So greedy staff... In this hotel everyone trying to make his own money from guest who's going to stay at this property...trust me guys this hotel staff thinking make you so irritate. & In the room You will get to see many insects & cockroach...And yes, every time you have to pay the money for the food to the waiter in the room all the time because these people bring food from outside. They serve you the food in disposable plates & bowl even tea because the hotel Raj have no kitchen. & Yeah you can't check-in early even in 20 minutes before. I would just suggest you guys do not go there, do not book this property via online platform because the hotel staff has no manners how-to talk with guest. Yeah but location is good but I will you give the ratings to HOTEL RAJ 0 even in minus because justfor location no go there

1. Rude receptionist, not welcomed at our visit. 2. Manager was not able to manage and provide us with our demands. 3. Room size was way too smaller than what we expected from the pictures uploaded on the application. 4. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. 5. The room we booked was not given to us at arrival, the room allocation was done 5 hours late. 6. The Manager was adamant on asking us to stay in some other room, which was not booked. 7. Even on regular pleading to provide us the room to stay, our requests were kept on hold. 8. Rooms smelled bad, the condition of the bedding and furniture was below average. 9. The refrigerator/television was not working. 10. Nothing matched from the description of the hotel mentioned on Booking.com

We booked via booking.com The room was cheap, and the room was according to it. Cleanliness was not good. We're able to spot 2-3 cockroaches. The bed sheet was with spots over them. The bathroom condition was cheap. Wardrobe & table were full of dust. The neighborhood is pahalgunj, which is hub for hotels. But would not prefer family stay. Bachelors & office employees can book it. Nearest metro station is RK ASHRAM CHOWK

Yesterday we have booked two rooms from Goibibo at 2 pm, we reached there at 11:30 pm with family (with three children), when we asked for check in, they denied and said that we have not received your booking from Goibibo, when we saw our booking number and voucher, they gave us two rooms after half an hour saying that we are upgrading your rooms because your booked rooms are not available but actually it was not the case, rooms are not upgraded. In the morning, hot water was not coming, it was started after 15 minutes of informing. They gave us one towel against three people, when we asked for towels, they denied saying that it will be available after 10 am (check out time is 11:00 am). They charged Rs 30 per water bottle + GST Rs. 3 and provide kaccha bill only, we paid Rs 70 against bill but they didn't return change saying that they don't have change.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Every thing is broken. The staff understand english when it is about money, but pretend to not understand when you want something as simple as tissue! Poor hygiene, bad smell in the rooms,...

Receptionist was rude person took GST still not providing any bill Extra charges for A.C which did not turn on, No remote for tv No landline phone working If you need anything need to walkdown & room was ok not happy with anything worst experience

most horrible. not suitable for family. booked family rooms but finally they provided small double room. toilets are too small and dirty. Overall hotel is cheap and low graded. staff behaviour was good.

Poor management, no food was available nor was water. They even shouted while we were checking out. I suggest you to not book this property even in 400 rupees . Go for other better options .

Absolutely horrendous service. Rooms have water leakage, my ac stopped working after couple of hours checking in, even after repeated complaints, they didn't send someone to resolve the issue. And for the worst, the whole lobby area, the elevator smells like cigarettes being smoked. I don't know why&how.

It was a very bad experience. The rooms and bathrooms were locked 3 to 4 times because of bad lock. No proper arrangement of doormats and water was not arranged in the rooms.

Nope and nope, only good thing about this hotel are some of the staffers, but with wet walls, falling faucets, non-functioning ACs and painting all over while running the hotel the hotel can never function properly. Hope that owner can push the hotel towards some betterment...

This hotel is not as good as it looks on the internet. The rooms are of a mini size. Go for it if you want to plan your trip within budget.
