If you have experienced world class spa somewhere else- very average level of services despite elite class prices . May be a decent looking level spa for a first timer. masseuse level was very poor too

I return with content from the service I have received here. Very proper and healing environment. The masseuse they have are all experts well aware of pressure points through out the body. Even the therapeutic stones seem too good to be true. If you are somewhere in the vicinity, try their spa. You will thank me.

On 20 July 2019 we came here for dinner at Tamra restaurant. Very less variety in Indian food. The food was tasteless. Paid RS 11,000 for 3 ppl who ate tasteless food here in buffet. Shocking experience! Vapid food

Not satisfactory for body massage. Therepist is very shy. Everybody expect sensual massage at spa. Not relevant to me. Lost of money and time. Go somewhere for sensual body massage this place is not according to expectations of youngsters

I love the spa at the Shangri-La, the range of services were really good but the massage it’s self was amazing! The massage rooms are clean, staff are very attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment during my stay.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked an appointment a day prior. Received a confirmation call the same day which I did confirm. I was getting late to my appointment the next day so I called to check if they can move the appointment (which they said they can earlier) and i am told that my appointment was cancelled because apparently I called and told them I am not coming, which I clearly did not. I shared screenshots of my call log which clearly showed that no call was made from my number but the manager is trying to blame me that I am the one who is in the wrong because I did call and cancel.

booked a session for 7:15pm for an hour, the staff wrote it at 7:00pm and which in turn resulted in cancellation of my booking I urge the spa team to have better management.

Love the food and atmosphere! Lots of shopping!

Swimming pool is very good &visual, akhilesh is make a great service.
