I had been to this property for a transit stay at Delhi during my next day flight to Frankfurt. I found the Hotel stay to be fine considering the price I paid. Rooms were clean, spacious and pleasant. Bed linens and towels were clean and toiletries were good. I could not have enough time for the breakfast or any food in the hotel though, I liked the ambiance of the property to be fine. from T3 IGI it took around 30 minutes and on return to T3 it consumed around 18 minutes by Ola. Though more nearby hotels at cheaper prices are available, I preferred this property seeing the reviews and I am satisfied with my choice. Staffs are very good and friendly. I reached around 1 O'clock mid night andf my check-in was done in a minute. I recommend this property.

Muse sarovar portico is a good place to stay in for a vacation .. with all services .. they provide good breakfast too.. good ambience.. house keeping was good . Everything was kept clean and neat by Mr Rajeev..he was very polite and helpful too. Rooms and surfaces sanitized properly on regular intervals.. they attend to needs immediately.. Over all a nice stay

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days along with family (19/10, 20/10). We had booked 2 rooms with dinner and breakfast included. Rooms were spacious, had comfortable beds, neat & clean rest rooms and last but not the least, the overall ambience stood out. Check-in and Check-out was smooth and fast! What could improve is the food quality, options, and service in the restaurant. Dinner was below average, though it was a buffet we felt the same menu with some minor modifications served on both the days. They could work on the taste & quality. On the service front for a simple masala chai we had to wait for like eternity during our breakfast and finally had to leave the restaurant without having it. No courtesy of informing about the delay or sending it to our rooms, felt bit strange from a brand like Sarovar! Other important point, this hotel is in the outskirts of Delhi close to the airport, so those who plan sightseeing visits should factor in the distance and the time taken. Takes roughly an hour to reach any major attractions. In summary, my ratings as below. Rooms: 9/10 Comfort: 9/10 Food: 5/10 Service: 7/10 Location: 6/10 Overall: 7/10

Only plus point of this property is near to IGI airport. Otherwise it’s an average hotel. Reception staff is not at all welcoming. I requested for airport drop and when we came down for checkout i saw they had sedan ready for us which was not sufficient for our luggage. Luckily we were early so i booked uber which was 5 times cheaper. Rooms are very small not enough space for luggage. Intercom was not working properly and i had to call reception every time to check other services intercom number. I would not recommend this hotel.

House keeping services were very good. Mr. prakhar is also good person. He always asked to our problems and solved it quickly. Other services were also fine. Hotel management was good. Housekeeping team also convenient for us.

I was recently on an 8 day trip visiting Golden Triangle Circuit. I stayed here initially for one night on the first leg of my trip. I had booked two rooms, one with an extra bed. The rooms that I got were a little smaller to put an extra bed. But since it was only for a night, we adjusted. But my real opinion about this place is from my two nights stay at this place during my last leg of the trip. And let me break it down for you. Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This time, I asked for a bigger room and they surprised me by upgrading me to a bigger room with a foyer and two 2 seater Sofas and still a lot of extra space were there. Adding some pictures here. Thanks to the super front desk staff for the lovely gesture. Restaurant: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My booking included breakfast and dinner. They offer enough options to satisfy your hunger and taste buds. However what stood out is their exceptional service. The restaurant staff are super attentive, polite and always there to help you. They always ask about the quality of food and genuinely care for their guests. House Keeping: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super quick and efficient. They kept the room clean and tidy during my stay. You call for an extra bed, extra bottles of water, Sugar etc. they give it to you in minutes. I never had to call twice to follow up for anything. Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn't check if they have a gym or pool as my site seeing took most of my time. However they have a lot of books (which my son enjoyed) and a pool table too. So I have no complaints.

He was on point, suggesting the best dishes and making sure everything was just right. The place had a nice vibe too, and they paid attention to the little things. Great hotel and service. Food choice was excellent and room were cleaned to a high standard. Facilities were great too and beds very comfortable. You will have a great stay here. Highly recommend.

The rooms are very good, I have not tried the Resturant because of timings But the staff is not supporting. No bathroom kit/ shaving kits etc are available in room. Nothing is mentioned in room that it is available on call. I tried calling at 5:00 AM but even nobody picks up the call On asking the same manger shows attitude. So 1 out of 5

I recently stayed at Deventure Sarovar Portico in Kapshera with my family and unfortunately , my experience left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was poor bed sheets smeels so bad and hairs were on the beds with noticeable issues like dusty surfaces and stained linens. The customer service was lacking, as the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Additionally, amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. They charged us extra for just stupid things.Front desk staff was rude .Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Ms. Shalani at the front desk showed patience with our sizable wedding party. The rooms were comfortable, with good water pressure and complimentary water. However, it would be beneficial to have international plugs and USB ports in the rooms. We faced issues with our key card deactivating easily. On a positive note, the restaurant offered delicious food and excellent service.

