I
would
like
to
highlight
few
things
about
Shanti
hotel
-
That
is
Food
n
Cab
Services
from
hotel.
First
is
Overpriced
Food,
which
was
not
a
part
of
room
service
menu.
We
had
ordered
food
from
hotel
Shanti
only
because
they
have
mentioned
in
Bold
letters
on
their
board
&
in
rooms
also
that
'Outside
food
is
not
allowed
in
hotel'.
We
had
ordered
4
boiled
eggs
from
room
service.
Hotel
has
charged
380
rs
for
just
4
white
eggs,
which
is
really
really
overpriced.
Even
that
item
was
not
mentioned
in
their
room
service
menu.
Here,
i
would
like
to
ask
from
hotel
staff
that
from
which
farm
they
bought
the
eggs.
(Market
price
of
normal
eggs
are
8
Rs
n
brown
organic
eggs
15-25
Rs
only).
Then
why
your
hotel
had
charged
380
Rs
for
4
white
eggs?
Even
your
hotel
is
not
in
a
4/5
*Star
category.
That
Egg
was
not
a
Golden
one
Dear.
NOW
coming
up
to
TOMATO
SOUP,
i
had
strictly
conveyed
to
staff
that
don't
use
butter
n
cream
in
a
soup.
But
when
an
order
came,
we
were
really
disappointed
from
soup
also,
because
there
was
a
thick
layer
of
oil
or
may
be
margarine
butter
on
the
top
of
TOMATO
soup
bowl,
which
we
don't
liked.
Secondly,
Cab
Services
From
Shanti
hotel,
IGI
T3
is
just
4
kms
away.
N
for
cab
services,
Shanti
hotel
had
charged
400
rs
for
a
Desire
cab.
After
making
a
payment
for
cab,
we
realised
that
Uber/Ola
is
charging
only
Rs
191.
But
unfortunately
we
had
paid
to
manager
at
reception,
because
we
were
thinking
its
a
complimentary
service
n
we
had
a
morning
flight.
It
is
Really
'A
Painful
Experience'
with
Shanti
hotel,
Mahipalpur
-
Delhi.
For
Visitors,
in
my
notion,
do
avoid
to
book
these
kind
of
hotels,
where
they
charge
unnecessary
amount
from
guests.
Specially
on
food
which
is
not
mention
in
their
room
service
menu.
