I didn't had an option to rate this place negative or zero star. Experience at this place is so pathetic that to describe it words are not enough at all. They don't have the clean plates to serve and in the end they served in disposable. Service was so poor that i can't even tell you . You can have hair in the plate to eat. The prawns had so much of spices that the tongue got burnt and when I told the serving person to just get it done correctly the excuse which he gave to me that it can't be done. Serving was so slow that you have to wait 5-10 mins every time. In terms of quality it's ridiculous and to be honest it's a small word. One of the worst experience which I had with my family and it's a nightmare is what I could say.

We had the privilege of being invited for a Chef's Table on #InternationalWomensDay with Pashtuni Food, and the Chef is none other than the famous celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi, a very seasoned n professional Chef who is heading the Radisson Brand. The Pashtuns are based in both countries Afganistan and Pakistan, so the food here is generally mix of both the places, non veg delicacies are what most of the people relish here. The delicacies we had, had a distinct awesome taste. Murg Shinwari Kebab with Onion Chutney..... the chicken leg marinated with coarsely grounded spices. Gulnar Fish Kebab.....rose petals flavoured grilled fish. Gosht Galouti Kebab.....delicate, delicious and soft. Pashtuni Charsi Boti.....smokey Lamb cubes skewers cooked with lamb fat. Afgani BBQ Prawns.... Grilled prawns marinated with lemon juice n BBQ sauce. Khumb Peshawari Tikka..... All these Kebab were awesome, juicy, some were somewhat sweetish, spices were quite similar what we Indians use, yet they were coarsely grounded and not powdered. Nadru Cauliflower Pilaf with Tomato chutney, Kaali dal, Toor dal, Afghan Banjan Curry....these we had as a main course. The food was less spicy n less oily. Khajur ka halwa.... lipsmaking, delicious Shir Berenj..... just like our Indian Rice Kheer made with milk, rose water, cinnamon,.... Malida.... generally made with leftover roti, parantha, crumbled then cooked with ghee, dry fruits.... Pan Ice cream. Relished all to the core. Met Dinesh Kapri, Amodh Dimri, Chef Vakil Ahmed, Chef  Pankaj Jha, all are the brains behind  the famous The Great Kebab Factory outlets, all over. Had a wonderful experience with all the courtesies extended by the team and ofcourse the humble #CelebrityChefRakeshSethi.

There were two melodious singers singing ghazals at request which was really soothing. The restaurant is centrally placed in CP and transportation to and from it is not an issue. Talking about food, it is pretty good but again being a 5 Star restaurant, they make money by reducing the quantity. I would surely recommend this for more of a formal gathering.

Ambience was average! Coming to food experience, i have ordered non veg buffet , starters were good , main course was super salty and i find it totally below average ! Desserts were limited but good ! All the dishes written on menu were not served ! There staff was good and humble , but there managent was bit poor or after a while they fail to handle the choas !

Food is good, ambience is good. But the music is too loud for lunch. Requested the waiter multiple times to lower the volume, but he paid no attention to the request. I expect kebab factory to be a restaurant, but the music was too loud as if it's a club/lounge. Highly disappointed. After speaking to the manager he reduced the volume a bit. Ideally the music should be soothing rather than loud for brunch / lunch! The only good factor was the good galouti kebabs.

Went with a group of friends for dinner on the weekend … great starters and food.paan icecream was too good. Live music was great till they were doing only instrumental .. singer really sucked. Surprisingly the place was not overcrowded or overbooked ! Great ambience ,courteous staff and good service. Were taken care of well. Would definitely go again 👍

We recently went for an Aadab Lucknow festival featuring lucknavi food. It was totally a worthy decision. It was actually a scrumptious feast with lots of kababs and curry. From mutton to chicken to fish dishes everything was perfect along with the live music which was icing on the cake . We really had a good time . Special thanks to their Courtois staff. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice ambience and food quality.. We went for celebrating brother's bday and very pleased with service provided by Mr Manoj.. He arranged cake in quick time with bday song celebration.. The Great Kabab Factory restaurant was recommended by family member. All you can eat buffet is amazing. All courses were very delicious. The restaurant ambience is great with live music. Wait staff Mr. Rhitvik and Mr. Munendar took good care of our table. They maintained good timing in between dishes.

