I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Premier near Delhi Airport and had an excellent experience. The hotel's staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The proximity to the airport was a major advantage, and the complimentary shuttle service made transportation hassle-free. The on-site dining offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for staying active. Overall, Lemon Tree Premier near Delhi Airport exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and excellent dining options. I highly recommend it for a stress-free stay.

Customer Service and Room conditions are bad. 1. Check in took forever. The front desk is overwhelmed and hotel needs more staff! The current staff is trying their best but can’t manage due to less staffing 2. Premier rooms are horrible. No space to walk in the room and beds are closed to bathrooms. I booked 3 rooms and all were the same. 3. Electric plugs in the rooms are broken, you cannot plug anything properly, they need to be fixed 4. Breakfast was not up to the mark for the money 5. Hotel rooms are pricey. I paid full price for the rooms but was not worth the money. Should have booked through makemytrip for half price. Saw the rate after the fact. I even paid extra money for the beds and to my surprise they wanted to put a mattress on the floor for my kids. I had to call and yell to get a proper bed

Rooms are alright, and service is pretty good, but failed in a major way. We had made a phone booking for 3 single beds, which the reception had confirmed. However, when we arrived at the hotel, there were only 2 beds. It took around half an hour to get a third mattress, which was hard, to be put on the floor. For this all to happen after midnight, when all of us were tired, left a bad taste in the mouth. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The rooms were fairly clean. The AC worked alright and the shower was good.

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 days. The housekeeping staff keeps forgetting to provide towels - one day, the bath mat is missing, another day, there are no hand towels. Then the real torture starts: constant banging owing to some repair work in nearby rooms. It happened on the say I was working in my room the entire day. The front desk had no clue what was going on. And they didn't give any advance notice. I am not sure why they even allocated the room if the maintenance was planned in nearby rooms that involved constant bangs, crashes, dragging furniture and every other irritation they could possibly create. Further there is no soundproofing between rooms - you can hear conversations from the next room plainly. This is a key reason I would never stay in this hotel again. Overall - 0 value for for for the hefty sum I paid for the hotel + fee headache.

Just like any other Lemon Tree, spacious and we'll equipped room with major necessities. The staff is courteous and service prompt. Just like any other Lemon Tree, here too, I did not get tea at 5:00 it came at 6:20 on three reminders. The Citrus Cafe is spacious but food is okay kind, nothing special. The thing that I liked about this one specially is : They have recruited specially abled persons which I have seen nowhere else. The waiting time at the reception while check-in and check-out can really test your patience.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The room was tiny, the bed wasn't even flat, the mattress was seeping in from the middle! Dinner and breakfast was included however the food was terrible! They refused to provide a second key for the room. Even though the room was booked for 2 people. What if one person has to go out and the other wants to stay in the room? I regret booking this hotel for my parents and wouldn't recommend it to others. Has to be the worst experience of staying at a 3star hotel

Pros: location is convenient to airport, high standard shopping and dining. Very nice breakfast at Citrus restaurant. Helpful and polite staff. Good gym and pool. Cons: rooms are small, furniture and decor is basic and cheap. Bathrooms are very small. At this price point much better is expected and available at competing properties.

Food tasted bad. There wasn't much option. Tea seemed half cooked. Nothing to feel great about this place. The meeting room was stinking. The only place where they spray room freshner is the entrance lobby. Room walls were in pathetic shape. The key card did not work in lift or room. Overall pretty bad experience

Not that expected as it shown in images and I have paid for. Pride plaza has beautiful interior available rooms for guests and good buffets in a friendly hall. And you will guys see 1k rupees difference between lemon tree(just name and fame) and pride plaza(you will get more, less pay)

    1. I fail to understand why Lemon Tree has the worst price/value ratio among all similar hotels. 2. The rooms are precariously small and equally expensive are the prices of food. 3. A buffet costs 1300 for unknown reasons.

This hotel is wonderful, I travelled through Delhi twice on this trip and stayed here both times. Perfect location close to the airport, very comfortable rooms, great food. The concierge had good recommendations of safe places for me to site-see and shop as a female traveling solo. Misha was wonderful! David drove me for my Covid test and then to several markets for shopping. He was an excellent driver, lovely to talk to, and very helpful and kind.

Just stayed for the night at the Lemon Tree as we had a flight to catch the following morning. Check in was quick and front desk pleasant and friendly, especially Ishika who gave us a warm welcome. Room was a bit to the smaller side and a little dated but super clean so good value. Bed was comfy and some good toiletries provided. Bathroom was clean water nice and hot although we preferred a cooler shower due to the Delhi heat. A good experience and ambience at a competitive price with the plus of being so close to Aerocity metro station and the airport ticked all boxes so would definitely stay here again.

