decided
to
cancel
the
booking
done
through
a
Netherlands-based
portal.
I
have
used
this
portal
to
book
properties
in
at
least
20
countries
and
have
always
received
great
support
and
politeness
from
owners
and
managers.
The
manager
here
is
clearly
money-minded,
rude
and
has
no
respect
for
customers.
He
was
charging
me
a
premium
for
a
few
extra-hours
stay
and
I
was
ready
to
give
that,
but
his
behaviour
was
rude
and
it
was
as
if
I
am
going
to
trick
him,
and
not
the
other
way
round.
This
property
should
be
avoided,
given
the
fact
that
their
main
aim
is
to
extract
more
money,
than
balance
between
profit,
public
service
and
goodwill.
(this
is
edited
after
a
completely
dishonest
response
from
the
owner).
I
accepted
his
extra-charge,
and
it
is
on
record.
I
had
not
asked
for
free
stay
at
all,
and
it
is
there
as
proof.
In
fact,
he
kept
on
repeating
the
check-out
time
as
if
I
am
going
to
stay
back
in
his
hotel
missing
my
important
flight.

innate
rudeness,
unheard
in
a
'hospitality
industry
person"
On
further
checking
reviews
of
his
hotel
-
I
saw
people
put
horrific
pictures
of
filth
and
even
drunkenness
that
goes
on
there.
I
am
happy
I
cancelled
my
stay
there.
