Price was 1500 for 4 people. But AC was not working. TV not working. Telephone not working. Fridge not working. Extra charge for fridge. Pani bottle too expensive. Check room before pay. Curtsy changes after you pay.

Worst Experience....No amenities, regular power cuts, AC not working, No cupboard, Dirty Blankets and Bed Sheets. Overpriced food...₹30 per water bottle, No privacy

The stay was very bad. AC doesn’t work and breathing in rooms is very hard. The bed sheets were dirty, full of stains (thank god I don’t have a blue neon light). The guy, who only showed us our room, even insisted on a tip. The toilet was moving as you sat on it and also there was no hot water. We lasted only one night in the hotel, and then immediately changed our hotel. If it would be possible, I would give a rate of 0 stars.

The room was quite comfortable, but the washroom was not as clean as anyone would want. There was stain all around. The man at reception was good and well behaved. The location is also good and is close to New Delhi Railway station. I think the rent is also a little high given the condition of the room. You can stay there for a day.

Ac problem, room show in my oyo app 303 but room no 105, my Booking paid in advance but hotel are no room available in my present,I am 1 day stay in another hotel

Never book this hotel. We have booked three AC rooms. We reached the hotel at 10pm. Worst reception. No stairs. We were alloted three rooms out of which two ACs were out of service. When we have shown our booking they just bluntly said "either you have to take these rooms or just get out". We cancelled the booking immediately and searched for another hotel. So never go such hotel.

Water tap earthing is not good, little current in water taps dangerous for customers life, hot water is not available. Room quality isn't good. Not recommended, with same amount you can get better deal near by.

A/c is not working 1/100th of it's efficiency. Again the staffs keeps the A/c switch always off. Everytime you have to ask them to turn on the A/c control, which is at the reception. Bathroom is dirty, No towel , soap provided by the hotel. Even here is no screen for windows. Everywhere dust and dust. This hotel does not deserve 1* , please kindly don't come to this Hotel, otherwise you should spoil your every minute here.

Room is not clean Geyser broken and not working Room is to hot despite using AC at it full speed. Also, staff is not supportive in anything.

Stayed here for 2 days. The rooms have not been maintained at all and the result is dirty washrooms, broken light fittings and overall very shabby rooms. Not suitable for families or for long stays.

Horrible experience...Never take a room here...Dirty, geyser doesn't work properly, no toiletries provided, not even handwash, they serve food in broken plates...TV doesn't work...The phone in the room doesn't work to call reception...No stars would have been the best rating for this hotel.

Well once you get the room there is almost no talking between you and manager, they sell only water bottles on a hiked up price ofcourse.... But the location nullifiess all this as about near to new Delhi junction and have metro station in 1 km radius..makes it good, budget stay

The hotel owner is very rude, does not interact properly with the visitors and behaves as that he has given a room for free, gives everyone fake information at the time of check in and then does not provide services after paying money..no Wi-Fi. , there is no TV and no land phone works...all services are not available here in the hotel...hotel union should take strict action on all these...its very very bad experience here..

Amazing to read the review below from Yogesh - I got electrocuted in the shower here in 2005. I actually loved the hotel though and have fond memories of banana porridge on the roof in December (it was bloody cold). The blankets were a bit rough then, but the hote introduced me to a GREAT tour guide that drove me all over Agra, Jaipur, Johdpur, and Amer Fort. First experience of India - not the the faint-hearted. Authentic and cool place.

This hotel is very very third class hotel. The staff of this hotel is very very rude. Service is very very poor. I am requesting to Delhi Hotel Association to close this hotel & not give the permission to stay the people. The hotel is very dirty & not suitable to stay.

Hotel is okay But they loot the customer in different ways like putting GST without giving invoice

shower was not running . taps are not good . No recharge in tv , asked them several times to recharge but they didn't. U have to ask them 100 times for something but they still won't do it . Food we ordered from them wasn't good either. Not satisfied with their service at all .

Classic rooms are short, but it is manageable. The main thing is TV is not working, just put it as a show piece😄 The bathroom is too dirty, they are not cleaning the bathroom perfectly.

Owner was very nice and understanding. Asked for a room upgrade and got it at no extra cost.

Cheater cheater cheat I booked this hotel from agoda but when I entered the hotel the receptionist told us that they doesn't entertain booking from agoda and he was behaving very badly with us where we told net you please check your mail id you might have received a mail from agoda about our booking then you told us hotel doesn't have any email id you please get out from this place we will not allow you to enter we paid to room booking but got nothing in return and it's very difficult to to contact with agoda customer care

This is a nice hotel. It has good facilities and also it provides wifi internet connection access to its guest at the hotel who have booked room. Rooms can be booked in advance and also it is very near to the metro station which helps in getting transportation access to other places at cheaper costs. It si really a good option to travel around in metro due to its economical ticket rates. This hotel is located near to the metro station and is within walkable distance.

The pathetic I have ever seen on OYO group. The AC's are not working. They have asked to choose rooms where I have seen 4 rooms which were in pathetic condition. There are cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was stinking. OYO, I had a good thought and had been regular in OYO hotels. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Sorry