It's okay but nothing great. Check in experience wasn't very pleasant. There was a long queue but still they were operating only 2 desks out of 3. They wanted to charge for the extra key card. The overall service experience is about average and did not particularly impressed me as anything great.

Really premium place as name suggests. Lively atmosphere. Polite & kind staff. Rooms are well maintained. In clean surroundings, positive vibrations. Proper place for doing office work. Value for money. Airport pickup and drop facility is prompt & efficient. Pleasantly surprised to know management policy to appoint physically challenged people. Hope others learn from them.

Good lobby with welcoming staff. Unfortunately, at the evening time the lobby smells of Mosquito coil, needless to say it's for keeping away the mosquitoes being the cheapest and the most practical option available, it is suggested that another alternative like lemongrass may be tried, as in my opinion the smoke of mosquito coil not only reflects the hotel in the poor light but it's long term use may cause breathing difficulties for guests and staff. Would like to appreciate services rendered at the Republic of Noodles. The toilets have amazing quotes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lemon Tree Premier, which is close to the airport in Delhi, and I must say that I had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was above and beyond my expectations from the minute I arrived at the hotel till the time I checked out. The hotel's location is excellent for travelers, first and foremost. For those who have early-morning or late-night flights, it is tremendously convenient since it is located close to the airport. The accommodations were nonetheless comfortable despite being close to the airport because they were effectively soundproofed. Special praise should be given to the Lemon Tree Premier employees for their outstanding customer service. Speaking of the rooms, I was highly impressed by their cleanliness and modern design. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a well-designed work desk. The bathroom was immaculate and stocked with high-quality toiletries.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities that one would expect from a high-end hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the food - the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge which provided a stunning view of the city. The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport, and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which was very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious and well-equipped hotel. The service, food, and amenities were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

An excellent property located in the Aerocity closer to T2/T3 Airport Terminals in New Delhi. The hotel is clean and hygienic and making efforts to maintain the same at all times. Though booking is extremely complex and asking for an advance payment for booking confirmation unlike other similar properties. It's indeed a big turn down and I do not feel like revisiting this property. The reservation team needs to identify and segregate between corporate customers and other visitors. Hope they will be able to work on it to make it customer friendly.

Decent rooms, solid location and good staff...... my main issue was with the kitchen. I ordered a chicken dish and got food poisoning, they need to cook chicken properly and understand that under-cooked chicken is about as bad as it gets. I should have stuck with veggie dishes since their non-mean dishes were just fine...... still, if you're going to have chicken on your menu then do it right.

Hi, We recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. to start with , we were upgraded from a deluxe room to an executive room (complimentary upgrade). The hotel staff was cordial, polite and answered our questions. The breakfast buffet was also good. After checkout , we wanted to keep our luggage in the storage room as our flight was in the evening and we wanted to go out . The staff were very helpful and carefully attached the required tags - we felt the service was of high quality in both storing and then collecting our luggage. A special mention to the bellboy who was very helpful in providing scissors so that we could cut the airline tags from our luggage. The smile and courtesy from staff is highly appreciated. I also want to congratulate the owners for giving opportunity and training to the differently abled staff in the hotel services. They were great at their work and kept the smile on. Location wise- very near to both domestic and international airport in Delhi and that was one of the main reasons we were looking for a good hotel in Aerocity. I would recommend Lemon Tree premier to all based on this experience. I would love to come again. Thanks, Disha

I had a very pleasant experience. Found all staff eager to please. Special thanks to DM Mr Baljit Singh for taking care to ensure everything was perfect in my stay. A special mention of the meticulous and professional gym instructor Mr Rammehar. He is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated trainer and carefully planned a gym session accordingly to my specific body type and needs. Location is convenient and accessible to food, mall and airport All in all, full marks for fulfilling my expectations as a budget friendly business hotel

We booked hotel for our new year get together. We were 12 adults and 4 children. So it was obvious that we all were in 1 room for chit chats and fun. But the hotel people were not happy as per then we should have been into our separate rooms and be quite so that there is no sound. Seriously is this a hotel or meditation center. We all cousins came from different places to meet each other at the beginning of the year to celebrate are togetherness we didnt want to go out for the party. But I guess this hotel people dont like people talking and enjoying together.

The hotel's quality is deserving of its five-star rating. The interior is both inviting and practical, and the staff members are attentive and professional. Room was spacious and was well-suited for a short stay, featuring excellent furnishings and presentation. The linen and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.

