A tuk tuk driver took us here insisting we should learn about the flexible rail passes. The agent used a number of deceptive practices, said electronic payment was impossible, and that we needed a cash deposit of $200 USD immediately to secure any chance of booking limited tickets. To us this seemed completely illegitimate and likely like a scam. We got out of there as fast as possible.

As a tourist we got approached by someone acting like he's working from an official government agency for tourism. We didn't want to go but he insisted we go there and get some FREE bustimes tables and maps. When my husband walked with him, i was approached by another man who said that the first guy was to be trusted. Offcourse we didn't get into the office and turned right away when we arrived. We got into a small chai store en read the reviews about that place. Be warned and don't trust strangers that take here!!

You will be led to this office by random people on the street, and they tell you they work for the governent and don't want any money! Don't go inside, buy your train trickets at the station or at the official IRCA building! SCAM!

Plan the trip on your own. Weยดre so happy, we just bought a small package of this company (which was already too big) They will tell you that you can contact them any time but you often don't get a response for days or you get an response but not to your specific request. We booked a driver for 4 days and 3 nights. When he should pick us up, we got informed, that the driver broke his car the morning when he should pick us up. Instead of sending a new driver we got a train ticket in a bad class and bus ticket. We were told the bus would leave at 3, when we finally got the confirmation we noted on the ticket the bus will leave at 5. Also for the following days, we didn't get a driver or a refund. Not even an offer for a refund. PLEASE, don't book anything with them. Afterwards we noted that the prices for the train tickets we paid them were more than 3 times more expensive than we paid at the ticket counter directly (yes you can also book on the same day or the day before) and still 2 times more expensive than the tickets from 12go.asia. They will tell you, that the tickets won't work sometimes, but that's not true. We had no problems at all and even got the same document of confirmation (official railway document) that we got from the travel agency. The agency will try to contact you from the outside already (before you booked anything). Some random guy will talk to you on the street and talk you into it for "free information" and an "official government office". Don't believe it. They were nice in the beginning but that changed when we didn't want to book the full package they offered us, which was freakin expensive. Stupid enough that we still booked something from them in the end. But that's why I share this story. Wherever you go in India, you can easily plan everything on your own and wherever you are (except Delhi maybe) everyone is so happy to help you with whatever you need. One guy even came with us to the train station and booked a ticket for us. It's so easy to organize everything on your own in India. If you're still searching for help, I wouldn't go here as they just seem to be nice, but they really are not in the end.

The best thing I can say about this place is that itโ€™s not a complete scam - as in, they will probably provide most of the service you pay for, if in their own way. The service is very very pricey by local standards but if it would save you a daily shoving match at the station or hours on the laptop trying to book your own tickets it might be worth it. They started off well, booking most of our travel in one go, but some of the trains were for the wrong dates, not the ones we agreed. Towards the end of the trip they stopped booking our travel altogether and we had to make multiple phone calls to get transport organised that we had requested four days prior. Most of the time when I called them they hung up on me. They did at least finally make some transportation arrangements for us but honestly it would have been less stressful and probably a third of the price to book all this ourselves in the end. When they failed after repeat attempts to book the overnight train we requested, I made multiple phone calls and after being hung up on and passed around a few times and told it was too late to book the train someone eventually organised us a bus instead. The bus service was appalling (they stopped for a toilet break and after Iโ€™d waited for everyone else the bus literally left without me). When I confronted Incredible India about their failure to provide the service we paid for I got the following response: โ€œYou have had wonderful holiday. Pls be nice. That is all.โ€ In India I would say do it the hard way and organise it all yourself, or do it the easy way and organise it all at at home before you go.

Complete scam. Stay away. As soon as I arrived at my hotel, the 'friendly' owner offered to supply a driver free of charge to drive me to the railway office to book my train travel. We went to a 'government railway ticketing building' which happened to be clearly closed with a chain locked around its closed gates. Conveniently the driver knew of this scam/travel agency which could assist, at 'no expense to myself as train ticket prices are regulated by the government'. Shortly after arriving they tried to force me into a travel itinerary spanning the duration of my entire stay in India!! They demand immediate full payment to lock in the 'great deal' because 'it will sell out asap and cost you more if you don't'. They show google images images (literally on their computer) of the region they're trying to sell you. This can no way relate to reality. How about show me pics of your accommodation or from the safari you're trying to peddle instead. They were showing me spring pictures from google images - umm hello its a totally different season right now, so manipulative and sneaky. The 'itinerary' is no more than their scrawl on a piece of paper, with rough dates for each region. No mention of accommodation or arrival/departure times. They then at the end they try to add insurance for the drivers and multiple taxes after a price has been 'agreed upon'. They would not think twice about robbing some poor hard working, law abiding, tax paying individual blind. Stay strong, say no thank you, maybe copy their itinerary as a guide and RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Shoot on sight.

