Stayed here in June The hotel itself is well maintained and kept. Staffs were really hospitable and friendly. Food is a bit expensive. Ordered Cream soup, butter nan and roti. Overall loved our stay there. Thankyou🙂

Worst room service, I've never seen this type of service in my entire trip. I called several times for room service to give me water bottle, solve this TV problem and refill tea and sugar sachet but no one came to solve it. You have to call 5-6 times for a single thing So I suggest, before check-in cross check with reception whether they provide service or not

Only location is good. The breakfast is pathetic. Room key lock not working, everytime need master key to enter the room. They showed swimming pool but it's not functional

This was booked as a part of a tour. Everything was great here, clean rooms, great service and a good breakfast. There are restrictions on times hot water is available but it is a few hours in the morning and a few hours at night so totally suitable. Would definitely stay here again!

It's such a nice hotel with good ambience and facilities. Staff is very courteous. Room size is little bit small but it contains every necessary facilities and toileteries like, hand soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, pads, napkins etc.

Staffs and front desk people are very polite and good attitude and budget friendly hotel..BUT the rooms were stinking and not clean.. they have applied bedbug spray in beds so it was almost difficult to breathe.. had to keep room open for few minutes.. Its having old type analog A/c controller.. You will not get hot water whole day.. hot water is opened for a certain timings only. Limited parking.. Nothing much to see around the hotel.. Tamrid restaurant at basement, food is good other than chicken..

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Very small rooms, cost very high, if they found ur not local, they staff behaviour becomes very rude. I booked a deluxe room which looks like an ordinary rooms, nothing in the bath room, dirty towel, not that clean. My experience in this hotel is worst in Delhi. Rooms are very small and smelly. The rooms deserve 1000 indina rupies only. I paid 4000 for that rooms online. I booked online. So please don't do that mistake to book this hotel, or if any one is booking this hotel then pay one third of the prized of the hotel room.

I don’t blame or complain very often but this time I can simply say DONT GO THERE! The room was somewhere in the back- all night back doors open, people shouting, only some lights are working and no warm shower + very noisy, felt like in a engine-room. Maybe not a customer-room at all? To mention something good - breakfast is fine. At least, thanks for that

One of the best and family friendly place if you are planning to visit Delhi. Being from Maharashtra and travelling with my new born and wife. I was little worried about finding good hotel to stay. This place turns out great.

This is an 'in progress' review for I'm still staying here and will review my review 😀 at the end of my stay.. 3 stars for now (actually at about 3½ right now) hopefully it will rise to 4 by the end of tomorrow. The Rockland Hotel is conveniently placed and is easy to locate from the main road. The façade, especially the lobby is quite beautiful and tastefully done. Buffet breakfast was standard.. nothing to write home about - aloo paratha was a little hard and chewy but then that's negligible. The room was a bit of a disappointment - yes it was meant for a single occupant but seemed stuffy had inadequate lighting and had the view of an electric pole. The drain in the bathroom was sort of clogged and the shower area literally flooded and water spilled out. The toilet bowl wasn't sparkling clean as it should have been when letting out to a new customer. The exhaust fan didn't function either. Apart from this it took the staff a good 30 minutes to find a pair of scissors. The good part is they responded quickly to a complaint and have moved me to another room. This one is nicer. Let's see how we move forward from here! ... As promised here is part 2.. a little shorter but not unimportant! The new room was much better.. was better lit and generally cozier. The service also seemed to have improved a wee bit. The breakfast continued to be what it was earlier.. one thing that definitely needs improvement here is the cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery - I remember finding smudge marks on almost all the tumblers or glasses for juice, the plates had dirt marks too. Had to look hard and long to select ones that were clean enough. Have to mention also that this didn't change even after pointing it out to the person on floor. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout the stay. In fact on the day of checking out after a very long night at the India Art Fair, they obliged my request and helped me leave the room a little later. Special thanks to Sarita for that! For just this I'm happy to up the rating by that elusive 0.5 to make it 4. In conclusion, this is a lovely boutique hotel which has all the right antecedents needing only a few tweaks! 👍

Had a wonderful stay. Courteous and warm response by the staff. Just request admins to arrange hot water availability in rooms at all times at least for winters as every customer will have a different exit and entry time into the hotel regarding business work in the city. Overall the hotel is very nice. Recommended.

Best Hotel, we stayed recently and we booked room for triple occupancy. The room provided to us was really good and spacious. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is really good. Staff is good. If you are with family you can stay with this hotel. Location also good and safe.