Manager Mr Amit is rudly behiever.That person did not even allow me to freshen up as my client had come with me.I suffered a huge loss because of that. Breakfast Quality is Not good. If you are staying there for some business tour then don't stay because I feel insulted.

Despite having four stars, the hotel is somewhat old. More is dust.There is also less air freshness.We need to renovate. The hospitality was excellent. The restaurant's biryani, which was prepared by Mr. Katju, was excellent.Breakfast was excellent. Shivraj, Rakesh, and Mr. Ravindra Singh created a positive environment.

Clean functional rooms. Staff were surly and unfriendly. Location was fine but not remotely close to anything of interest including the airport. Do yourself a favour and stay at Aerocity next time. Buffet was excellent though.

We booked this hotel after loooking at the reviews and the price was also good but once we were in the room the air conditioner was not working, the shower was broken. But even after complaining to the reception there was nothing solved. Even on the next day we told them that the AC is not cooling but still nothing changed. Also the location is a bit outer so book accordingly, Taxis and Uber are not easily accessible here. Restaurant of hotel is good but no nearby restaurants or eatery available nearby.

Nice hotel. I stayed here for a night. Nearby to Airport and can easily reach in between 30-45 min to IGI Airport Delhi. Food service is good. Room service is fast. Kitchen operates for 24x7 with no tandoori items after 11:00 in night.

The location is bad, to be honest. Broken roads lead to the property, but area is safe with schools around. Be mindful that you will face traffic jams at around 1PM since 3 different schools in the vicinity get over at the same time. Coming to staff, no one asked to help with the baggage and I myself carried it upstairs. I might not have even used their help but it is always good to ask, no? Room service was quick and food was good. For the price, the quantity served is really good as well the taste was great too. The hotel has cab services for airport but where ride hailing apps charge 250-350 till airport from the hotel, their own services are chargeable at 900 + GST. For the price the stay was decent I will say. You won't be feeling bad or anything but for the money spent you will be left a bit unsatisfied.

Hotel was good. Me along with one of my friend stayed there for 5 days on a business trip. Place is good , rooms are clean. Room service is good. We had booked rooms with free breakfast & dinner.There was buffet system for breakfast and dinner.There were lot of options available both vegetarian and non vegetarian in breakfast and dinner menu. Good hotel, clean nice rooms. A bit costly, but service is always good. It is located nearby the International Airport in Delhi, about 15 Minutes by Cab. No Public Transport or Metro nearby so you will have to Travel by Cabs or Auto rickshaws. Free Indian/ Continental breakfast for all guests, the spread is doable.

Beautifully clean and modern. Eventhough out of the city, its closeness to the airport was great. Buffet breakfast was better than average and their is a lovely foyer plus lots of seating downstairs near the pool table. Unit rooms are cosy with fresh white linen and functioning a/c.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. They mistreated my family, friends and me. Kept crying and bugging for 20-30 rupees. Mistreated the group while we had almost the full hotel booked out months in advance. The manager Nadeem is the worst at communicating and being clear. The rooms are fine as long as you are ready for arguments. Absolutely avoid🚨

Very nice neat and clean hotel as well as room. Room was of proper size and very comfortable with all the required amenities. Buffet lunch was decent but was not with much choices though the taste was good. Had a pleasent stay and overall a good experience. Stayed here as a Club Mahindra member through the partner hotel program.

We came in a wedding nearby. This was a very nice stay. Rooms are really big and good. Breakfast was also pretty good although the spread was less. Service was generally good, needed a few calls to get something done but decent.

I had booked rooms and the venue for my Engagement function. Everything was beautifully organised and arranged by the Sarovar team. Special thanks to Yatendra who went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience to me and my guests. Would definitely book and stay here again. Highly recommended.

There is another hotel in the same name at Nehru Place which is a better location. This hotel is located on the periphery. It is near to Airport. The New Delhi railway station is about 1 hour drive. The vicinity is not very good. The roads are bad and stinky.

The hotel is located close to the bus stand making it well connected. it's walkable from the main road and is connected with Rickshaws also. The rooms are done tastefully and the lobby/waiting area is quiet cozy too. The breakfast was just okay and i would rather suggest travellers to try local cuisine outside. the delhi fort is well connected and a must visit if you are staying here.rajeev from housekeeping very attractive guy's...

Decently maintained property with the balance or rooms inventory and banquet hall. Near to the airport and within the lucrative budget. Parking facility and parking space need to be worked upon. Staff is helpful. Food at restaurant and banquet both good. Pool side walls should be little more in height.