Disgraceful! Found by a lovely supportive male, on our first day. Who supported to get to the correct government tourist info. To be told by a gov official. There are no trains, and tried to sell a car trip. We managed to out, went to a restaurant next door desprakasha who were feeding the scammers of what we were doing. They were outside when we left. Then followed. Ultimately we were fine but lost a whole day of our time. I am a well travelled and read all about the scammers and still fell for it until it was too late. They are very good at what they do.

Airport taxi in on the scam dropping you off here after long flight with some rubbish story. Once in here trying it sell you things pretending to be a government official, showing โ€œofficialโ€ documentations and badges. Absolute horrible first experience arriving in India and to the people working there and doing this, you are disgusting and a disgrace

Don't be impressed by good English skills and fast talking, and don't believe any of the 'rave reviews' written all over the walls. We booked a tour through Shafi, and from the first words it was a ton of pressure to buy what he was selling. And he was doing a convincing job. Many things on the tour did go fine, but from the get go he wouldn't answer any of my messages, he would only call the driver directly. Which gave the driver the impression he was in trouble and left us in the dark. Then our tiger tour in Ranthambore wasn't actually booked, and when I called Shafi to get things figured out he shouted at me. He refused to let me get a word in, told me the tour mess up was all my fault - because I did what the driver said to do - and protested that he couldn't do anything about any of it. I had to go myself to contact the tiger tour company directly and fight to get some sort of tour which I'd already paid for. Then, as the icing on the cake, we had booked a train from Delhi south to Kerala for the two of us. It's a 50+ hour train ride. He had almost two weeks notice, and only managed to get us one seat. Absolutely a scam, don't trust the official looking shop front.

Well, approximately three years ago I was at some point misled into thinking that it was the office of the Ministry of Tourism of India. When my family and I went to the Connaught Place, we were immediately asked if we were looking for the office of the above-mentioned organization. Then the guy politely called a cab for us and led us to this office. As soon as I arrived, I realized this is probably not the office of the MoT and I am curious to know what they are going to offer. They try to sell us tourist packages but I am not interested, since I have plans of my own. Here you can exchange money at a rate which isn't bad and definitely much much better than the one you would get at the airport. We have arranged a taxi that takes us to Agra and back for something like 100USD, if I am not mistaken. The charge is OK as we are traveling as a family of four. Still, I am not happy with the way Indians deal with unsuspecting foreign tourists. There are simply too many scams. For those coming from Europe and not doing research before visiting India, they would be ripped off like a pig in India. Don't even trust anybody in Connaught Place. Most probably they are touts hired by the fake MoT located there. India would have been much more incredible without those scams. Well, if you are looking for some sorts of "adventures", India is indeed the place for you. There are too many scams, ranging from "your hotel has been burned down/your hotel has changed its address recently", and its variety simply amazes you. Comedies like this is happening on a daily basic here....

Complete fraud. The agency charged me for several travel legs, gave me one on the spot (after I demanded it) and promised to send me the rest of my bookings later. They did provide one, in a lower train class than was agreed, and ghosted me on the rest. Fortunately my CC issuer refunded me but this place is a classic tourist scam. The owner, Riyaz Boktoo, has an arrest record for it.

A taxi driver took me here where they tried to shovel a tour package down my throat. I was already taken to this 'official' office is a different part of new Delhi where they said the train ticket & hotel weren't available. They fed me the same story. Its a lie!!!!! Do everything yourself online or else they will try to trick you!!!! Anywhere you want to go is do-able, and no hotel or guesthouse is EVER full booked. Escape from here as fast as you can!!!

