Very horrible experience with Birdhouse Properties. I am staying at the C2 2112 property in DLF Phase V and the experience is so poor that it is hard to describe. Very poor amenities, no support and rude behaviour. Please avoid staying here

I live in Sector 28 property.Absolutely pathetic service, they don’t pick up calls. No cleaniness and zero maintenance.They have vanished after taking rent and security. Will add photos in my next review

This is a scam, the right from the owner (Ateek Bhardwaj) to all the staff are big time frauds. They do not return your deposit money. avoid their places if you are looking for stay in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR.

Never ever go for the accommodation search through this company.. this is the worst company i have ever seen in my life.. poor quality flats.. no electricity no water.. even staff is not cooperative.. they are just sitting and eating money.. better go for some other option rather than preferring them.. they are doing third class business.. worst than the third class.. it is the gods grace that they are still surviving on the source of this company.. Again making you guys aware .. This is not birdhouse shelter .. it is gutter house shelter ..

DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE WON'T RETURN YOUR SECURITY MONEY. I have proofs that they promised and said they will pay back and everything was found to be in good condition. Still, they stop picking up your calls or replying to your messages. THIS IS A SCAM. Stay only if you guys are ready to go away with your security amount. At your last day, they will say we will return it back in 10 days and then they don't pick your calls, and not reply to messages and emails.

Hey I was living in Birdhouse Property before the lockdown there help me alot in the Lockdown with a rental think's also the management was quite good love the way there treat there tenant I wish to stay with BirdHouse again thankyou For the lovely experience and your support

Birdhouse was quite hard to find, the location wasn't easy to reach. Rooms were fine and services were quite delayed.

The Service was appreciable. The staff was hospitable. Complementary breakfast was tasty. The room's ambience was fine. The mattress was not so comfy but okayish. It was great service at the price paid.

Hi, on 31st Jan, I visited this hotel. I got this in cheap price as there was an offer and oyo money was also used. This hotel is situated at main road and you will barely find a difficulty while reaching for your room. The best part is that they also provide you the choices to order food ( whether you want food from them or you can order from any other outside restaurent of your choice. The facility in their rooms is just average and it doesn't look like an attractive one from inside. The washroom was not in a good condition as few issues or sheet was broken there. I would definitely suggest you to book this hotel if you are looking for cheap price and seeking for a couple hotel. Thanks all. .
