    The hotel is in very poor condition. Bedsheets were not even washed and toilets were in terrible condition. I see cockroaches out in it. They provide AC rooms but do not provide remotes as they control it and also they turn it off whenever they want. You have to ask at least 5 times to power on your ac. I'm disappointed with the services. Genuinely I suggest everyone does not book it online unless you saw it.

    1. Lots of Bedbug 2. Pillows are not good 3. Cockroach moving 4. Earthworm Moving 5. Very bad smell came from rooms 6. Toilets Condition is very poor. Worst Hotel. Very Bad Place, I recommed not even think to book this hotel.. Some Point are Mention Above is True. I gave 5star rating because you read this one and take decision wisely.

    I have booked hotel just for 2,3 hours through oyo app. OYO App navigated me wrong direction and I’ve tried calling hotel multiple times and they’re arrogant and disrespectful. Room condition was so worst, bugs, insects, lizards are present. **Property manager asked my mobile and said me that he will take screenshot of booking Id but he opened my OYO app and gave fake ratings. Manager is asking for extra money even though i completed my payment on app. I would like to suggest everyone not to choose such hotels who don’t treat guests properly, We are not staying there for free we pay and still get such service this is worst.

    Would've given lesser stars. Poor hygiene. Fake photos used to lure unsuspecting customers. Very bad situation of bathroom. Dust over all furniture. Broken door knobs. And electricity goes out a few times a day. On top of that the manager turns off your AC at his own discretion. Only good thing is the wifi is working.

    Worst hotel in Paharganj. A free advice to everyone - don't choose this hotel. They are looteras. If you book by online booking, they will charge you extra in the name of GST and others. Frontdesk managers and works are non-ethical and don't even know how to talk with guests. Bedsheets are not changed, toilets are not cleaned. They will charge you at check in and on checkout , they will charge service charge. Don't choose this hotel if you are visiting Delhi or paharganj. And above all - toilet flush was not working. Worst at all.

    1. Fraud 2. The man who is sitting in front desk is very rude and abused me. Even he said that that he don't care even if I approach to police 3. Supply wine in every room which is unethical 4. They will charge you 12.5 percentage on booking amount as GST and 10 percent again at checkout in the name of service tax 5. Worst hotel in paharganj

    AC, TV, Call bell and door bell was not functional. Cleaning of room and Bathroom was very poor, bucket and mugga given in bathroom was very dirty. Services was also very poor, specially timing to providing tea, meals etc was very delayed up to 1 hours. Behavior of room attendent was so rude

    Had a very bad experience. Got into the hotel and saw a customer shouting at the staff because the bathrooms had no door and he had waited for two hours. We waited for an hour and was then informed that there is no room even though we had made a booking on Oyo. Terrible place and extremely unprofessional staff at the reception.

    The worse experience i have ever faced. i had booked through oyo from 2th june to 4th june and prepaid for it. But at the time of check in the hotel manager denied with rude behaviour and told me we will not provide you the room at this price which you have booked online through Oyo. I had also tried to connect with oyo customer support team but unfortunately the oyo has no customer support at present. at the end the hotel manager forcibly cancel my booking from my phone..all this scenario might have recorded their cctv.

    My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I can confidently say that it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The bed sheets and pillow covers were filthy, clearly not changed from the previous guest. To add to the misery, the washroom was in terrible shape - the tap and toilet flush were both non-functional. The wardrobe in the room was completely broken. To top it off, there was no room service provided by the hotel. I strongly advise against staying here.

    Very bad experience. Dirty bed, unhealthy restroom, fake photos used to attract customers. The worst part was during checkout, the frontdesk guy asked my mobile to see the booking and then without my knowledge tried to rate 5 stars himself. Extremely bad staff and management. DO NOT BOOK at this place. They will steal your money, time and everything

    I booked this hotel through @OYO and it is complete opposite from the pictures which is in OYO app. It was very bad experience.. And whenever I go out for some reason, hotel reception man keep asking for check out.. Not sure what was hurry when I booked it for complete 12 PM -11 AM. Room was very untidy and unhygienic pillow cover was clean bed, linen was not clean.. And bathroom condition was more than worst. More like public toilet but I can say public toilet will be more clean than this hotel.. πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜– If anyone visiting with family, please don't go there it's not the correct place .

    First of all our wallet got stolen by room service boy, then after threatening manager for filing police complaint he gave wallet back to us. Worst unhygienic rooms, very bad staff, definitely not good for family stays as hotel rooms are used for wrong purposes. We checked out within one hour to another hotel in Paharganj because of family.

    The room and bathroom were very unhygienic and there was no lock, the tap didn’t have water, no geyser. The room smelled and bed was unclean including the bedsheet and mattress. No WiFi service.

