    We got cheated and we paid hefty amt on a ticket just to land last seats near washroom...insane We landed 3 hrs before our flight timing (10th Oct 21 from Delhi to Mumbai UK 941)still we got last seat near washroom (even we can't take our seat back). We have already asked the boarding pass guy saying this is last seat (29E) still he told its not last one. Also that guy was not taking our bag bcoz 1 side chain of our bag was not working. @Vistara - Pls 1st teach ur employees about your plane structure n protocols/ process n then enroll them. Indigo is best

    Cool place with minimal crowd and just near the gates. Limited food options but delicious. Courteous staff and cozy seats with charging point. Much better than plaza premium lounge.

    Vistara airlines provides a very comfortable flying experience as there crew members are very polite along with that they serve varieties of items which will make the flying experience remarkable.

    Flying with Vistara was a great experience much better than the other airliners. A very well educated staff and a much better and clean fleet with proper and co plate measures taken during the pandemics also. Food all time fav and not just snacks as served in other flights. Nice work by Tata :)

    Nice lounge. Although at the entry they discourage you saying AC isn't working . Don't believe them. Decent food. Rs 2 for Cc holders.

    Vistara airlines have not this one out of the park!! The buffet begins with a choice of dips, quinoa (pleasantly surprised), pickled chillies, olives, soups, sprouts, tandoori paneer, dal, a vegetarian dish, paneer makhani and butter chicken! Not to forget the pepper soup and the customised Delhi chaat counter. This is as impressive as it's tasty, drawing most hungry travellers to much down on this goodness! Kudos to the chef, the waiters, the front desk who effortlessly get you in and assist you to the T!! They have a lounge area (low cushioned arm chairs dotted with charging points), high chairs and a table seating arrangement to choose from. Unfortunately in August '23, alcoholic beverages weren't served, but whose complaining?

    We booked our journey by Tata Sia Airlines, VISTARA on 18th October '23 from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport Kolkata to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun via Indira Gandhi International Airport T3 Delhi. The flight from Kolkata was delayed and reached Delhi at 13:10 in spite of 12:40. But astonishingly the connecting flight, even though it was the same company flight,it flew at the right time at 13:50! We reached before enough time of the connecting flight's departure. Still the management couldn't be late to board the flight!!! At Indira Gandhi International Airport T3 the drama was started. We brought in a reserved area of Vistara Airways and the officials took our boarding passes and we were seated there, with tiny water bottles distributed. Thus the officials completed their duty. We couple and more other senior citizens with other passengers sat there without any food and information about our remaining journey. After around 1 hr they sent us another place accompanied 2 - 3 ground stuffs. After some time all of us with hunger and deep anxiety started shouting and making trouble for the company officials, then around 15:30 they brought an A4 computer typing printed paper and described us they arranged a flight of INDIGO flight for our remaining journey from Delhi to Dehradun, which would start to fly 17 hr from Delhi. Then without any food or water we sent to T2, ১with a computer printed "chotha" in every one's hand. The ground stuff left us outside of the gate. Then 2 - 3 young boys in our companion passengers , made our printed boarding passes from a machine with the help of that "chotha" and we entered the scheduled terminal. We landed at our selected destination at 17:40 in spite of 14:45. These airlines are flying with a renowned brand of our country TATA, I'm very much attached to this company's management from my young age because of my service. So I can't stand this behaviour of the officials. I pray for my review to be viewed by the company's management.

    This place is near the gates and have direct view of the runways. It's s quite lounge and not crowded. Seating arrangement is good , but it's quite small and also less options for food. The best thing is this lounge serves complementary mocktail.

    Wide selection of food available for travellers for both evening snacks and dinner. Staff is super caring and courteous. Since it has been carved out on the Boarding Gates, there is no separate music playing and the AC is controlled by the GMR, thus it can get a little warm. Also, the boarding gate announcements will kill you as the Lounge is open on the top.

    Always thought of vistara has a more leveled and upscale airlines up until yesterday where I was at the airport and my flight was ar 320. I was walking around buying something for my family . It was about 3:05 when I reached the gate and they said I couldn't board because its closed . I didn't get a single call for the last boarding or any warning . You really should call or atleast warn someone first. It a huge airport and I couldn't immediately find my way .

    Worst flight experience I had ever. They closes the door of the flight before the departure time and staff is worst they are of no help. Only they say flight was departured you can book next flight even if the flight time showing not departure. Badddddddddddddddddddddd fligth i will suggest never book this flight in your life.Eating innocent people money

    The worst airline you can travel in. They are just a money making machine don’t care about their customer service, relations or passengers. After being in line 1.15 mins prior to departure and waiting half an hour in the que to be helped, these guys told us that you are too late have to check in on hour before the flight, when we were already checked in online prior to arrival to the airport. Then the staff and manager Ajay Singh at the Delhi airport lied to us by telling us to do the security check in and get a boarding pass from inside which is a lie you cannot go through a security check in without a boarding pass. With all the false information and running around for hours the manager Ajay Singh promised us help which in turn did nothing for us. We ended up buying brand new tickets for something which isn’t our fault and caused by mismanagement of Ajay Singh. After the staff harassed us and screamed at us we were forced to get our replacement tickets because we had no choice. I will cancel my membership with them and never fly with them again

    Had very good experience, comfortable sitting and good foods and drinks options. Queue time is less, suggesting to book the lounge during the time of web check-in for hassle free entry without standing long time in the queue.