Lemon Tree in Delhi offers a refreshing stay with its vibrant ambiance and attentive service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's central location provides easy access to key attractions. The on-site dining options serve delicious meals, catering to various tastes. However, occasional maintenance issues and crowded common areas may slightly impact the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay for those seeking a lively atmosphere in the heart of Delhi.

I stayed in Lemon Tree for 2 nights. This place is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. It is located in Aerocity Hospitality district. We took taxi from the airport and reached the hotel within 7-10 minutes. The best part about this hotel is the location. Right next to the hotel, there is a mall and lot of wonderful eateries to choose from. It is very safe to take a walk in the nearby area and it is very clean too. We had a Deluxe room with the airport view. The room was pretty decent and had all the essentials provided like bath towel, dental kit, shower cap, water bottles etc. They did not provide bath robes or slippers though. The room service was good. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Inside the hotel, they have a pool however it was closed because of Covid. Having said that you can definitely walk around the pool or sit by the pool (swim is not allowed currently). They have a nice restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. They offer a variety of food from continental to typical Indian food. They have made an effort to decorate the hotel nicely. One can just walk inside the hotel alley and take a look at the artifacts and the paintings inside the hotel. The Reception area also looks decently inviting. Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Better to choose some other hotel. It's not worth for money they are charging. 1. Food varieties are very much limited. 2. Room is very small. 3. Food of no tasty, routine varieties. 4. Reception staff behavior is not good. 5. Hotel is so costly since it is close to airport. Many more...

Very small room and washroom..service is very slow..nearly missed the flight due to delay in breakfast. At last had to cancel the order and run for my flight. Had booked for 3 people but everything provided was for 2. Neat and clean. Like the idea of recruiting differentially abled staff🙂. But services and service speed improvement are a long road..(On an additional note they don't even wish or congratulate on the bday which is expected in such good chain hotels yes i went to stay there on my b-day..)

  • 3/5 Rudresh G. 2 years ago on Google
Spent one night with friends. Just like any other normal hotel. No extra service no extra features. They charge for cutlery and extra bathroom accessories too. For triple sharing they will give you a folding bed that is heavy, full of sound and music even if you change your side everyone in the room will get up 😀. Uncomfortable. Main bed is good though. Redfox is by LemonTree and it was in aerocity, Delhi.

My Google Review # 000219 Lemon Tree. Be it Premier, Regular or the Red Fox. Be it Ahmedabad, Jaipur or Delhi or even Lucknow. Rest assured. You would get the same hospitality experience in every location. The rooms are clean and the requirements of every customer arriving after a hectic flight gets taken care of very professionally. I remember checking in at midnight hours with utmost convenience and zero waiting time. Yes, checkout was a pain, due to the crowd and the timing. This site is within 2 kms radius of the airport covered in the Aerocity district..... If you have business over here, it makes sense to choose this one place of luxury. During my stay, I had to travel twice to the city centre, and, believe it or not, I spent almost 4 hours in the cab, to and fro! The buffet was sumptuous with all-you-need variety. The rooms were a bit small, probably because of the pricey location, near the airport. One catchy stuff was the tent card on display at every table which reminded you of the water wastage. Hats off the team designing it. The staff serves only half a glass of water... which sends the message across in a subtle manner. Worth a visit, worth a stay, everytime. Date of Experience # May 2019

Whatever they served were on tastier side. I had a buffet dinner. I have absolutely nothing to complaint in the test department. However, service was lacking. They took 27 minutes to serve a paratha. The buffet spread was very limited. Only 2 non-vegetarian dishes and only 3 sweet dishes.

It's like a government office guest house. Where most guests are govt officials or spice jet air hostesses. The hotel amenities are average, expensive for the services provided. The food is very very average. The tea is so watery, hardly any milk in it. This hotel tries to have to cost cut, to the extent that they don't give basic complimentary products like toothbrush, soap, comb, etc. They charge 40 bucks for each If you need them. The rooms are small. The service is average. The lifts have a room card key swipe mechanism, it doesn't work half the time and can get frustrating.

I had booked this place a few weeks ago and it was a good experience overall. The staff were polite, professional and available. The rooms seem to be well maintained, and adequate for solo personal/business trips. A small annoyance was that basic toiletries were missing even though the rest of the room was prepped. After having a poor experience in novotel for the past two days i and my husband checked into lemongrass Premier expecting a better experience. However we found the room to be extremely small, the wooden flooring peeled off at various places. 2x2 bathroom. U cant even walk around the room. Disgusting really after paying rs. 6000 for one nyt stay. I'm sure next time il stay in the city and travel to airport in the traffic rather than staying near airport in such unworthy premises

