice hospitality assistance& guidance and overall trip follow up.I strongly recommend this agency to anyone and also I am planning to go again in future with the same agency Trippy Goa.Farhan who is Trip advisor helped me a lot in all aspects during tour.I personally thanks to him for his marvelous support.

We had booked for 4 days n 3 nights with them... Al i must say is the best decision we made!!! N i must say a very humble guy...As we were traveling with our 1 year old baby we were in need of decent hotel with helpful staff n guess what farhaan gave us suggestion to stay at Riva Gold Coast. . Which was very close to Candolim beach, plus all the staff was very much helpful n very polite in every manner, since we were with baby, they upgraded our room to premium without any extra charge that was really swt gesture... Sightseeing was also managed very well, all the driver's were good... It was a very memorable experience... also it was budget friendly... Will surely recommend to others... Positive: Responsiveness, Value Aeroplane hospitality team was good, positive and responsive. But Itinerary committed by Aeroplane hospitality team didn't meet up to the mark Aeroplane hospitality team should discuss everything with hotel management. Need to improve on certain aspects like same level of response after booking as well Check itinerary twice before you step in because it may get repeated and u may not know 😉 They were good but I think it would have been good if trip was better.

I have booked my package with Aeroplane Hospitality but they promised me to give 3.5 to 4 star hotel at calangute.But hotel was very low class and when i complained they didnt changed my room and charged me for 4 star catagory room.they are cheaters and liers.package was very high in cost but the hotel provided for first two days was really worth the money for but when i changed my hotel to l stay at calangute where stay was for 3 nights they provided very low budget and cheap hotel.They didn't changed my room and if i want to change higher standard hotel manish gupta demanded More money that was just unexpected as i have already paid for the 4star catagory.so don't believe these guys they are fraud and cheaters .just trap you for money.

Bad experience...I was not given what was promised. I had booked trip to doodhsagar waterfall but no car arrived in morning...layer i was not even refunded the amount. Do not book from this travel agent they dont care about customer! I had gone to Goa in feb 2020, i am sure you remember...I also talked to mr Manish regarding no call for Doodhsagar came, still he talked rudely and didnt refund my money. I personally hired another cab for 2500 rs so that my day dosent get wasted.

Not recommended... Booking id (9627617) Firstly, you will be misguided with the hotel amenities and with the quotation. After Part Payment. They will ask you to pay more on the pretext that the flight fare is changed and till then you are trapped because if you ask for refund they will said it will be refunded after 45 days (policy issue, etc). The customer service will be drastically changed after part payment is made earlier they were polite and after that they start misbehaving (especially Amit who called himself the boss) If you confront them for misinformation they will start misbehaving with you "nothing will refunded" "humare pass tum se baat krne ka faltu time ni h" "Jo karna h kar lo" etc.... After part payment I received an invoice mentioning the due date of final payment (in my case it was 24 Aug 2022) but to my surprise they started harrassing me for payment on calls/messages even before due date and even threatened me cancelation of my booking without any refund. Further to my surprise I received an email on 23 Aug 2022 that "my booking is canceled and nothing will be refunded to me" though my due date is 24 Aug 2022 from this you could imagine how non-professional they are and how you will be treated once part payment is made. And after confronting the same they again sent an email to me in which the due date is 24 Aug 2022. Beware of Fake Reviews I have all the meassages and emails.

Please NEVER EVER consider this company. I had been dealing with one of there representatives named Amit Arora in regards with the Goa trip. This has makes no sense at all, he asks customers to go beyond their budgets, and if you do not comply, he outright insults you saying you do not have the capacity to go on a tour. He will force you to go with higher packages in a rude and uncultured language. Amit Arora has 0 customer management skills, 0 communication skills, 0 negotiation skills. On the top of it, he sounds like a road-side uncivilized person. I am surprised how is he still an employee who is not interested in company's growth. He will outright tell you that I am not interested in any business. If the first point of contact in this company are such uneducated people, image what will happen to your hard-earned money, time and expectation if you decide to go with them.

While booking the travel these ppl behave very sweetly and modify the bookings based on your requirements and also charged you pretty well for it. They give you a statement " we don't just book your travel , we want to give life time memories" . They mean it truly, they will give you transport Manager's num (Mr Olen Fernandes) and this manager will give your tour Drivers num who give a you hard time by misguiding you, taking more money , not going over your itenary and definitely not taking you around properly in Goa. These ppl might as well give you fake promises of coming on time but they drop you before time and come after time.. However, I would definitely say they stand firm on the words "we believe in giving memories" which means you can't forget these miserable memories during your trip. Thanks a lot but no thanks for your hospitality Aeroplane!!!

Everything was good. Only one thing I don't like is that they didn't inform us that hotel check in time is late due to that we had to wait around 5 hours and after overnight journey that was so frustrating for us. Except that one point overall experience was good.

We stayed at two hotels during our 5n in goa. First hotel which we asked agent to choose was good, but the second one suggested and insisted by agent was extremely poor and ruined our trip. At Granduer de sanchi hotel, in night there were so many mosquitoes . Frequent electricity problems, TV was not working, even after reminding several times hotel didn't recharge TV set-top box. A big lizard was also sleeping with us is the room. Room and bathroom were not clean. We asked them to clean it but they didn't respond and just mopped poorly. Sweeming pool was dirty and water was not clean. We were supposed to do south goa sightseeing but the places which were visited by shared bus were situated in north goa only. We were not taken to actual south goa. I reported this to agent, but he said those places are in south goa only. Dona Paula, panjim mandovi rever, basilica of bom Jesus church are all in North goa but were covered as south goa. We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of hotels and services of agent.

Not to go overboard, but they are one of the best in business. Goa is their specialty, and they know Goa through and through. Right from offbeat locations to clubbing to casinos. They helped me out everywhere even picking up my sometimes nagging calls. Not to mention, hotels and vehicles were seamless for us. In all, if you are going to Goa, call them..!