    This hotel was horribly damaged, rooms were not clean, AC conditioning was damaged cupboards were broken, it was like I paid to stay on footpath that has 4 walls and and a roof with lost garbage disposal around you. This place didn’t even deserve 1 star. It would give it negative 5.

    This was the worst experience of my life, I literally hate Oyo. My booking was changed from one hotel to another and without my consent, the booked a room near to my work place 4 days in advance, the day of my checkin my booking was changed, this was hilarious. Just because of their bogus service I had to book another hotel room.

    Full of Cockroaches, bedbugs and bad odor rooms. Hotel staffs(1 or 2) for service were really good, there a receptionist who will ask you your phone (either on check-in or check out) to show your OYO booking, and he will hide it and he gives review of their own hotel in OYO app, I was lucky enough to see that i snatched my phone from him when I felt a little suspicious. And there is another person in reception, he scolds you if you have paid your money in advance to OYO. and they scold OYO company by saying that its betraying them. But when the last checkout day comes he will be so polite so that you will not give bad review. And they provide worst rooms if you go through OYO and if you go directly they will ask extra money and if you reach before time they will ask some extra money so that you can stay before Check in time. I don't know what policy OYO has made but they any how take some money as GST. Be alert on these things everytime when you are entering these kind of Hotel. OYO should have an invigilation everytime to know how these Hotels are going. and NO TV NO GEISURE are available. As there is no option for giving rating below ZER0, i am bound to give 1*.

    Worst experience ever. It's a shady dingy place with all kinds of ugly practices being followed. Was randomly asked by the hotel staff if I needed beer!? The whole place stinks like a 3rd class bar. Door handle was just broken enough to give a peak of whoever's inside.. meaning no privacy. Around midnight there was yelling and fighting on one of the hotel floors which lasted from 12:30 to 3 o'clock. Hotel reception was equally useless with providing a solution to it and seemed like some shady activities were being carried out. 5 o'clock the AC randomly switched off and despite multiple complaints they just said it's not working(which was an excuse as they had probably switched it off from the reception itself). All in all.. I could hardly sleep for 2 hours in this pathetic place. It's a total waste of money, time and energy. Request OYO to audit this facility immediately and with utmost urgency. Please just avoid this pathetic place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...∞

    Booked room in advanced through OYO but denied check in , receptionist asking for more money than Oyo booking and also said that have to wait 2 hrs to get room as no room is empty. Never visit this hotel there are hotels all over the area in Paharganj try booking on the spot after checking the rooms before paying otherwise would regret.

    I checked-in here as it was near to New Delhi Railway Station and I needed to attend an interview on my Laptop. The rooms were in a pitiable condition. While checking out, the guy at the Reception took my Mobile in disguise of checking the Order ID and quickly marked feedback himself as 'Excellent'. I caught him red handed. I'm pretty sure he must be doing this with many other Customers as well. The Hotel is in a horrible condition but ppl are visiting because of the fake ratings. Please look into it.

    In simple words, third class hotel. Rooms are very unhygienic. Most of the amenities promised are missing. Booked the room in OYO, which charged me around β‚Ή600 for one night. But I was forced to cancel the booking done from OYO because it was the owner's say that they cannot provide any room under β‚Ή1000. As it was urgent so I needed to cancel the booking from OYO and book it directly from the hotel.

    The management was very rude and said they only accept offline bookings and payments. If any booking/payment made online they asked to contact OYO only where I have standing and requested for >1hour. As I was booked online they gave me a room without any clean/Sanitised. I have visited there with my family and I have found the management is offering Alcohol and cigarettes into the room. No AC, No TV, No proper functioning of Fan, Alcohol glass, cigarette cup, Dirty bathroom. I seriously requesting everyone don't visit these kind of WORST hotels. And dont get Trap with the ratings. Because at the end of checkout they will ask for ur booking ID and takes ur phone and gives the rating and comments as Good by themselves without ur Notice... U can also verify the all the customer comments as Ok, Good, Verify Good, repeatedly. If Im wrong any of the OYO officials can visit the hotel as guest by making online payment and see how they will treat you. So Please please Guys this is such a Ridiculous experience I ever had and I don't want anyone to book this hotel. Thank you!!

    Worst of worst service..it's my first time, I booked hotel through oyo app and I paid through online which is showing in oyo app but at the hotel, the receptionist ask for payment before checkin and I have paid Rs 330 extra at the time of checkin.. In simple words, the hotel is third class

    Pathetic experience ever with OYO. I booked this hotel at discounted price and when I went to hotel for check in they said the booking price is too low and I need to pay more to stay. What the hell is that? I did not stay in that hotel and never got refund of that booking. I had to stay in other hotel so it costed me more than double and time as well even in that hot Delhi. I will never use OYO in Delhi. Goibibo is best.