Situated at aerocity which provides best option to flyers coming and leaving Delhi. Provides all modern facilities. This property is opposite to Hotel Lemon tree and is in the same compound. However rooms are less spacious and the mini bars was found to be vacant. In nutshell awesome location for hopping flyers which keeps airport at reach and provides a homely comfort at a price less than compared to other hotels in the same vicinity

The Place will remain in my memories forever as Dinner of 25th Anniversary was hosted there by my family. Best place to make your Special Day Most Memorable as the Venue of Event has beautiful surrounding of a pool side view and taste of food served will linger on your taste buds for days. We stayed there for a day and must admit that the Hospitality provided by efficient team of Lemon Tree is unmatched with other 5 star hotels in the close vicinity. They will make a out efforts to make you feel special in case you have gone there to celebrate your special day. The restaurant of the Hotel was fully occupied during the breakfast fully indicating the popularity of Lemon Tree as as variety served in the breakfast. Most recommended. Will definitely visit again shortly.

Checked in on 5-01-2022. Room is extremely congested, no toiletries or disposable slippers. Reception never answers. Not once in the two days of my stay. Even when a request for a bottle of water was placed directly at the reception with room number, nothing was done. Worst point : they called me to ask for a review. When I politely mentioned that the reception had not responded despite calling at multiple times on multiple days, the lady at the HR tried to argue and make it sound like I was being unreasonable. I politely said thank you and hung up. When honest feedback is not appreciated there is no point in giving it. Beware, carry everything you need from outside and do everything you need to do yourself because nobody there will help you. Otherwise the location is close to the airport and to the capital and is a comfortable enough stay.

The GM of the hotel Mr Sukhbeen is an asset to its management and deserves every commendation that comes his way. He has kept the standards of service and facilities in this property at par with the best. The hotel is definitely underrated at 3 stars. The hospitality is a benchmark for others to emulate. Unlike other airport hotels the personalised attention and the airport transportation is refreshingly efficient. A definite 5stars on value for money and service. Great breakfast spread too. Bellboys are adept and quick. Hygiene is good. All in all a happy experience in toto.

Stayed just for a night but it was a pleasant stay. Situated conveniently close to the airport, the hotel was neat with refreshing lemon fragrance everywhere. I especially liked how they have employed specially abled people for house keeping and room service. The food was quite expensive but the quality and quantity wasn't too disappointing. Would definitely like stay again.

Our stay was just okay. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night. It was expensive for what was offered to us. Overall it wasn't a 3-star stay which it claims to be. Cons: The room was small and it was not what was promised at the time of booking. We requested a room for 3 people, and got a tiny room with 2 single beds. Adding the third bed made it even more congested. And the mattress on the third bed was super hard. In addition, the bathroom was also small and not very well maintained. The bathroom was literally right next to one of the beds and it was not sound proof (use your imagination). They provided the amenities, but we had to call them for everything. Pros: It is convenient to get to and from the airport. It was clean. They followed covid protocols.

Great place to stay but it was disappointing to note that the refreshing lemon fragrance was completely missing at the entire property. I've enjoyed stays at other Lemon tree hotels (before the pandemic) where the constant lemon fragrance every where at their hotel premises made the distinction, compared with other similar hotels chains. I brought my family to stay here, especially because I wanted them to experience the difference of a Lemon Tree hotel, but the purpose wasn't fully fulfilled. Also, Lemon Tree hotel (in Ahmedabad) had interesting reads/photoframes in the elevators and walls of the common areas. All these subtle things made this an outstanding experience, but during my latest stay at their Delhi Aerocity hotel, all these things were missing. Elevator ride was just the usual dull space, no lemon fragrance, nothing to read on the walls. When we reached the Aerocity Lemon Tree hotel, we requested early check-in (4-5 hours before their regular check-in times as we had an infant that needed care. The front desk person did help us out with our request, and gave us a room ~4 hours before regular check-in hours. However, we were not informed by the representative that we will be charged additionally for early check-in. We all got settled in the room and then when I visited the front desk again for our second room keys, I was then informed that we will be charged for early check-in. When I asked for clarification, the front desk representative stated that it was standard to charge for early check-in. I would agree with that to an extent, however, it is a universal standard practice to inform the customer beforehand about chargeable services. In this case, I was informed of the extra charges only after we settled down in our room. Until then, I was under the impression that it was complimentary customer service that the hotel offered us, because we had a cranky infant at the time of early check-in. The restaurant staff and service was great. We requested for the recipe of a green chutney and the staff was glad to bring it to us on a piece of paper. Paneer starter (made in clay oven) was fabulously soft and very delectable.