This agency is a complete scam, especially for foreigners. They have designed their name and have printed their board in such a manner that it looks like a government agency. It is very hard to differentiate it from the original India tourism Board (a govt agency). Complete scam.

Terrible. Such a scam, scammed into going there as we were told it was the government agency. Then the agent (Shafi) told us that we had to book immediately as things were closed for Diwali (it was Diwali but the office was still open in the coming days) We should have been more careful and checked reviews. Do your due diligence and check pricing with multiple companies before booking, no matter the pressure to 'book now'. The tour was basic and not as described by Shafi. Our driver did not speak enough English for us to ask questions or communicate effectively. They scammed us on the tour in Ranthambore park, taking the money but not providing us the tour. When we complained to Shafi he yelled at us and did nothing to make it better. We booked a train through the company and a week later when we went to board the train Shafi told us he could only get one ticket! Despite us asking multiple times for seat numbers and confirmation. Save yourself the money and pain and book somewhere else.

AVOID THIS PLACE. SCAM!!!!! If i can give this place 0 stars i would. They are scam artists posing as an official foreign tourist bureau for the indian railway IRCTC. They charged me way too much, double the price for train tickets. They lied and said they are the official foreign tourist department for the IRCTC which is a blatant lie. Dont believe the logos and stickers on their door. These sick people abuse and take advantage of foreign tourist. After i found out how much of a rip off i got, i went back and got a full refund. Call the police and call your embassy/tourist department if you have to. When i confronted the guy, he had the nerve to say โ€œyou make enoughโ€ as if my money grows on trees. Please avoid at all costs.

I went to Agra fort, taj mahal, Mathura and Vrindavan trip. 1. They concentrated only on Agra fort and taj mahal. 2. We started from greater noida at 8:30am morning and spent upto evening 5:30pm on Agra only, which Is a big drawback. 3. Coming to Mathura and Vrindavan, they only covered one important place that is lord Krishna janmabhoomi. (I.e., jail ) that too it was about to close the temple. Just we went 2 mins faster. If we would have gone 2 mins late we couldn't able to have the darshan of lord Krishna (i.e., half of the fellow tourist couldn't had darshan because they don't had idea about the timings and they got busy in photography.) 4. Lastly we went to Vrindavan it's a waste of time. It's not temple at all. They told us lie about it and made us sit on the temple and started phychological speech by changing people's mind to give money to the temple. The worst part is not only tour guide but also pandit is giving speech and asking openly to the tourist to give money in the name of lord Krishna. They first started asking money of Rs.6000 to donate to the temple and your name will be written on the temple board, then decreased amount of Rs.5000, then decreased to rs.500 you will get prasad, tulsi mala and ashirvad of lord Krishna ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚( I literally started laughing there)... One uncle from our tourist bus given rs.500 then, the pandit decreased the range to rs.100 to rs.500/- atlast two members given money.. It is so disgusting to be the part of that open money laundering using lord Krishna name calling himself as pandit and keeping a normal gulli temple as tourist spot to rob money from the tourist.. so disgusting. Overall, keeping experience of the vrindavan temple aside. Most important thing to see is the Mathura lord Krishna janmsthal by luck we seen it.. If these tour people would start trip more early in the morning we would I spent more temple in Mathura temple.

Thank you for help with planning a trip. To be honest I felt a bit lost in Delhi. On next day we planned to go to Agra by train but we had really bad class in it. Thanks to they offer which was fine with a price after some negotiation we had quite nice trip in Agra and Jaipur. Our driver was really nice and I'm really grateful that he took care of us. Minus 1 star for booked hotel. (Really disappointed and for organized guides.) Both in Agra and Jaipur was almost running. It was hard to enjoy the place where we have been. I think that Taj Mahal we finished in less than one hour, where we will not have a chance to be there once again. But our driver was perfect. Always on time. Really calm, nice and we felt really safe with him.

Never go there, if I could give a 0 I would! They bring all tourists there especially when you are in the tuc tuc (I was one of them!) and tell you that there are no trains and try to sell you everything. Only go to the real train station which is called New Delhi Railway Station and go upstairs to the tourist department. It is easy and they have a real area where you can buy the train tickets you need and at the normal price. This place on the other hand is an absolute joke - scammers! When my wife discovered that they were scamming us they were very abusive towards her...this is NOT ok!
