A nee restaurant started by Hyatt in the hotel itself and the ambiance is so amazing! Pool side seating was great and the interior of the restaurant is just amazing! I had um ali and it was just amazing!

Absolutely terrible food. It is not Lebanese and this is from someone who has traveled to beirut and lived in London and dubai that has large Lebanese populations. Nothing authentic the chicken taouk looked like a tandoori chicken mixed with a sizzler. The hummus was something you would find at a airport lounge tasteless. The menu has the correct names of dishes but nothing more is correct about this restaurant. I'm a Globalist with Hyatt so I can tell you that this is a poor establishment and dark spot on Hyatt itself. I hope management puts effort into at least trying to make it authentic.

Been to Syrah many times since its opening and the level keeps improving, you can see there is a great strive for learning and developing the team. This is the best Arabic restaurant in town for sure, maybe in the country. The food is great, service is attentive and personalised.

To start with I was extremely hesitant to take friends who were to indulge in Lebanese cuisine for the first time. But the cordial staff and the awesome food met above my expectations The fixed meal is a must try. The best grills salads and accomplishments The deserts were yummilicious. I would rate it best Lebanese in Delhi and Ncr

Very slow and poor service. Not much variety in mains grill which tasted good. The service for the starter , main course and dessert took over 90 mins which led to 3pm , restaurant closure before one could enjoy and taste the food. Hunger was over with the wait being so long. Ambiance also very average.

The best Mediterranean kebabs and mezze I’ve had in New Delhi! The breads are absolutely amazing- hot and fresh. Must try the chicken shish touk and pistachio kebab! Desserts could be better but that would only matter if the amazing savoury food would leave you any room for a sweet bite.

Chef Kareem has made the food experience top notch. We are travellers and very fond of middle eastern cuisine but never experienced it so finely in India. Kareem And good team have done a brilliant job. 🥂

Syrah is an authentic Mediterranean restaurant located inside Hyatt Regency premisesin New Delhi. It offers a wide variety of al a carte dishes and number of options in course based meals. The ambience of the place is calm and serene with some really nice ambient music. The staff is polite and diligent. The food is 👌🏽 simply fabulous. Insider tip: If you are a hyatt regency member then you could avail upto 50% off here. Have a nice evening. Valet is free as long as you are dining in. make sure to get your valet ticket stamped while you are at the restaurant.

I have to give my honest feedback here cuz I felt pressured to give a nice one on trip advisor, first it’s always cold inside, we sat outside it’s lovely, the waiter was attentive but he created a bit of stress insisting to serve us..you don’t serve Arabic food and it’s enough to ask once, finally the food was fine but heavy even the vegetarian but what’s worse is we got an H pylori infection and are being treated, so overall 3 stars

To start with, big thanks to Chef Kareem, a great fusion of for Mediterranean and Indian taste, I hosted client dinner for around 60 and his was checking each table to make sure they are enjoying the food and service. I know where to go next time I will be in Delhi ☺️

One of the best Lebanese restaurants in India, and also one of the best staff, and the service is very excellent, and best of all, the cook, Abdul Karim, was cooking at the top of his taste.

Dank insides, a wobbly table with a cheap laminate top, curtains not something to really talk about, stairs leading to the toilet having dhaba level worn out edges, doors and their handles ditto, a beer that was not cold, hummus that was bitter, excess salt in grilled items and a weird marinade of grilled broccolli sum up my experience of this place. The only 3 things that I could appreciate were the quality of pita bread, the baklava and Mr Rohan's demeanor. I don't think I'll visit this place again.

The food here is amazing. Absolutely delicious! But they refused to allow my family to share a mezza set menu. We had to pay the full rate for each of our kids and ended up wasting so much food and taking home all of the main courses because we were stuffed after the appetizer courses. Everyone loved the food, but the excessive amount of food (and the accompanying high cost) left us feeling like we were forced to order so much more food than we knew we could eat. We enjoyed our evening, but in the end we left feeling irritated and not wanting to return. I don’t understand why we’re not allowed to share, but instead get charged per person, and even kids get charged the adult rate.

This place keeps calling me for more. Absolutely one of the best Levant/ Lebanese or whatever you may call it restaurant in India. Chefs are from Syria and Egypt and hence you get really authentic Levant food, and the Indian chefs too do a pretty amazing job. Umm Ali, the desert is to die for!

Friday nights are for breaking free, and indulging in some good food, good music, trying out some new places. And, we, did just that! Syrah, is a must try, especially if you are in a mood for some good Mediterranean food. Hands down, I’d say, one of the best restaurants serving truly authentic , Middle Eastern food, that many of you’d be familiar with. Now, you, really don’t have to travel to countries famous for this cuisine, to satiate your cravings, it’s right here, in the heart of the city. We didn’t order much, but whatever we did, it was so flavourful. We were starving, so honestly, forgot to click pictures of food, we had ordered that evening. Not only did We love the food, the ambience , of this fine dining restaurant is fab. Syrah, is a beautifully designed place. The inside dining is as gorgeous as the outside seating arrangement by the pool. The staff, needless to say, is very well trained, polite and knows exactly what to recommend. Karan, looked after us , and made sure that our dining experience was Awesome. We were offered some complimentary Turkish Mint Tea too. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, if you haven’t tried it yet.

I had the best experience ever for middle eastern food, I was waiting for good Arabic restaurant to open, when I visited Syrah I enjoyed, food taste, ambience and I would really thank chef Kassel for taking a good care of our table, he is the best.

Excellent ambiance with outdoor seating by the pool. The mezze platters are just unbelievable, hummus has never been this creamy. Chef Mohamed Kasem is a delight to talk to and is clearly the right person for this exquisite cuisine. Tip- Order their set menus to try a bit of everything