Very conveniently located, and serviced by complimentary pick up and drop and good spread to cater to gastronomic needs, it's a good place to touch down when in Delhi. But few things need attention.( If someone cares to read). The representative detailed for pickup at the airport had put the name plate on the railing and busied himself fiddling with his mobile despite calling him. waiting at the airport at 11 15 at night for 20 mins to get a pickup is something that I could have been spared . Though my check in and out process was very smooth and cordial, I saw few avoidable instances where the executive could have been more reasonable. Giving a second room access card to the second occupant should not have been an issue. Food is the best component of the stay. Must give the chef compliments. Worth the money spend.

Came here for my family’s layover between flights! Easy check-in! Good food options! Had egg burji for breakfast and Hakka noodles for lunch both of which were very good! Would not recommend the masala tea but the other drinks were fine! Beautiful pool access as well which I thoroughly enjoyed; super clean and great customer service! Super close to the airport as well! Would highly recommend! Very clean rooms, good amenities and very accommodating!

Fabulous hotel, amazing staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt that their hospitality was great. They have some specially abled (pardon, used it for the lack of a better word) people in their staff and they all were very polite. I requested for the room service to deliver my food a bit sooner and they did so within 20 mins! In the eve, I also requested them to re-heat my coffee, instead they sent a freshly made cup. Thanks for a great stay, Lemon Tree. I specifically want to mention Mahavir's name here since he extended help multiple times during my stay. My only problem was with the price of food! In a bid to spend less on the room, I feel like I spent a lot more on their food. The room itself was 4.3k per night but I ended up spending around 2k for room service and the breakfast.

Rooms are good but you cannot expect good service as the staffs especially in front office and restaurant are little rude. They seems to have exhausted by work. I stayed there in the lock down period might be that is the reason they were not ready to offer great service. It is not having any special service for the price which is asking. Its better to look for a five star hotel with the same price.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Lemon Tree Premier hotel near Delhi Airport, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made my stay enjoyable. First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to the airport is a huge advantage. It's conveniently located just a short distance away, making it a great choice for travelers seeking easy access to the airport. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service, which adds to the convenience factor. The staff at Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport, were friendly and professional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The staff members were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and they ensured that my needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Pleasant hotel close to the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms, although they appear a little old, and would benefit from an upgrade. Food is very nice, good selection at the buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a hair salon on site should you need it. I'd stay here again.

We stayed for a night with our kid and had great experience. We stayed at a king size bed room and it was comfortable with enough space for a small family. The room was super clean, and most important - quiet. Location is best if you need to be close to the airport. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. The pool was looking really well maintained, clean and beautiful,we enjoyed a good swim. We will try to book again for next time in Delhi.

I stayed in level 2, it has old rooms. Apparently level 4 have newer rooms. Updated. The hot water is at best luke warm, and may take a few minutes to arrive, so do switch on in advance. Breakfast is decent. Coffee is ok. Gym is sufficient, one thread mill is bumpy.

Some of the dirtiest and dustiest rooms I’ve had the pleasure of staying in for the price they come! Was charged for high-speed internet that wouldn’t connect ($20) and everything smells of smog. Rough digs for a high price. Comfy bed and they arranged a cab for me, so that’s a plus.

Lemon Tree Premier Brand in itself is a very good option for Luxury in a Budget. Lemon Tree Premier in Aerocity New Delhi is no exception however I found it the best. After a tiring long flight(believe me even flights could be long), this hotel was a bliss for me. The front desk staff completed the check in process swiftly seeing by condition. There was lot care and attention given to very minute service details. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Definitely staying again.

Lemon Tree Premier in Delhi exemplifies modern comfort and hospitality. The contemporary design and well-appointed rooms create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's friendliness and prompt service enhance the overall experience. The hotel's dining options showcase a diverse culinary palette, catering to various tastes. Its central location proves convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Some guests, however, noted occasional noise levels. In essence, Lemon Tree Premier Delhi offers a pleasant stay with a balance of style and functionality.

There is nothing Premier about this property other than it's location and it being situated within aerocity . I had visited this property last month around 20th Nov for a 2 day visit . I choose one of their top notch room's i.e. executive suite . the room /bathroom were large and spacious .but that's where the grandeur stops . the facility in the room was old / outdated . AC was not functioning properly . the bathtub and the shower did not have adequate water pressure . staff needs to be trained in terms of hospitality management . I reached hotel and had requested them to complete my checking formality , as i had to move out for meeting and assign me room post 2 PM only and move my luggage in room as and when available , standard hotel procedure for which i was denied in 1st place and had to follow up with 3 senior folks to get the checking done after waiting for more then 1 hour Food is also not great spread of food in breakfast is limited and the taste is also not great . I will not recommend this hotel to any one
