Stayed at this hotel on 22nd April 2022 and experience was horrible. I had never seen such dirty washrooms where everything was rusted and even the door latch was not working. To fix the door latch they took 45 minutes, so I had not complaint for the remaining 10 issues. The switch to turn off the light was broken, so I had to remove the bulb to turn it off. They are charging huge amount but using none for the maintenance. Since the property is too old, it should be maintained properly. The bed size they are providing is queen size, so if you have a kid along with you be ready to pay extra Rs 1000 as they won't give you an extra bed for free. I would suggest you to not even think of booking this hotel until the management seriously think and renovate the hotel.

The hotel is located at just 250 mtrs near Noida Sector 15 metro station. The rooms are small and cramped and so are the corridors. The bathroom is also not very good. Overall it is good for overnight stays for single person.

Old world hotel with very basic things covered but location is the main advantage . Friendly service

Well the rooms are decent then most of the hotels in area and the Breakfast buffet is above average. But always book through MMT or other Booking sites . Never pay them on hotel. They will charge you twice the money.

Had an amazing stay here at the hotel. Pros The staff here is just amazing, alaways ready to help, unlike expected. Vipin, Dananjay, Surjit, Deepak, Vijay, Naresh, Umed and lead by Suman. The team is doing a good job. Keep up the good work guys. The BF is amazing better than what i have had in five star hotels at times. Decent choices, wide spread of cut fruits and jucies. Kudos to the menu planning for BF. Improvement areas Food quality is not consistent, the chefs has to look into this. The salt in the dishes is way to higher side specially Coconut Chutney. HK cleaning can definitely be improved. And to the owners- please retain this team. Room needs some refurbishment. All in all its an amazing hotel in that catagory, good food and amazing staff. And the most importantly they are in a receptive mode of feedbacks. Seeing you guys soooooon.

Dirty rooms, no hot water supply, frequent power cuts, unprofessional staff, smelly food. Govt. Hospital bathrooms are much better than hotel bathrooms. Overly priced hotel. Lifts are always not working. And so on. They are giving very bad conditioned room to guest who booked rooms online- this has been confirmed from their hotel staff that guest who book hotel room online they give bad condition room to them.

Hotel dining area is very good, Room are very clean and in good condition, Hotel is very close to metro station (Noida sector 15). In the same building KFC🍔🍗 and other food options are avelable.

Room was okay .. service was absolutely pathetic.. food was on okay.. the lift was not working .. a slight drizzle in Noida and there is a power cut for days..staff needs to be trained on how to service and speak to customers.. they lack the most basic foundation of CS

The hotel is no longer Nirulas. It's possibly got the third owner now. It's a decent hotel and the folks are trying to keep it up and running, however despite the great location the hotel needs a huge revamp. Ask them directly they will quote a price of 3K++ and if you search online or book at the last moment i.e. around 8 PM you might get a better price, possibly as low as 1800 bucks!!!!

Good rooms and good staff, but the old age policy of denying room to unmarried couples and no female visitors is what gives this hotel a 1 star, they have this policy whereas it is written nowhere in their policies...so avoid if u fall in any of the category..

Overall Good place to stay food taste is Good either breakfast or lunch and Dinner but quite price high as compared to facilities..but good for one day stay in noida

Best place to stay near sector 15 Noida. Good service and rooms were neat and clean. Nothing much nearby but it is closer to metro. Food was average and services were good as we wanted to add extra bed for our room.

Best view I got from 4th floor rooms. Direct Metro view. Also the location has many eateries.

The breakfast was great, as was the service. The only thing I am unhappy about it that the rooms aren not par with their pricing, especially if more than 2 people are staying.

Overall the stay was pleasant. It's located on the main road. The room was good. The only shortfall was that Bathroom fittings, like Shower and door lock were "loose".

One of the good hotel I could find nearby this area with reasonable price.. I think most this one of the old hotel well maintained .. but needs renovation.. Breakfast was included in our package.. It is delicious.. buffet.. But dining is bit costlier..

very very bad experience they did not even served water themselves we have ordered lachha paratha which was raw i was feeling as if i m eating flour...then masala dosa worst till now ...street vendors are better ...dosa is suopposed to be thin as paper it was so thick....paneer was ok....dal makhni was average...n we have ordered jeera rice also n they never served it....staff was very disfunctional...

Nice hotel, the staff was polite and services were excellent.

At Noida Sector 2, centrally located easily accessible location.. Rooms are alright, not very well designed or properly ventilated but clean.. striking aspect all over is walls decorated with nice paintings.. Restaurant is good even with limited menu, breakfast is stupendous.. good place for business traveller with limited budget..

So far the experience since last two days have been good. The overall ambience of the place is cosy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All rooms are nonsmoking. The toilets are clean too. Though the shower area could have been a little bigger in size. Food tastes fresh and pr prepared well. I enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning with a lot of varieties.

Ambiance is good. Suitable for small meetings or hangouts.food was also 👍. This place is less crowded makes this place suitable for hangout or meetings.

Property is very old and it's not maintained well. Shower outlet just came down, room is not giving fresh smell. Overall bad experience.. I booked through Agoda and paid for my stay in agoda. The hotel accepted the booking through Agoda but said the payment didn't come through. So they charged me again. So they made me pay double for the same. I am very disappointed that they are not helping the customer

We did not feel like we were staying in a hotel but rather like living in our own home. The staff is so friendly and the service is also good. The complimentary breakfast service is one of the best, we went there during the navratra and were so impressed by the dishes. Really looking forward to our next time here 😊❤️

Do not even have it as an option. Price facilities can take aback seat but security cannot. It's very unsafe. I got locked outside my room for an hour as their card was dysfunctional. The staff could not open the room for one houre and I missed my important appointment. Overall lost 25000rs.what resolution did they come up irked me further. For all this inconvenience and financial loss they asked me to have complementary dinner. Very rude and untrained staff and management. Just think of a situation if door closes and elderlies or kids are locked inside. Just a humble request shut this hotel for good of all before something very unfortunate happens.

Decent hotel in the main area in noida and had dinner over there is was really good.. Not sure abt other foods... Have to check once again.. Hotel rooms are neat and clean.

The location of this hotel is very nice and the facilities offered by them is great. The location is easily accessible through nearby Metro Stations of Noida Sector-15 & 16. Food offered is also great especially the Breakfast. They serve variety of dishes in the breakfast, which makes your day good and the taste of dishes is also very tasty. Rooms are neatly cleaned and employees are also very active to serve the customers. One who like to have some Burgers or another Fast food is available in the same premises. Place is recommendable to stay.

It couldn't have been worse ! Living here was traumatizing. I checked into my room , and just within a few hours the house keeping guy walked right into the room. He opened my room since he wasn't informed that the room was occupied! The hotel staff did apologise but didn't give me my refund. There was already a fraud that had happened on the hotel's name . We had paid to the hotel for 10 days and upon reaching the hotel , they said they had received no money. I believe we had been conned but then I again booked the same hotel for a span of 10 days. All of this put on email , was cried over ....but no refund was provided. I had paid twice for a span of 10 days and I couldn't spend money again to book a new hotel all over again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Nerulas Hotel. The staff of the Hotel was very good and cooperative. Hi All, I stayed here for 2 days in June’22 and during the stay the power went half the time. While typing this review at 5 am again there is no power for the last one hour and no one in hotel is able to sleep.With Temperature at 40degrees it’s crazy and suffocating inside. This hotel is an absolute nightmare and would recommend never to stay here.

Good place to stay at City centre. Metro station is just 2 minutes walk. Food quality is also great.
