The walking distance to shops and malls and lively ambience is a bonus. The pool is so relaxing, and the breakfast spread has plenty to satisfy anyone. More than anything, I appreciated the guest-oriented staff, truly the hallmark of a 5* hotel.

The Sheraton New Delhi Hotel is very impressive for comfort and seems like a home experience. Rooms are hygienic and well arranged. Staff are well trained and helpful.Location is good and most important thing is it provides fabulous and delicious food.

Buffet needs definitely improvements in spread. Toiletries, Steam Iron and Ironing Board are not available in room. Smooth check in. Well maintained lobby and pool area.

If you book directly on their website you get breakfast buffet included. There's a discount if you are ITC member (you can sign up quickly for free). The breakfast was really nice and I appreciate that they have international options for food. I especially enjoyed the chicken and vegetarian dumplings + the special pancakes with mango jalapeno sauce. You will also get 20% off on dining. The dinner buffet's dessert selection was amazing. The room is clean. You should double check if your booking online has bathtub. They sometimes make mistake of giving you the wrong room without bathtub. Only thing that they can improve is understanding the customers' needs. Sometimes some workers just say yes even though they didn't understand what was requested so you end up waiting for nothing. But over all everything went great.

Our wedding was held here and we had rooms here as well during our function. The staff and the service was great! The food was praised by all our guests at the wedding and the decor and hall was perfectly elaborately decorated. Our wedding was held all night all the way till 6:30am in the morning. The staff was very attentive to guests and the food was 10 out of 10. The hotel front desk knew we had our wedding the following night so they gave us a late checkout at 6pm the next day. If your looking for a 5 star property to do your wedding or any big function I recommend this property.

This is located right at the main road. Enough parking is available. Rooms: Rooms are spacious and laden with all amenities required for a pleasant stay. My room had a bathtub. The most amazing experience I could have ever had. I stayed in the Deluxe category for 3 days, ordered from IRD and had meals from Pavilion and hands down it was just exceptional. Had a hassle free time, the services were prompt, I ordered coffee sachets and creamers a couple of times and every time it was delivered within few minutes. Comfortable rooms, filled with necessary amenities. Strongly recommend. It's truly a home away from home.

Great hotel, staff and services but really disappointed in the valet service. I went here for a business meeting and rested my car with the valet service of the hotel, within a duration of 1 hour, we left the hotel premises and there was a big scratch/dent on my vehicle's side view mirror when the car was returned back to my ownership. I do not expect this at such a reputed hotel and there should be professionalism and care when handling your guest's belongings. Very unhappy with this experience and probably the last of my stays/bookings with Sheraton.

We had a technology conference at this hotel and it was a great pleasure. The staff were so attentive to our needs, quirks and requests. They always had a smile and nod. A simple example of the great service is that the waiter, Carlton, who served us at breakfast. There were around forty of us but he remembered who had tea, coffee or cappuccino every morning. Hope to return soon.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because during breakfast, it can be really busy and take 20 minutes to get a cup of hot water or 15 minutes for a coffee. Despite that, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the restaurants are really good too.

I have always admired ITC and Sheraton is just an amazing place to be. I went there for a lunch at Delhi Sheraton. The options of starters and deserts were good but it lacked main course variety. Taste and hygiene was great. Staff was very helpful. Overall its a good place.

Visited the Dynasty Hall from its specific gate. They do not allow cars inside the gate. You have to alight outside the gate on the road and walk in; even if it is raining (it was when we went) even if the person is on wheel chair ( we had two elder ladies on wheel chair and their cars were not allowed inside the gate, on 09 oct 22; both times on entry and exit.). We walked in puddles of water due to rain. The entrance to the hall is not wheelchair accessible. 4 waiters lifted the wheelchairs with the ladies down and up the stairs. Strange arrangement. Inside was nice and arrangements were good. The staff was well mannered and appropriate.

Stayed for a few days and the experience was remarkable. The ambience, the place, the facilities, the staff everything was as would be expected from a hotel as renowned as this one. The rooms were nice and cozy. The feel was over all welcoming and warm, definitely look forward to coming back when in town. You won't go wrong in choosing to stay here. Ciao.

