Latest in the never ending fiasco of the A frame in Dehradun, the shingles have started falling off. Not even 6 months. The worst possible quality and service from this company I wonder who has given them 5 stars, it should be investigated if they’ve ever purchased a product from them or are just fabricated reviews. Beware of this organisation, the company threatens us that if we don't take down this review they'll not honor the warranty. They have stopped taking calls and are not responding. The new house delivered by them leaks from various places, due to which there's electrical leakage throughout the house. we have put duct tape to stop the leakage and it's of no use either. We intend taking legal action against the company as the caretaker nearly got electrocuted. The house has been locked and is not being used. A sheer waste of time and money, shall be posting detailed photos and videos of the condition of the house shortly. Worst possible experience, the only way you can ease the heartburn is to pay balance 50% post delivery and successful installation. You’re in for a rude shock on all possible communication post payment of advance, prior to that everything is sugar coated. You’re welcome to visit the A top recently installed in Dehradun and we can give a 3 hour tour on the mess delivered and installed.

Owner is a cheat of A+ category - sell franchisee - supply poor quality product - no time commitment - people keep following them after paying 100% payment in advance - soon filling a case of cheating in court and also in consumer court.

Though the initial team was quick to install.. They over promised and under delivered. Worst of all after all the money has been given, they refuse to even pick up the call. We bought a 2bhk prefab, the bathrooms weren't found to be in level with water flowing outside into the bedroom. They promised to fix but even now almost a couple. Of months later only half the level has been done. In that period the flush has started leaking. Windows don't open properly. We paid extra for nettings and extra large movable windows. Which weren't delivered. The home is good. But the customer experience is really bad, with almost no query being answered after a while. Beginning to wonder how one is supposed to avail their guarantees and warantees. The order is at Utsav Farms, Panipat. In the name of Dr. Vijay Gupta

Loom Craft Modular homes are Very big cheaters, be sure before dealing with them. Read the fine lines mentioned in their performa invoice. No wooden inner walls given only cement sheets, foundation levelers also not included. Something is shown & Promised and then afterwards something else is delivered, once advance is given they do not refund or cancel your order. Blackmail you in agreeing to all this. Cheating as money is with them. Later on you will not get replies also. Very pathetic experience.

They are into prefabricated buildings mostly residential buildings. There is freedom of size but walls have to be in right angle. However theirs little shape freedom in resort category. The prices are good for the specifications they provide and the quality they deliver. So for your prefabricated house requirements please look no further. I can vouch for them.