Poor.service

Food (we had only vegetarian) was delicious, freshly made by professionally trained Chefs and served hyginecally by trained staff. During pandemic Hotel Staff was wearing gloves, mask and clean blue outfits. One needs to be careful in Connaught Place kind of place, especially after dark. Lots of local and foreign tourists get duped here by restaurants travel agents and cab or autorickshaw drivers. But Radisson Hotel is safe for family at any time of the day. Price they charge for food etc. is worth it.

Buffet for 2 costed us ₹3.5K. Good service. Staff was wearing masks and gloves. Not very crowded. Didn't have to wait. Taste of vegetarian starters and main course was great but something in food made my stomach upset big time. So if you have sensitive stomach then please be careful.

I was traveling solo to Delhi and was looking for some authentic Mughalai Cuisine, so chose The Great Kebab Factory (TGKF). When I entered the restaurant, the ambience with live musician and singer seemed nice. When I enquired about the menu, the prices were quite high, but there seemed to be a promise of positive experience. They served 2 rounds of kebabs quickly... food quality was NOTHING EXTRAORDINARY (not worth the prices), but still decent. So far, so good. But, 15 min into service, the GRAND IGNORANCE from the service staff started and that was an absolute killer. I waited for 15 mins (after 2nd round of kebabs) for someone from the service staff to come and ask for another round or serve the main course. Then I waited for 10 more minutes, hoping that someone will notice the poor solo fellow sitting right next to the musicians. But "No Sir", the Managers and the Service team was too busy serving guests seated in groups near the kitchen. Understandably, the chances of tips from those customers are higher. So, I waited for another 10 mins (what can I say, I am a patient guy 😇) ... And tried to attract attention of the staff, but they seemed really busy offering personalized service to most tables (except for mine 😐). Interestingly, the table of 6 behind me shouted at the Manager as they were also feeling ignored (no service for last 5-7 mins). I was hoping that the Manager would now also pay attention to my table, but their service standard were consistent for me (pun intended 😉). By now, I had lost my appetite anyway and was so hopeless of getting any service, that I finally decided to serve myself some dessert to close the meal. The Rasgulla I tried was stale (as a foodie, I have a keen sense for smell and taste). So I gave up on even trying for another dessert. But then suddenly one new service staff member was kind to me, and offered me a Kulfi. I have a sweet tooth, so, despite the poor service experience, I decided to give them one more chance. The kulfi was decent and then I asked for the bill from this nice fellow. Guess what! the GRAND IGNORANCE started again. For another 8-10 mins, there was no response. Here is the cherry on the Cake... So, finally, I went to one of the Managers and politely told him that I was not enjoying the service. With VERY LITTLE PATIENCE, he asked me, "Sir, did you get the dessert or not." I was perplexed. Here I was sharing my feedback about service, and this "cool dude 😎" was questioning me if I got the dessert or not, as if my eating dessert would transform my experience of their RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE and POOR SERVICE STANDARDS. I asked him, if he was even paying attention to what I was saying. And with no answer to that, suddenly he felt the URGENT NEED TO HELP ANOTHER big group table and walked away. Well, with that response, even I thought that I will only be wasting time at this OVER-PRICED and GOOD FOR NOTHING (except maybe kulfi and the musicians) place. What a WASTE OF TIME and BIGGER WASTE OF MONEY! My vote: TGKF = 'NAAM BADE PAR DARSHAN CHHOTE'. Plain simple DISAPPOINTMENT.

Food was good and tasty.. hygiene was maintained...service was slow even when restaurant was not even half occupied.

They are not responsible and I went there with my office teammates and we had to wait a lot for food. They even charged us extra 2000 and promised they will issue refund but they haven't.

Age old Standard menu. GKF needs to rejuvenate desperately. Quality of the food is good. But how many times can you have the same dishes in the same ambience at every outlet.

Had an amazing lunch at this place. Had kebabs, roasted chicken and my favourite roasted pineapple. I would highly recommend this place if you love kebabs and good non vegetarian food. Chef Sanjay served us amazing food.

It's an experience actually....must visit...went for dinner buffet...worth every penny...4500approx for 2( non- veg)... few carefully curated snacks and main but taste is out of this world.

While the food was good, the live music just did not work for us. We could not talk to each other at all! Despite several requests, they Would Not Turn Down the volume on the system. Exceedingly unnerving.

