Where
to
start?
I'll
start
with
the
fraud.
Never
has
a
stay
at
a
Marriott
been
so
poorly
managed.
I
stayed
here
for
a
friend's
wedding,
and
the
wedding
party
very
kindly
covered
the
cost
of
the
rooms
during
the
wedding
but
those
of
us
who
arrived
early
got
separate
rooms
and
covered
those
costs
ourselves.
I
had
prepaid
for
my
room,
but
when
I
left,
they
claimed
I
didn't
pay.
I
check
my
Marriott
app
and
the
stay
has
disappeared
so
they
voided
it
for
some
reason.
I
call
them
to
authorize
payment
after
I
arrive
home,
but
I
never
receive
a
hotel
bill
and
discover
they
have
overcharged
me
by
50%.
I
have
contacted
the
hotel
and
Marriott
4
times
within
the
month,
each
time
promised
to
have
the
matter
resolved
within
3
business
days.
The
hotel
still
can't
seem
to
find
the
bill...so
what
happens
when
a
guest
is
overcharged
50%
and
they
can't
find
the
bill?
My
guess
is
fraud.
This
is
on
top
of
abysmal
service,
never
getting
a
straight
answer
from
the
staff
on
anything
(including
confirmation
we
could
remain
in
our
original
rooms,
which
we
couldn't,
but
it
took
3
hours
of
discussion
to
figure
out),
and
not
having
rooms
properly
cleaned.
I
was
woken
up
at
1AM
after
arriving
to
fill
out
a
room
service
survey
after
they
had
forgotten
half
of
my
order.
I
could
never
receive
what
I
asked
for
properly.
I
spent
about
5
hours
of
my
vacation
trying
to
get
what
I
asked
for
and
ensuring
what
the
staff
was
saying
was
correct.
I
have
spent
another
8
hours
trying
to
simply
receive
my
hotel
bill
and
get
credited
for
the
stay.
I
normally
do
not
spend
time
writing
reviews,
but
maybe
this
will
finally
get
their
attention
to
pay
attention
to
guests
they
have
properly
screwed
over
and
defrauded.
Never
stay
here.
The
Marriott
flag
should
be
taken
off
this
property.
