Pathetic service. Rooms were very unhygienic and dirty. Betel spitt on walls. Cancelled my booking after seeing the filthy condition of thee room and area. Do not book seeing 4.7 rating on OYO. Otherwise you will have to break your head to get your money refunded.

They also provide girls, initially they will offer prices and will try to convince you but when they will get a girl for you in your room, they will start blackmailing you l, they ask for extra money. Whatever girl had, they charged me for that.

Never recommend to anyone...first thing they give me room at4pm after waiting for more than an hour..rooms are very dirty and bathroom also...bedsheet not changed...refused to give tv on the room where as in Oyo app there was tv in amenities..when I try to contact with customer care for shifting my hotel he said me that he is transferring my call to his senior agents but he did not do this and cutted the phone....after check out receptionist ask me show the booking I'd once more..when I gave him mobile to show he posted review and rating on Oyo by himself...i think this very disrespectful towards guest..behaviour was very rude..paise barbad...

Fake price alert!!!!dont go there by seeing there low price in oyo.the never accept the price offer by oyo.they charge you more from the price is showing.never never go there.very far from main road & at last no service after paying their wished price.

It was in scary area where I have seen three persons out side from my cab.they were showing me knife that's why I hadn't leave my cab and search another room.Since I have cancelled the booking and I wasn't refunded also.

One of the worst rooms you can find on oyo and hotel staff was very very impolite ans rude also even after making the payment they will say payment was not yet received and try to loot money from Coustmer and trouble them like hell and harass very badly so try to avoid this hotel

Worst hotel experience 1st time,Very poor, third class, No AC, No geaser,Dirty water, dirty spitted walls, Evan can't take bath such dirty place. BAd staff behaviour no lift, very very poor. Pls do not go here or else you will be in problem.

There is no shower in washroom. And wifi is too slow. No tv and nothing extra than just room only.

I have the worst hotel experience at this hotel. They were asking for the extra money in the name of taxes which was already included at the time of booking. They have the worst staff with them when I asked helper to pick up my bag he said Mai nhi uthunga khud utha ke lejao I was having no option as already the payment was completed. There washroom as well as the room both condition were too worst even the bedsheets were too dirty and was smelling alot. Washroom was too dirty and the toilet sheet was too worst flash was not working. Overall sleep in the railway station but don't book this hotel room.

Avoid this hotel. Stayed for a night in this hotel. Room was big and the pros ends here . Bed was hard. Toilet door did not close properly. Hot water was not available for bath. Families should never even think of staying in this hotel. Don't fall for less room rates to book this hotel. This is one of worst hotel i have stayed till now . Worst experience with hotel Moon palace delux, I booked this hotel by using OYO apk, my Booking was prepaid and when I reached at hotel, Hotel manager said there is room available at price of ₹1200 after few minutes one another person came and booked a room in same hotel with cash payment. I had to feel so emerass after paying in advance and not getting the room at all. Hotel staff is also rude when I asked him for help he said "you haven't paid to us you have paid to Oyo contact them", Now here the question is if I booked hotel from Oyo and owner is not responsible" , now the question is if hotel is not responsible so why they are on OYO?? They have to layoff from Oyo ap.

This is the most worst hotel in near new delhi paharjung do not recommend anyone.i stayed couple off hour after that they say you have to move next hotel otherwise, room is full, I was paying full payment they want half payment to return, I forced pay my money they pay back...after I find new hotel....room is not clean...bathroom was smiling......

Basically they are goons. They will say yes to any price and upon checkout they ask for any price they want saying tax hai. They bluntly lie about AC. Trust me, it's just an old window AC with no Gas to cool, which they will put off after 30 mins saying ek phase ka light gaya.. Truth is they have a different connection of that just to fool. Upon any argument, 4 people with gather to pounce on you.. Basics like towel, soap, warm water is even missing. Just don't go there.

Had to give 1 as there is no choice for negetive rating. They are registered in OYO but denied to provide rooms pre booked on oyo. No house cleaning.No intercom.Staffs are unprofessional.Even to get a bottle of water u will have to go & ask 3-4 times.

Hotel is cheap but that's such a bad experience for me. Money wasted.. There are alot of good hotel in Paharganj in cheapest prize. I recommend not to book this hotel. Pictures and reality is two different thing. I was litrelly crying on my situation. Dirty bed. Dirtiest toilet. Bdsheet, towel, pillow cover in bad condition, wall is full with pan splits.
