Bharat Electronics Limited was founded in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India in 1954.[4] Starting with the manufacture of a few communication equipment in 1956, BEL started producing receiving valves in 1961, germanium semiconductors in 1962 and radio transmitters for AIR in 1964. In 1966, BEL set up a radar manufacturing facility for the army and in-house R&D. In 1967, BEL began manufacturing transmitting tubes, silicon devices and integrated circuits. The PCB manufacturing facility was established in 1968. In 1970, BEL started making black & white TV picture tubes, X-ray tubes and microwave tubes. In 1971, BEL set up facilities for the manufacture of integrated circuits and hybrid micro circuits. 1972, BEL established manufacturing facilities for TV transmitters for Doordarshan. In 1973, BEL began manufacturing frigate radars for the navy.

BEL is a very big and famous organisation under Govt of India. It provides various facilities to its interns and also the work culture is very nice here and also the staff is really cooperative. Mobile phones are not allowed for interns in the premises. All the staff are really helpful and are really knowledgeable here.

It's a defence PSU, entry in this organisation is quite a task. There is a good canteen and juice center inside its campus which is fairly good. Gardening here is awesome. Well maintained.

It has 2 gates , one is opposite to vaishali metro station which is the front gate of BEL ghaziabad. The Google map will always show you the back gate. So if you are heading towards Bel then you must go to the opposite road of vaishali metro station. There is a board also near the traffic light opposite the metro station. It's a PSU who deals with govt projects.

Nice place 👌 for work and environment also good staff management also good they always support us and there is no burden of work , salary package too high it reside at Ghaziabad near Vaishali metro station and it has own 200 acre land where factory is going on.its Mainly work for indian Army , Indian Air Force and Indian Navy and make electronic item like radar antenna but in this company have one problem it do not allow mobile phone to contract labourer and apprentice otherwise all thing is best Canteen food what a quality, I can't say awesome