Went with vegetarian buffet option. The chat made with Anas ( pineapple) was very good. Overall food was very good. Service was excellent however the server kept asking us to provide a review. Lots of variety to taste. Great place for non-vegetarians. The chef made lots of effort to accommodate vegan options too, very appreciated. The waiters were very polite, friendly and interactive. But servicing was a little slow, because one person was going to the kitchen every time for each dish to get it.

We went to CP outlet on a weekday evening. Although there were hardly couple of tables occupied, service was well below average. The Kebab starters were too dry and seafood was over done, Mutton Rogan gosh was too salty and enough to spoil the appetite. This disastrous meal had to end with a stale rasgulla, to churn everything back out on our way back. Getting cold water was ardeous and we were kept waiting for over 15 min for it. Overall a disappointing experience. Not a good hospitality by the staff as well.

We had dinner today and we had a celebration of my parents annivvesary there. The food the ambience was remarkable . The experience was too good beyond words. The live music performed over there was wonderful. Special thanks to Mr.Munendra who attended us and made it so special experience

For Vegetarian they have Good Options like Galouti Kebab, Different Tikkis Then in Main Course they have Good Dal and Different Breads Best Part is Two lovely people give songs performances of your choices. They both create a lovely ambience. However, the rates are too high.

Great place for a nice cozy dinner. Good food we had set meal and it's satifying with a good nice dessert at the end. If staying at the hotel no need to venture out and be at the mercy of people trying to lure you to unknown places. Great service too.

Outstanding food came with group of friends enjoyed quality of food and service

The services were really poor, totally unacceptable and this experience was not just me and my family but also of the others sitting on nearby tables. I went to celebrate my anniversary but they spoiled it well. We had to wait for around 25 minutes just to get us served with water. And then similar things kept happening for good 2.5 hours and pathetic services i would say. Then at the end the manager whom i called to give the feedback was backing himself that we dint expected that these many people will come today for dinner and he also told me that we have a huge salary cut (now this one was more annoying to me) and please note that the day was a Valentines day and few tables were empty as well. Please reconsider before you visit this place ‘The great kabab factory at hotel Radisson blu marina, Cannaught place new delhi’. For that day i would give them a big 0!

Worst experience ever. Dhabas are far better than this restaurant. Service quality is more than poor. Anmol one of their employee who did many commitments before booking table but was unable to give even one. We had to run behind them for food, cleaning table, and everything as if like they are providing it for free. They spoiled 1st anniversary of my brother. Think twice,thrice and plenty times before visit. No one is there for listening problems of customers. Very very slow and poor service! It happened on 14 feb 2020.

Amazing kebabs

The great kabab factory @Radisson Blu Marina, New Delhi can be classed as one of the top places to have kebabs in delhi. The kebabs get to your plate straight from the kitchen, giving you the opportunity to enjoy as it should be. Choice of food : For yesterday’s dinner, the selection of kebabs contained a wide range from mutton, chicken, sea food and vegetarian. There were around 7 curries for the main course with selection of breads, rice and biryanis. The service teams brings and serves them one by one explaining what it’s named and how best to enjoy with which condiment/chutney. Flavour/Taste : Every kebab and main course curried item I had were delicious. The flavours were well balanced. Overall the best place if you want to have delicious kebabs combined with equally good service. Kudos to the team.

The Food was amazing as always. However the place looked shady, the five star feel is missing. Also they were running with Afghanistani and Pakistani theme, which we didn't like much.

This place is amazing. The food is too good. The staff is very courteous and caring. They take care about the everything you may need. Mr. Pankaj greeted us this time and he was perfect. Everytime they make me feel delighted and overwhelmed with their excellent service and food quality. They are following all the hygiene measures all the time in post covid time. I was eagerly waiting for this outlet to get opened. Must visit with friends and family. This place is amazing for both Veg and Non Veg food lovers . 5 stars.

The ambience is beautiful with the lights in the background. But if I talk about the options in starters: for veggies and non vegetarian lovers are not immense. They serve just one or 2 pieces until asked for repeat. Not anything extraordinary for the price they charge. No choices infact. And to the worst surprise, they served one dal and one sabzi with whatever bread you like or 1 meat with dal. The dal and sabzi had so much salt that seemed ridiculous. Too pricey for the food they offer.
