Probably the worst hospitality I have come across . Gulati gurgaon The manager , the person outside writing the names . These people will bring this branch down soon. Not recommended at all

Gulati Mega Mall - No doubt food in terms of quality and quantity is very very good. But the service is very slow mainly because of the 4 gentlemen in grey suits who do nothing just roam here and there which put extra pressure on their junior staff.

We went to have buffet lunch..not impressed on the buffet quality..did find golgappa but most of them were in dilapidated condition..aloo chaat was not fresh..soup both veg and non veg were very good..veg section main course was below average but non veg was of good quality...as my wife is veg and me non veg...I hope u can understand the confusion for not returning to gulati for not having good veg dishes..sweets are on the benchmark...fruit cream and moong daal halwa was very good..overall I have to try once this restaurant for butter chicken as buffet chicken is not of that quality what we had at pandora road..may be constant heating made chicken hard and gravy very unconsistent to its original flavor Overall not worth to spend 1000+ rs

Pure fraud. Nowhere they mention that they will not serve onion in salad. They just display Navratra food festival which appears as normal stuff is available including special food for Navratra. They should write clearly. Disappointed

Expensive entrees so we tried the buffet. All dishes are flooded with oil. They are swimming in it. Not seen such old style cooking where in the idea of taste is based on using as much oil as possible. there is was nothing good about the food as a result. It is waste of money. Stay away.

Cuisine is good. Place is congested. Service standards are average. Waiting time on weekends is high.
