I do not recommend any cafe owner to buy a machine from here. The after-sale service is pathetic. I have been writing constant emails to the service head for a machine I gave for repair in October. The company does not bother to reply to my emails, and even after six months, I have not received any intimation about the machine. I am disappointed with the after-sale service team. I will probably have to take the matter to consumer court, but I want to leave this review for those considering buying a machine from here.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM ...SELLING DEFECTIVE MACHINES !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ...I HAVE GAGGIA CARDONA BOUGHT 2 MONTHS BACK ...ALREADY THE MACHINE FOAMING IS NOT WORKING. IN A MONTHS TIME I HAD TO SHELL OUT RS 2000 MORE AS THEY SAID THAT THE MACHINE SPARE PART HAD GOT DAMAGED AND IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY !! INSPITE OF ORDERING THE SPARE PART THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT WORKING update - they have sent their service engineer and now the problem has been resolved for now .
