contacted
the
team
after
looking
at
such
positive
reviews.
However,
the
address
is
of
someone’s
house
and
not
of
a
proper
shop
or
an
office.
The
official
number
is
not
working
and
I
had
to
struggle
to
find
the
correct
number.
The
staff
is
not
friendly
at
all
and
are
very
rude.
I
didn’t
feel
welcome
at
all,
they
lacked
professionalism.
Must
say
the
competitors
are
doing
a
tremendous
job.
Since
you
were
so
kind
enough
to
reply
let
me
share
some
knowledge.
First
of
I
completely
forgot
that
i'm
running
your
business
so
it
was
definitely
my
job
to
update
your
location
and
office
address.
Secondly
I
believe
I
actually
made
a
mistake
as
I
expected
some
sort
of
professionalism
as
you
are
in
the
hospitality
industry,
well
you
have
given
us
the
best
example
of
worst
customer
service.
I
believe
your
arrogance
has
diluted
the
facts
as
I
was
already
in
touch
with
once
of
your
colleagues
when
I
arrived
at
the
location.
However,
I
was
not
even
shown
a
sample
as
you
wanted
an
order
confirmation
first.
The
level
of
service
if
pretty
evident
from
the
real
reviews
and
replies
on
here.
As
you
were
saying
people
had
fake
comments