Hi this is Aloke from c r park. I hv never saw such unprofessional disgusting hotel staff ...........😳 I hv booked for my guest on 27th nov from 3rd to 6th dec 19. I hv visited in person and confirmed after discussion with Vikas, got confirmation through sms. 2nd I got a call from hotel that they can’t provide room and later on they confirmed they can allot as there were some miscommunication. Evening again called them and got the assurance for booking. But when we arrived 3rd morning they cudn’t provide room by saying your booking was tentative. Such unprofessional behaviour.........they must have got some bulk booking .......so be careful......

I'll only prefer this if you want a couple friendly room with no other place to go. Yes, the charges are cheap but same is the quality. Lacking the basic amenities in the room and damaged locking arrangements for bathroom (the one i satyed in). Rooms are spacious, food is relatively better than the overall experience. Easy to spot on the side of the Jaipur highway. Working staff and the reception was polite and supportive.

Hotel is good , room is specious ,clean and well maintained. Food is good . Person in the reception doesn't have mask in the time of COVID situation . Lift's space is small four people can go at a time.

Well, it's a budget hotel situated close to airport. I use it for 1 night stays and when I travel alone. Beds are decent and clean. Bathrooms are decent and clean. But some issues like bathroom doors not click closing is a red flag. Apart from that service and amneties are decent. A good budget hotel with good looking interiors with minor flaw. If you can adjust shouldn't be an issue.

Good for a few days stay. The room was big. Not much in terms of ventilation. The AC was working and so was the Geyser in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent. Staff was good.

The hotel is comfortable, well located and staff above average. Parking is an issue as seems to have a very limited space. However, you are close to locations in Delhi and travel thus is easier and cheaper.

One of the worst hotel and pathetic management. They cheating people taking extra amount at the time of bill and saying that will get return at the final day and at last they refused and not replying even. Not at all recommended.

Wonderful stay. Staff behaviour is superb. Food I haven’t tasted so can’t say. Located at a very accessible part of south Delhi. Good ambience. I stayed at their Italian Suite and its quite a huge room. Bathroom was clean. Thank you for providing me with the amazing stay.

The hotel is in a prime location in Chittaranjan park easily accessible to main locality areas, the rooms are okay but small, every room has a coffee maker and basic amenities, the hotel has a small swimming pool at the top ,the quality of food is good but is expensive, one cannot get good quality cheap restaurants nearby because it is a posh area..

The hotel was really dingy, the sheets were not clean and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When we asked for clean sheets they told us that Ma’am sheet could not be changed, they expected us to sleep on the dirty sheets… finally when they came with a change of sheets it was no better. Also the whole architectural plan was really confusing, first you have to take a lift and go UP and then climb DOWN really unappealingly lighted and kind of shady staircases in an adjacent building, i also thought this was a fire and an earth quake hazard or dangerous in any emergencies. As this was last minute booking we really didn’t have many choices, but the hotel management could and should look into these matters and try to make som changes.

The hotel is nice, neat & tidy.... Infinity swimming pool on terrace (5th floor) is a cool addition. The housekeeping staff & in house room service (24 hours food) was great & so was the food. I stayed here for 5 nights & it was a good experience.

Decent hotel at affordable rates. The service was average. The negative part was the bathroom. Taps were leaking, water on the bathroom floor etc. I was not at all happy about it. Room was neat and tidy. To reach my room, I had to take a lift to the top floor and then descent through a walkway and climb down stairs, I found it very mysterious when I arrived, then got used to it. They have a restaurant and room service, food was pretty good and can't expect more. I had free breakfast included which was descent not elaborate as well. The location is on a busy road but well connected and can reach there in a cab or auto easily. I recommend it for a one night stay if you are not expecting a hifi place and within affordable rates.

Tour company got this room but if you are on foot there isn't anything close by. The room was nice but we were supposed to get a twin bed room but the hotel did provide a kids bed. The staff and restaurant was top notch.

Good notes: - The bed was very comfy and clean - Room was spacious and well lit - The location is great Bad notes: - Poor water pressure and not all-day-round hot water - Booked an airport shuttle through my booking AND confirmed with reception the day before: Nothing was done the day I needed the shuttle - On top of the shuttle: I'm pretty sure I was charged twice for that - A/C can just be turned on and off: no control - Food is decent but pricey for the quality OK for a night, but I'd suggest to go someplace else for a longer stay (a 10min walk from this Hotel is the Muse Sarovar: a bit more pricey but well worth it to avoid any troubles)

Booked as part of a guided tour. Room was clean and spacious. Window looked out onto other windows and dirty courtyard. Room not sound proofed so ear plugs needed for the cars beeping and other guests going back to their rooms. Bathroom was tired with the shower head rusty and a dirty ceiling but powerful shower and toiletries supplied. A large number of men around the reception area who were not very friendly to me - single woman travelling on my own?

Very calm stay. Hotel staff is very understanding. Food is really awesome. Location is good as it is on main ring road and near business hub like Nehru Place and happening place like GK M Block Market. Overall Excellent. Much recommended