As always, I felt like I came home. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everything else in between was perfect as well. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable as always. I might’ve stayed at this property hundreds of time but I’ve never experienced a member of the staff who wasn’t polite.♥️♥️

It was a good experience overall. The service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Has a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Everything is being taken care of perfectly. Plus there are a couple of restaurants in there plus a pub to take care of your needs thoroughly. Pool is sufficiently big so as not to intrude on others privacy. The gym is a bit small, equipment is limited, but not many people frequent it so that's fine too. Rooms are clean and spic and span. The only trouble I had was while taking bath, the water used to spill off onto the dry area of the bathroom which made it inconvenient to use the rest of the day! The toiletries were of OK quality. Fridge was stacked properly. No complaints on that part.

I recently had the chance to stay at The Sheraton New Delhi Hotel for a business/work-related trip and it offered me a great experience. The hotel features a great, professional, elegant ambience, but what impressed me most was the best-in-class health and fitness facilities. As someone who is very nitpicky about their hotel gyms, I found Sheraton's to be as good as it gets, and I also loved experiencing their spa facilities to the fullest. This is a great place to stay for business travels, if you ever get the opportunity!

The hotel is above five star standards. The breakfast service is great. We had an opportunity to stay at this hotel from Oct 28, 2023 till Oct 31, 2023. Check in was little delayed because we requested early check in due to our flight arrival to Delhi. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. Lenins are excellent. The breakfast service is very good. Liked both Indian and continental style breakfast. The waiter who took care of us Miss Shraddha is excellent and her hospitality is superb. I highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy.

Everything is just perfect. Rooms are hygienic, well maintained and gorgeous. They provided tons and tons of food, This hotel knows how to throw parties. They had arranged for everything so perfectly, it was a magical experience. The food is heavenly and the variety at their food is astounding. Needless to say, the staff is wonderful and pleasant.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and it was comfortable. Ate at the Dakshin where the food was below average. It was not fresh and all dishes were far too salty. Some of us fell sick after eating the stale salty food. It really spoilt our overall experience of the hotel.

My stay has just started, and I wouldn't say the hotel is perfect. The showers in the room could be improved and the decor is a little dated. However, I will be staying at this hotel every single time I come to Delhi from now on for just one reason: They use glass bottles in the rooms and gym! The soap covers are paper, etc. I hope all hotels in Delhi follow this soon. The ridiculous wastage in the hotel industry needs to stop! Absolutely amazing initiative.

Sheraton is a chill place, lounge bar, smoking zone, poolside sitting everything is just perfect about this property. Delicious food their continental chicken is awesome, hearty breakfast is a value addition. Super clean rooms and restaurant, great room service - quick and competent. In cocktails, they have introduced a budget section as well contains vodka and Gin based drinks reasonably priced and refreshing. Overall great experience

This place was recommended by one of my friend and I stayed two days over there, it felt very great and the staff service was following the corona guidelines such as mask, PPE kit , Regular sanitation, etc. Overall, management and staff was very Amazing 👍🏼

We adopted a child and needed time in Delhi for completing all immigration formalities etc. for our return to the US. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. A special call out to Theresa, who manages the hotel dining. She was so welcoming and knew exactly what to feed our new 2 year old son. I cannot say enough of how well the dinning was managed. The food was excellent, catering to those that like their food less spicy. The hotel was close to two Malls (Walking distance). Very convenient for evening walks on hot days. (About a 500 foot walk to mall). For a fee, transportation is arranged by the hotel to and from the airport. Very professional and safe. I will definitely stay here again. Especially recommended for people adopting as they are very child friendly.

Very comfortable hotel and helpful staff. The bed and pillows are great. Breakfast has the usual Sheraton breakfast in addition to local dishes. The sockets in the room are difficult to use, I had to unplug the table lamp to charge my laptop.

Great location at city center, we were here for a day to catch our international flight . Rooms were modern and fully renovated. Room service was great. Breakfast was same as any other ITC brand , so a bit boring but staff was courteous. Mall is close by which has some good restaurants as well , so we also did some last minute shopping and eating there before departing from India
